技术领域
本发明涉及一种大容量汽车,特别是城市轨道车,在汽车车身前面安装有与之活动连接的前罩。
背景技术
由公开文献EP 0 686 540 A1已知一种具有前罩的例如用作有轨电车的轨道车辆的中间缓冲离合器的护板,其以一定间距遮盖住汽车的正面和中间缓冲离合器的正面。前罩在两侧均具有刚性安装的转向器。这些转向器与垂直于汽车安装的连杆相连接,并且通过一个公共的传动装置可以同时以匀速升降。由此中间缓冲离合器一方面可以露出以与另外一辆车联接,另一方面可以用于遮盖保护其它的交通参与件(Verkehrsteilnehmer)。这个前罩由此可以位于“上”、“下”两个位置。
现有技术(DE 199 21 927 A1)中还存在一种大容量汽车,特别是城市轨道车或公共汽车,在该车中,汽车车身的前壁有前窗和位于该前窗下面的壁部分。该壁部分由一个可升降地与汽车车身相连的前罩构成,于是也就以这样的安装方式实现“上”、“下”两个位置。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,以尽可能简单的方式构造一种大容量汽车,使得在从事安装和维修工作时特别容易地接近位于前罩后面的汽车车身旁边或里面的结构组件或机组。
按照本发明,该技术问题是这样解决的,即,前罩相对于汽车车身向前可翻转地安装。这样,汽车的前罩除了通常的“上”、“下”两个位置之外,在安装和维修工作时,可以到达有利的第三个“翻转”位置。
本发明的有利设计在从属权利要求中阐明。依此,前罩可以是可伸出缩进的汽车离合器的护板。可供选择的方案是,前罩也可以是在汽车车身上安装的机组——例如,带水箱的雨刷器、电器元件或其它零件的——护板。前罩可以通过一个简单的拉杆可升降地铰接在汽车车身上,并借助于一个摆动机构可翻转地固定在汽车车身上。为了快速、简单地安装,建议把前罩与拉杆和摆动机构作为完整地预装配的和经检验的结构组件使用。

具体实施方式
前罩1由拉杆3铰接在以固定点标记的汽车车身2的头部。前罩1含照明装置4。
在其下方闭合位置,前罩1在实施例中用于保护设置于图1左侧的可伸出缩进的汽车离合器的护板,这里,离合器处于不联接的静止位置。在第二辆汽车(牵引行驶)的行驶过程中,前罩1转到图2的较高位置,汽车离合器伸出到前罩1的下方。
除了拉杆3外,前罩1借助于仅在图3中示出的摆动机构5这样固定在汽车车身2上,使得它可以向前翻转。前罩1向前翻转的路线受摆动机构5限制带(Fangband)的限制。摆动机构5也可以安装一个弹簧,使前罩1可以受制动地平缓实现翻转运动。
在前罩1向前翻转的位置,在前罩1和汽车车身2的前壁之间形成了一个相对更大的空间,使得在汽车车身1上安装的机组(例如带水箱的雨刷器、电器元件以及照明装置4)在安装和维修工作中非常容易接近。因此,这些工作可以简单而快速地完成,这就有利地缩短了汽车的停车时间。
前罩1与拉杆3、摆动机构5和照明装置4优选构造为完整预装配的、且经过机械或电子地检验的结构组件,其可以快速、简单地安装到汽车车身2上。

Claims (7)

1.一种大容量汽车,其具有安装在汽车车身(2)前面并与之活动连接的前罩(1),其特征在于,前罩(1)通过拉杆(3)可升降地铰接在汽车车身(2)上,且相对于汽车车身(2)向前可翻转地安装。
2.按权利要求1所述的大容量汽车,其特征在于,所述大容量汽车是城市轨道车。
3.按权利要求1所述的大容量汽车,其特征在于,前罩(1)构成为可伸出缩进的汽车离合器的护板。
4.按权利要求1所述的大容量汽车,其特征在于,前罩(1)形成为安装于汽车车身(2)上的机组的护板。
5.按权利要求4所述的大容量汽车,其特征在于,所述机组为带水箱的雨刷器或电器元件。
6.按权利要求1至5中之一所述的大容量汽车,其特征在于,前罩(1)借助一个摆动机构(5)可翻转地固定在汽车车身(2)上。
7.按权利要求6所述的大容量汽车,其特征在于,前罩(1)与拉杆(3)和摆动机构(5)被设计成完整预装配的并经检验的结构组件。
