本发明尤其涉及一种喷射器,其包含一中空体,在该中空体中安装有一喷射用计量阀,所述阀包含一将燃料从控制腔排出的刻度管。该管通常由一被电磁铁控制的挡板关闭,该电磁铁包含磁芯和电绕组,绕组安装在磁芯的环形槽中。
背景技术
通常,用适当的固定系统将电磁铁固定在中空体中,插入一由非磁性材料制成的块,固定系统把磁芯推向中空体的固定凸台,例如,一拧在中空体上的螺母。电气线圈盘绕多圈且电连接于电源两个插头。线圈盘绕在支撑线轴上,该线轴设有两个相等的凸缘,它们具有彼此相同且与环形槽的内径和外径相同的内径和外径。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种燃料喷射器及其相应的制造方法,它能限制成本并会消除现有技术中电磁喷射器的缺陷。
根据本发明,上述目的可通过这样一种用于内燃机的燃料喷射器(注入器)达到,该燃料喷射器包含一中空体,在中空体中安装有一喷射(注入)用计量阀,该喷射(注入)用计量阀具有一刻度管,用于燃料从控制腔的排出;所述刻度管通常由一挡板(shutter)关闭,该挡板由一电磁铁控制,该电磁铁包含一磁芯和电绕组(电线圈),该绕组装在所述磁芯的环形槽中;其特征在于:所述绕组以可以被从所述控制腔中流出的燃料浸着的方式构成(said coil is formed in such a way as to be lapped by the fuelcoming out of said control chamber)。

-在模具中设置磁芯以在绕组26的外表面33和磁芯19的环形槽24之间形成间隙61;
-把非磁性材料注入所述模具;
-把这样构成的非磁性材料块42从所述磁芯和所述模具中分开。

-联结块42和压缩弹簧51;
-把联结后的块42插进注入器1的中空体2的管状延伸4中;
-用环形螺母52通过压缩弹簧51把块42锁在所述管状延伸4中。
由前所述,可以看到依照本发明的喷射(注入)器1和其相应的制造方法与现有技术相比具有明显的优点。尤其是,从刻度管12中流出的燃料通过连续地浸泡绕组26的外表面33,迅速地散去线圈27中电流流动产生的热量,以使喷射(注入)器1的使用寿命得到很大地提高。此外,该制造方法使得燃料流向绕组26和环形槽24间的间隙61的通道63、66能够很容易地获得,简化了喷射(注入)器1的各元件的组装。
在不超出权利要求保护的范围的条件下,可以对上述燃料注入器及其相应的制造方法进行修改和改进。例如,非磁性材料块42可以采用不同的形状,或者用允许插头34安装到磁芯19和磁芯19安装到中空体2的管状延伸4中的两个或多个部分来代替。

Claims (7)

1.用于内燃机的燃料喷射器(1),其包括一中空体(2),在中空体(2)中安装有一喷射用计量阀(8),所述的计量阀(8)具有一刻度管(12),用于燃料从控制腔(11)的排出;所述刻度管(12)由一挡板(13)关闭,该挡板(13)由一电磁铁(17)控制,该电磁铁(17)包含一磁芯(19)和电绕组(26),所述绕组(26)由装在所述磁芯(19)的环形槽(24)中的一线轴(28)承载;所述线轴(28)具有基本柱状圆拱(29)和两个彼此平行的基本为平面的凸缘(31,32;31,32′),以致形成一C形横截面,该线轴(28)具有一对附件(39),所述附件(39)装在其中一个所述凸缘(31,32;31,32′)上,用于支撑提供电源用的一对插头(34);所述绕组(26)具有一基本为圆柱状的外表面(33),其特征在于:所述磁芯(19)和所述插头(34)的至少一部分(37)包围在非磁性材料块(42)中,所述绕组(26)的外表面(33)与所述环形槽(24)的外表面(30)构成第一间隙(61),使所述绕组的外表面(33)被流出所述控制腔(11)的燃料浸到,所述附件(39)设计用于插进所述磁芯(19)的两个相对的孔(41)中,所述孔(41)与所述附件(39)形成第二间隙(62),所述块(42)与所述磁芯(19)铸造在一起,以便填充所述第二间隙(62),以包围所述附件(39)的从所述孔(41)中凸出的至少一部分(67)。
2.如权利要求1所述的喷射器,其特征在于:所述凸缘(31,32)中的一个凸缘(32)直径小于安装着所述附件(39)的另一个凸缘(31)的直径,这样构成一环形通道(63),用于所述燃料流向所述第一间隙(61)。
3.如权利要求1所述的喷射器,其特征在于:所述凸缘(31,32′)中的一个(32′)至少具有两个圆形凹陷(64),以致为流向所述第一间隙(61)的燃料构成相应通道(66)。
4.如权利要求2所述的喷射器,其特征在于:所述磁芯(19)和所述块(42)与相应的中心槽(21,50)这样构成,中心槽(21,50)与所述第一间隙(61)连通,从所述刻度管(12)中流出的燃料通过所述中心槽排出。
5.如权利要求1所述的喷射器,其特征在于:所述附件(39)具有一外表面,附着在相应孔(41)的表面,以便所述块(42)仅包围所述附件(39)的所述部分(67)。
6.如权利要求1所述的喷射器,其特征在于:所述块(42)包括两个平行的圆柱孔(49),每个平行的圆柱孔(49)设在与相应插头(34)的端部部分(38)相应的位置,每个所述插头(34)分别设有密封垫(44),设在所述端部部分(38)和所述块(42)的相应的平行的圆柱孔(49)之间。
7.如权利要求1所述的喷射器,其特征在于:通过环形螺母(52)把所述块(42)拧在所述中空体(2)上,压缩弹簧(51)设置于所述环形螺母(52)和所述中空体(2)之间。
