Abstract

Es wird eine Signierfolie beschrieben, wobei auf einem Hintergrund der Signierfolie ein ein Sicherheitsmerkmal bildender, bei Betrachtung unter UV-Licht fluoreszierender Dekordruck vorgesehen ist. Damit der unter UV-Licht fluoreszierende Dekordruck bei Betrachtung der Oberfläche der Signierfolie unter verschiedenen Blickwinkel bei Umgebungslicht nicht zu erkennen ist, wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Hintergrund der Signierfolie mindestens zwei Hintergrundschichten und zwischen diesen den Dekordruck aus einem Lack aufweist, der ein hochviskoses Bindemittel enthält und mit unter UV-Licht fluoreszierenden Pigmenten versetzt ist, so dass er infolge der hohen Viskosität nach dem Drucken und dem Trocknen eine geringe Schichtdicke besitzt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Signierfolie, wobei auf einem Hintergrund der Signierfolie ein ein Sicherheitsmerkmal bildender, bei Betrachtung unter Ultraviolett (UV)-Licht fluoreszierender Dekordruck vorgesehen ist.
  • Um die Fälschungssicherheit von Signierfolien zu erhöhen, werden beispielsweise auf einem Signier- d.h. Unterschriftenfeld der Signierfolie als Logo-Drucke bezeichnete Dekordrucke aufgebracht, die bei einer Betrachtung unter UV-Licht fluoreszieren. Der unter UV-Licht fluoreszierende Logo- d.h. Dekordruck dient als Sicherheitsmerkmal, das bei normalem Umgebungslicht, d.h. im sichtbaren Frequenzbereicht des Lichtes, nicht erkennbar sein sollte.
  • Bei den bekannten Signierfolien ist der unter UV-Licht fluoreszierende Dekordruck auf den Hintergrund der Signierfolie aufgedruckt, d.h. der besagte Dekordruck ist auf der Oberfläche des Unterschriften- bzw. Signierfeldes vorgesehen. Wird die Oberfläche des Signierfeldes einer solchen bekannten Signierfolie bei normalem Umgebungslicht unter verschiedenen Blickwinkeln betrachtet, so ist der Dekordruck - je nach dem Blickwinkel - mehr oder weniger gut zu erkennen. Das stellt unter Sicherheitsgesichtspunkten einen Mangel der bekannten Signierfolien dar.
  • In Kenntnis dieser Gegebenheiten liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Signierfolie der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, die bei einem einfachen Aufbau den oben genannten Mangel nicht aufweist, d.h. bei der unter verschiedenen Blickwinkeln bei normalem Umgebungslicht der unter UV-Licht fluoreszierende Dekordruck nicht zu erkennen ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird bei einer Signierfolie der eingangs genannten erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass der Hintergrund der Signierfolie mindestens zwei Hintergrundschichten und zwischen diesen den Dekordruck aus einem Lack aufweist, der ein hochviskoses Bindemittel enthält und mit unter UV-Licht fluoreszierenden Pigmenten versetzt ist, und der nach dem Drucken und dem Trocknen eine geringe Schichtdicke besitzt.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird durch den Einsatz hochviskoser Bindemittel ein Lack mit einer guten Druckviskosität erzielt, wobei der Festkörperanteil sehr gering ist.
  • Bei dem Lack handelt es sich vorzugsweise um einen Dekor-Lack. Das Bindemittel besteht vorzugsweise aus Polyacrylat, Polivinylchlorid, Nitrocellulose, Ethylhydroxyethylcellulose, Ethylen-Vinylacetat-Terpolymer, Polyesterpolyurethan; der Lack weist vorzugsweise eine Viskosität von 20 bis 3000 mPas (200 U/min) auf.
  • Der Festkörperanteil des erfindungsgemäß zur Anwendung gelangenden Lackes beträgt 4% bis 35%.
  • Durch den geringen Festkörperanteil ergibt sich nach dem Drucken und dem Trocknen des Lackes in vorteilhafter Weise eine sehr geringe Schichtdicke des Dekordruckes, d.h. die erfindungsgemäße Signierfolie weist den Vorteil auf, dass ein unter UV-Licht gut sichtbarer Effekt bei einer sehr geringen Sichtdicke erzielt wird.
  • Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Signierfolie bestehen die Pigmente des Lackes zweckmäßigerweise aus fluoreszierenden organischen und anorganischen Pigmenten, Thiophen-Benzoaxol-Derivat .
  • Der Lack des Dekordruckes besitzt nach dem Drucken und dem Trocknen vorzugsweise eine Schichtdicke von 0,1 µm bis 6 µm.
  • Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Signierfolie kann der Hintergrund mehrschichtig aufgebaut sein, d.h. aus mindestens zwei oder mehreren Schichten bestehen. Dadurch, dass bei der erfindungsgemäßen Signierfolie der Dekordruck, bei dem es sich z.B. um einen Schriftzug oder dergleichen handeln kann, mit einem Lack durchgeführt wird, wie er oben beschrieben worden ist, wobei der Dekordruck zwischen zwei Hintergrundschichten der Signierfolie erfolgt, ist der Dekordruck unter UV-Licht sehr gut erkennbar. Ein weiterer erheblicher Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Signierfolie besteht darin, dass durch das Einbetten des UV-Licht fluoreszierenden Dekordruckes zwischen die Hintergrundschichten eine sehr gleichmäßig glatte Oberfläche erzielt wird. Wird diese gleichmäßige glatte Oberfläche bei Umgebungslicht unter verschiedenen Blickwinkeln betrachtet, so ist der UV-Dekordruck nicht zu erkennen.

Claims (6)

  1. Signierfolie, wobei auf einem Hintergrund der Signierfolie ein ein Sicherheitsmerkmal bildender, bei Betrachtung unter UV-Licht fluoreszierender Dekordruck vorgesehen ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Hintergrund der Signierfolie mindestens zwei Hintergrundschichten und zwischen diesen den Dekordruck aus einem Lack aufweist, der ein hochviskoses Bindemittel enthält und mit unter UV-Licht fluoreszierenden Pigmenten versetzt ist, und der nach dem Drucken und dem Trocknen eine geringe Schichtdicke besitzt.
  2. Signierfolie nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Lack ein Dekor-Lack ist.
  3. Signierfolie nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Bindemittel aus Polyacrylat, Polivinylchlorid, Nitrocellulose, Ethylhydroxyethylcellulose, Ethylen-Vinylacetat-Terpolymer, Polyesterpolyurethan besteht.
  4. Signierfolie nach Anspruch 3
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Lack eine Viskosität von 20 bis 3000 mPas (200 U/min) besitzt.
  5. Signierfolie nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Pigmente aus fluorszierenden organischen und anorganischen Pigmenten, Thiophen-Benzoaxol-Derivat bestehen.
  6. Signierfolie nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Lack des Dekordrucks nach dem Drucken und dem Trocknen eine Schichtdicke von 0,1 µm bis 6 µm besitzt.
