技术领域
本发明涉及到包括位于发动机和电动机-发电机之间的倍率传动系统(multiple-ratio transmission)的混合动力汽车动力系统,其中发动机的动力和电动机-发电机的动力通过平行的动力流动路径被传递到牵引轮。
背景技术
已知的具有两轮驱动特征的混合动力汽车动力系统被公开在2003年9月22日申请的第10/605,313号共同待决专利申请中,所述申请由本申请的受让人所拥有。在共同待决申请的动力系统中,动力从发动机和电动机被传递到牵引轮。发电机被电连接到电动机上,并且电池子系统作为用于发电机和电动机的能量储存系统。改变发电机的速度来控制发动机的速度,从而发动机在发动机性能曲线上的所需的制动特定燃料消耗点上运行。齿轮被用来将驱动动力分开到机械动力流动路径和电力流动路径上。
在’313专利申请文件中所公开的动力系统需要两个电机,每一个电机根据运行状态既可以作为发电机也可以作为电动机来运行。
在’313专利申请文件中公开的全轮驱动动力系统被公开在2003年12月29日提交的第10/747,429号共同待决的专利申请中,该申请也是由本申请的受让人所拥有。在’429申请中公开的动力系统的例子中,牵引电动机被设置在汽车的前轮轴上,或者通过齿轮被可驱动地连接到前牵引轮上,因而由于发动机动力和发电机动力通过分开的动力流动路径被分配到后牵引轮,所以驱动扭矩被传递到汽车的前轮上。在共同待决的专利申请中公开的这两种动力系统需要两个电机。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种与在先前的背景技术讨论中所指出的类型的混合动力汽车动力系统相比能够减少复杂性的混合动力汽车的动力系统。本发明的设计减少的复杂性部分来自于只有一个电机的使用,该单个电机既可以作为发电机也可以作为电动机以补充发动机动力,所述电动机例如为内燃机等。
本发明还有一个目的就是要将倍率齿轮传动机构与单一电动机-发电机和内燃机整合,来建立前轮驱动模式、后轮驱动模式或者四轮驱动模式。从发动机和电动机-发电机到牵引轮的动力流动路径形成为具有多重传动比,因而延展了整个扭矩比率的范围。
倍率传动系统机构的齿轮通过双(一前一后)离合器被连接到内燃机上,该双离合器可以可选择地接合和脱离来可驱动地将发动机连接到传动系统机构的两个扭矩输入轴中的每一个上。扭矩输入轴可以同心设置,其中一个通过双离合器中的第一个被可驱动地连接到发动机,另一个通过双离合器中的第二个被可驱动地连接到发动机上。每一个扭矩输入轴被连接到传动系统机构的单独的扭矩输入齿轮元件上。
电动机-发电机的转子通过齿轮传动机构被连接到其中一个扭矩输入轴上,并且通过双离合器中的另一个被连接到发动机上。作为电动机的电动机-发电机可以通过齿轮系统驱动汽车的后轮,该齿轮系统包括双离合器中的一个。
本发明的动力系统的行星齿轮单元具有扭矩输入元件,扭矩输入元件可以是连接到电动机-发电机的转子上的恒星齿轮。四轮驱动耦合离合器被设置为将行星齿轮单元的第二元件连接到动力输出轴上,行星齿轮单元的第二元件可以是架(carrier)。
本发明的行星齿轮单元包括用于齿轮单元的反作用元件的反作用制动器,该齿轮单元可以是环形齿轮。这允许扭矩传递到前牵引轮。这种设置是为了允许反作用制动器滑动,这同时也允许驱动扭矩传递到牵引轮并且发动机启动扭矩通过齿轮传动机构和双离合器中的一个来传递。当动力系统在汽车电启动模式下时,发动机启动扭矩因此可以用于发动机启动。
根据本发明的另一方面,传动系统的齿轮元件可以在比率改变顺序过程中被预先选定。这涉及到当用于传动齿轮的个别齿轮的变比率离合器被接合和脱离时,双离合器的可选择的结合和释放,  由此传动齿轮的个别齿轮在零扭矩状况下被预先选定。
四轮驱动联结器可以被接合和脱离来建立和消除使用前牵引轮扭矩、后牵引轮扭矩或者四轮驱动扭矩的汽车运行。
除了前述的运行模式之外,本发明还允许在汽车运行过程中用电池来充电。当电动机-发电机用作发电机时,这可以通过允许前轮来驱动电动机-发电机来得到。如果在那时汽车驱动器使用了汽车制动,那么通过电动机作为发电机,传动系统已经被调节用来再生制动。当使用了用于行星齿轮单元的制动并且前牵引轮驱动发电机的转子时,可以获得再生制动。
传动系统机构优选是副轴传动系统,其中副轴与双离合器的轴平行设置。用于副轴齿轮的两个扭矩输入元件中的任一个被连接到双离合器中的单独的一个中。在本发明的一个实施方式中,副轴齿轮组件的扭矩输入元件是通过用于传动系统机构的扭矩输入轴中的一个被可驱动地连接到发动机上的实心副轴。用于副轴齿轮组件的第二扭矩输入轴是围绕实心副轴的套轴。它也通过用于传动系统机构的扭矩输入轴的另一个而被可驱动地连接到发动机上。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明的一个实施方式的示意图。它包括位于内燃机(ICE)10和电动机-发电机12之间的副轴传动系统。扭矩倍增器(multiplier)行星齿轮单元14部分形成了通向动力系统的动力输出部的动力流动路径,该动力系统与穿过倍率传动齿轮的动力流动路径平行设置,该倍率传动齿轮通常由数字16指代。扭矩通过一般由参考数字18指代的双(一前一后)摩擦离合器被分配到传动齿轮16上。
在实现本发明时可以使用各种类型的倍率传动系统。虽然为了公开本发明的实施方式描述了特定的副轴传动系统16,但是也可以使用其他的齿轮系统,所述其他齿轮系统包括具有其他副轴齿轮结构的传动系统和具有各种可选择比率的传动系统。此外虽然在图1中所示的倍率传动系统在主轴和副轴上都具有比率选择离合器,但是也可以使用不同结构的具有比率选择离合器的其他副轴齿轮。
传动系统16包括实心的传动系统扭矩输入轴20和传动系统扭矩输入套轴22。双离合器组件18将发动机10的曲轴可选择地连接到扭矩输入轴20和22。
双离合器组件18包括扭矩输入摩擦离合圆盘子组件24,该摩擦离合圆盘子组件包括两个扭矩输出摩擦离合器26和28。子组件24的离合圆盘与离合器26和28的离合圆盘以叉指关系设置。离合圆盘子组件24被连接到发动机曲轴上,离合器26被连接到实心的扭矩输入轴20上,并且离合器28被连接到扭矩输入套轴22上。
第一扭矩输入齿轮30被可驱动地连接到扭矩输入套轴22上。第二和第三扭矩输入齿轮32和34被可驱动地连接到实心扭矩输入轴20上。换向驱动齿轮36还被可驱动地连接到实心扭矩输入轴20。齿轮38被安装为可围绕实心扭矩输入轴20的轴旋转。齿轮40和42被可旋转地安装为围绕扭矩输入套轴22的轴旋转。扭矩输出齿轮44被直接连接到传动系统的扭矩输出轴46,该扭矩输出轴通过图中未示出的轴间差速组件(differential-and-axle)而被可驱动地连接到汽车的后牵引轮。
实心传动系统副轴48是副轴齿轮组件的一部分,该副轴齿轮组件包括直接连接到副轴48上的副轴扭矩输入齿轮元件50和52。副轴扭矩输出齿轮元件54直接接合传动齿轮44。
副轴齿轮元件56、58、60和62都枢轴地围绕实心副轴48的轴旋转。齿轮元件56可驱动地接合输入齿轮30,齿轮元件58可驱动地接合换向驱动齿轮36,齿轮元件60可驱动地接合扭矩输入齿轮32并且齿轮元件62可驱动地接合齿轮34。
第一变比率离合器64和第三变比率离合器66将齿轮元件60和62分别可选择地连接到副轴48上。离合器64和66通常可以是同步离合器,这在本领域是公知的,虽然根据设计需求可以使用其他类型的正接合离合器。离合器64和66具有共用的离合器套筒,该离合器套筒可以在向前方向或者反方向上被移动,从而使当另一个离合器释放时,一个离合器接合。当这个共用的离合器套筒被移动到中间、空转位置时,这两个离合器在脱离、空转状态。
第二变比率离合器68和换向驱动离合器70将齿轮元件56和齿轮元件58可选择地连接到副轴48上。如同在第一和第三变比率离合器64和66的例子,变比率离合器68和70中的一个在另一个接合时脱离。
第四变比率离合器72和第六变比率离合器74将扭矩输入套轴22分别可驱动地连接到齿轮42和40,所述第四变比率离合器72和第六变比率离合器74也可以以类似于变比率离合器64和66的方式工作。
第五变比率离合器76和发动机启动离合器78将实心扭矩输入轴20分别可选择地连接到齿轮44和齿轮38。这些离合器也可以以类似于离合器64和66的方式工作。
电动机-发电机12包括固定的定子80和转子83。转子被可驱动地连接到行星齿轮单元14的恒星齿轮82上。齿轮单元14的环形齿轮84可以由摩擦制动器86制动。由托架88可旋转地支撑的行星小齿轮可驱动地接合环形齿轮84和恒星齿轮82。托架88可驱动地连接到交互驱动输入链轮90,该链轮依次由驱动链94被可驱动地连接到扭矩输出交互驱动链轮92。虽然在图1中示出了链轮和链驱动,但是根据设计需求可以使用交互驱动齿轮或者带驱动来取代。扭矩输出链轮92由前轮驱动轴96连接到前牵引轮和轴组件上。
如果四轮驱动模式需要将扭矩传递到后牵引轮上,那么四轮驱动、可选择地接合的离合器98将托架88连接到传动系统扭矩输出轴46上。如果离合器98脱离,那么电动机扭矩被传递到前牵引轮上并且发动机扭矩被传递到后牵引轮上。
图1所示的实施方式中具有第二副轴,该第二副轴包括具有齿轮102和106的副轴100,齿轮102和106分别接合齿轮38和齿轮104。齿轮104以及恒星齿轮82被可驱动地连接到转子83上。
如果离合器78被接合,那么电动机-发电机12可以被用来形成发动机发动机启动扭矩。如果在这时,所有的变比率离合器脱离并且汽车被停止,那么来自随后将作为电动机的电动机-发电机12的扭矩将通过曲轴齿轮元件102和106被传递到齿轮38并且通过接合的离合器78被传递到扭矩输入轴20。如果离合器组件26的摩擦盘片接合,那么启动扭矩被传递到发动机。如果在电启动过程中,发动机关闭,汽车正在运行,并且如果动力系统控制器以其中一个变比率离合器接合开始了发动机启动,那么需要反作用制动器86滑动,从而它可以在作为反作用元件将动力传递到前牵引轮时能够接纳启动扭矩向发动机的传递。
当动力系统在电启动模式下运行时并且发动机启动发生在离合器78接合时,可以预选偶数比率。当动力系统在奇数比率下运行时,这个过程可以通过接合离合器68、72和74来完成。
如果动力系统在正常的运行载荷状况下运行并且动力系统控制器需要电池充电,那么汽车前牵引轮可以将驱动扭矩传递到电动机-发电机12上,因而形成了可以被储存在电池中的再生动力。如果在这时,四轮驱动离合器98脱离并且动力系统在电驱动模式下运行,那么制动器86接合。如果后来操作者使用了汽车轮制动器,那么当电动机-发电机单元12用作发电机时,动力系统已经为再生模式做了预处理。
图1中的传动系统的各种运行场景在图2的表中示出了。离合器26和28以及制动器86在图2中分别被确定为CL1、CL2和CL3。图1中的变比率离合器72和74在图2中分别被确定为离合器6和4。第二变比率离合器68和换向离合器70在图2中被确定为离合器2和R。第一变比率离合器64和第三变比率离合器66在图2中参考为离合器1和3。图1中的发动机启动离合器78和第五变比率离合器76在图2中被参考为离合器S和5。图1中的四轮驱动离合器98在图2中被参考为离合器4×4。
当发动机被启动并且汽车被停止时,第二比率可以是离合器CL1接合后预先选定。使用离合器CL1并且离合器CL3释放,发动机可以由接合离合器78启动。当发动机启动扭矩通过副轴100被传递到齿轮38上、通过轴20和通过离合器26被传递时,电动机-发电机12作为电动机。这时没有扭矩从电动机-发电机12传递到牵引轮上。
如果动力系统需要为电池充电,那么使用离合器组件26并且释放制动器86。所有的变比率离合器脱离,四轮驱动离合器98也脱离。当为发动机扭矩通过接合的离合器78和通过副轴100以及齿轮102和106被传递到转子83上时,电动机-发电机12作为发电机。也没有扭矩被传递到前牵引轮上以及被传递到后牵引轮上。
如果需要只使用发动机动力启动汽车,那么在启动的开始阶段,允许离合器26被滑动。使用离合器64,从而发动机扭矩通过接合的离合器26被传递到齿轮32并且通过离合器64被传递到齿轮元件60上。然后驱动扭矩通过齿轮元件54和齿轮44被传递到扭矩输出轴46上。这时没有扭矩被传递到前轮上,并且电动机-发电机12允许空转。在这个模式下运行的过程中,当只使用发动机以使汽车启动时,第二比率可以由接合比率离合器68来预先选定。这时没有扭矩通过扭矩输入套轴22来传递。这时因为制动器86脱离,所以来自电动机-发电机单元12的电动机扭矩没有被传递。如果制动器86被接合,当制动器86作为反作用元件,电动机发电机12作为电动机并且驱动链轮90和92时,可以得到联合的发动机和电的电动机-发电机启动。
如果需要获得一种扭矩被传递到前轮并且没有扭矩被传递到后轮上的电启动,那么可以使用制动器86并且发动机可以空转或者关闭。当制动器86作为反作用元件时,作为电动机的电动机-发电机12然后通过交互驱动链和链轮组件并且通过前轮驱动轴96驱动前轮。
在汽车电启动的运行过程中,发动机可以通过接合离合器子组件26并且允许制动器86滑动来启动。当发动机启动扭矩通过轴20和接合的离合器26传递时,这时使用启动器离合器78。由于制动器86正在滑动,在前牵引轮由电动机-发电机12驱动并且没有扭矩被传递到后牵引轮上时,制动器可以作为反作用元件。使用齿轮58和36以及换向驱动小齿轮可以实现换向驱动,这在图1中未示出。换向驱动小齿轮可驱动地接合齿轮36和58。这时使用离合器26,并且使用换向离合器70。发动机扭矩然后通过离合器26被传递到轴20,通过齿轮36和58,并且通过换向离合器70。输出轴46由发动机在反方向上驱动。
在使用发动机动力的第一齿轮传动比的运行过程中,使用离合器子组件26并且使用离合器64。然后发动机动力通过齿轮32和60、通过副轴48并且通过齿轮54和44被传递到扭矩输出轴46上。这时通过接合合适的比率离合器,可以预先选定任何偶数的齿轮传动比。
为了只使用发动机作为动力源将比率改变到第二比率,离合器子组件28被接合并且变比率离合器72和74被移动到空档状态。比率离合器68被接合,从而发动机扭矩然后通过离合器子组件28、通过齿轮30和56、通过变比率离合器68和通过副轴48被传递到扭矩输出轴46,并且通过齿轮54和44。这时电动机-发电机12是停止的。在这种模式下运行的过程中,通过接合合适的奇数的变比率离合器64、66和76可以选定任何奇数齿轮传动比。
为了得到第三比率的驱动模式,使用离合器26并且使用变比率离合器66。电动机也是停止的并且发动机通过离合器子组件26、轴20、齿轮34和62、变比率离合器66然后通过副轴48来传递扭矩,副轴驱动扭矩输出轴46。在第三比率运行过程中,通过接合合适的变比率离合器在零扭矩下,可以选定任何偶数的齿轮传动比。
通过接合离合器28、接合变比率离合器72并且移动变比率离合器68和换向离合器70到空档状态,可以实现使用发动机动力在第四比率下运行。然后发动机动力通过驱动齿轮元件52和副轴48的离合器28和齿轮46被传递。当发动机动力被传递到后轮上时,电动机-发电机12是停止的。这时,通过接合合适的奇数的变比率离合器,可以预先选定任何奇数的齿轮传动比。
通过释放离合器28并且接合离合器26、移动变比率离合器64和66到空档状态并且接合变比率离合器76,可以将比率改变到第五比率,因而由离合器子组件26驱动的轴20直接将扭矩传递到扭矩输出轴46。当发动机动力被传递到后轮时,电动机-发电机12也是停止的。通过接合合适的偶数的变比率离合器可以预先选定任何偶数的齿轮传动比。
通过脱离离合器26并且接合离合器28可以实现在第六比率下的运行。变比率离合器74被接合并且变比率离合器68和换向离合器70被移动到空档状态。然后发动机扭矩通过离合器28被传递到套轴22并且通过变比率离合器74被传递到齿轮42和齿轮元件50。然后当发动机动力驱动后牵引轮时,副轴48驱动扭矩输出轴46。电动机-发电机单元12也是停止的。这时,通过接合合适的奇数的变比率离合器可以选定任何奇数的齿轮传动比。
当汽车在运行状态,齿轮被调整到任何前进的比率,并且发动机是关闭时,如果电池需要充电,那么可以使用制动器86,从而当在前轮上的再生制动扭矩通过驱动轴96并且通过链轮90和92而被传递时,电动机-发电机12将被驱动。由于制动器86作为反作用点,所以这使得转子83被驱动。

在再生制动过程中,使用制动器86,并且发动机被关闭或者允许空转。这时电动机-发电机12作为发电机,并且在前轮上发生再生制动。离合器26和28脱离,从而没有扭矩被传递到后轮上。这时传动系统可以被预先选定为偶数或者奇数齿轮传动比。
在前面讨论的运行模式中的每一种中的四轮驱动离合器98是脱离的。但是它可以被接合,从而在前面讨论的每一种运行模式可以结合于四轮驱动模式。
当任何一种偶数的变比率离合器被接合并且当离合器子组件26和28脱离时,通过使得离合器64或者离合器66同时接合于离合器78,可以得到电动机-发电机12作为发电机时为电池充电的其他方式。通过接合离合器子组件26并且移动离合器64和66到空转状态同时离合器78保持接合,也可以实现电池充电。这是当传动系统在偶数的齿轮传动比下的运行状态时可做的。
当传动系统在以偶数的齿轮传动比的驱动状态下时,获得辅助电力的另一种方式是接合离合器64或者66以及离合器78,电动机-发电机12作为电动机,因而发动机和电动机都驱动后轮,但是没有扭矩被传递到前轮。当传动系统在偶数的齿轮传动比下运行时,通过接合离合器26、移动变比率离合器64和66到空转状态并且使用变比率离合器78,也可以获得另一种辅助电力。然后后轮也由发动机和电动机两者来驱动,但是没有扭矩被传递到前轮。
结合调节传动系统在后退,第一比率或者第三比率状态下运行,为电池产生动力的另一种方式是通过使用离合器78。当电动机-发电机12作为发电机时,它可以被驱动。这时,没有扭矩被传递到后轮或者前轮上。如果电动机-发电机作为电动机,那么后轮将被电动机和发动机两者驱动,但是没有扭矩被传递到前轮上。
在图3中示出了本发明的另一个实施方式。在不同于图1的实施方式的图3的例子中,副轴齿轮组件具有两个扭矩输入轴,其中一个是实心的扭矩输入轴108,另一个是套轴110。在图3的实施方式和图1的实施方式之间的另一个不同是:图3的实施方式的传动系统的扭矩输入端具有扭矩倍增齿轮;但是在图1的实施方式的例子中,包括第二副轴齿轮组件的扭矩倍增齿轮位于传动系统的扭矩输出端。
图1和图3的实施方式具有相应的元件。那些相应的元件以相同的参考数字指示,但是在图3的例子中的角标符号被增加到数字上。这些元件的功能对于每一个实施方式是共同的。
在图3的实施方式中,发动机扭矩通过离合器26′被传递到实心的扭矩输入轴20′;并且然后通过扭矩倍增齿轮112和齿轮元件114被传递到套轴110。离合器子组件28′通过齿轮116和穿过实心的副轴108的齿轮元件118传递发动机扭矩。
当比率离合器120被接合时,建立了第一前进驱动比率。这将齿轮122连接到动力输出轴46′,该动力输出轴46′通过轴间差动组件被可驱动地连接到后牵引轮。被枢轴地连接在扭矩输出轴20′上的齿轮122可驱动地接合套轴110上的齿轮元件124。螺距直径大于齿轮元件124的螺距直径的套轴110上的第二齿轮元件被显示为126。它接合枢接在扭矩输入轴20′上的齿轮128。它通过接合变比率离合器130可以被可驱动地连接到轴20′上。通过直接接合变比率离合器132,齿轮112可以被连接到扭矩输入轴20′上。
换向驱动齿轮元件134被连接到实心的副轴108上。它可驱动地接合小齿轮(未示出),该小齿轮依次可驱动地接合枢接在扭矩输入轴20′上的换向齿轮136。齿轮136通过换向离合器138而被连接到扭矩输入轴20′上。
连接到实心的副轴108上的齿轮元件140可驱动地接合枢接在扭矩输入轴20′上的齿轮142。通过接合变比率离合器144,它可以被连接到扭矩输入轴20′上。
连接到实心的副轴108上的副轴齿轮元件146可驱动地接合齿轮148。当变比率离合器150被接合时,它可驱动地将齿轮148连接到动力输入轴20′上。
齿轮元件152被枢接在实心的副轴108上并且可以通过变比率离合器154而被可驱动地连接到副轴108上。齿轮元件152可驱动地接合连接到扭矩输入轴20′上的齿轮156。
齿轮元件124、134、140、146和152的螺距直径是逐渐增加的。当发动机启动器离合器158接合时,它将齿轮元件160连接到实心的副轴108上,使得在发动机启动模式下,发动机启动扭矩传递到发动机上。齿轮元件160可驱动地接合安装在动力输出轴46′上的齿轮162。它被可驱动地连接到电动机-发电机12′的转子83′上。
当使用离合器28并且释放制动器86′时,发动机可以使用来自电动机发电机单元的电动机动力而使曲柄启动,这时离合器158被接合。这时没有扭矩被传递到后轮或者被传递到前轮上,并且汽车被停止。在第一比率启动之前,这时可以预先选定第一比率离合器120。
如果汽车被停止,通过接合离合器28′和释放制动器86′并且通过接合发动机启动器离合器158,可以使用发动机来为电池充电。
汽车可以使用发动机动力来启动,这时扭矩被传递到后轮,但是没有扭矩被传递到前轮。这可以通过接合变比率离合器120并且接合离合器26′来完成。在启动的开始阶段,离合器26′被允许滑动。这时通过接合变比率离合器144可以预先选定第二比率。
通过使用发动机动力来驱动后牵引轮并且同时通过使用电动机-发电机单元12′的电动机动力来驱动前牵引轮,可能获得汽车启动。这可以通过让电动机-发电机12′传递电动机扭矩来得到,这时第一变比率离合器120保持接合。通过接合变比率离合器144也可以预先选定第二比率。在这种联合启动过程中,制动器86′被接合,从而环形齿轮84′可以作为反作用元件。
通过脱离变比率离合器120并且接合制动器86′,可以得到汽车的完全的电力启动,从而扭矩通过行星齿轮单元84′从转子被传递到驱动链轮90′。
如果在汽车的电启动过程中,需要启动发动机,制动器86′需要滑动,从而它可以作为环形齿轮84′的反作用元件。启动扭矩因此可以通过这时使用的启动器离合器158来传递。再有,没有扭矩被传递到后牵引轮。在发动机启动过程中,当使用电力启动汽车时,通过接合偶数的比率离合器可以预先选定任何偶数的齿轮传动比。
为了调节动力系统后退,离合器子组件28′被接合并且换向离合器138被接合。第二和第四变比率离合器144和150也脱离(空转状态)。发动机扭矩然后通过齿轮元件134、小齿轮(未示出)和齿轮元件136被直接传递到扭矩输出轴46′。
通过接合比率离合器120,可以得到使用发动机动力的第一比率的前进驱动。这时,通过接合相应的变比率离合器可以预先选定偶数的齿轮传动比。离合器26′这时被接合。
通过接合变比率离合器144和接合离合器28′可以得到第二比率的前进驱动。扭矩通过副轴108被传递到齿轮元件140,该齿轮元件驱动齿轮142和动力输出轴46′。这时通过接合合适的变比率离合器可以预先选定任何奇数的齿轮传动比。
通过接合离合器26′和接合变比率离合器130,同时使离合器120和138脱离并且是空转状态,可以得到第三比率的前进。后牵引轮也被发动机驱动。这时通过接合合适的变比率离合器可以预先选定任何偶数的齿轮传动比。
通过接合离合器28′和接合变比率离合器150可以得到第四比率的前进驱动。然后后牵引轮被发动机驱动。这时通过接合合适的变比率离合器可以预先选定任何奇数的齿轮传动比。
通过接合离合器26′和接合变比率离合器132可以得到第五比率的前进驱动,变比率离合器132直接将实心的输入轴20′连接到动力输出轴46′上。变比率离合器120和138脱离(空转状态)。后牵引轮也由发动机驱动。
通过接合离合器28′和通过接合变比率离合器154可以得到第六比率的前进驱动。变比率离合器144和150脱离并且是空转状态。后牵引轮也由发动机驱动。
如果当汽车正在移动时,需要电动机-发电机12′为电池充电,那么要使用制动器86′。再生动力从前牵引轮传递,用来驱动电动机-发电机12′,从而它作为发电机而不是电动机。当传动系统处于任何驱动比率下时,这种运行模式都可以发生。
当汽车以任何的齿轮传动比的传动系统被驱动时,如果需要动力系统来提供辅助电力,那么当转子扭矩通过行星齿轮14′而被传递到可驱动地连接到前牵引轮上的驱动链轮90′上时,制动器86′被用来提供反作用扭矩。
通过接合制动器86′可以得到在前牵引轮上的再生制动扭矩。当电动机发电机12′用作发电机时,发动机可以被关闭或者可以是空转的。
在任何前进齿轮传动比的运行过程中,可以使用四轮驱动离合器98′,因而在托架88′上的扭矩被传递到动力输出轴46′上。
除了前面描述的运行模式之外,当传动系统在任何奇数的齿轮传动比下运行时,可以得到电力发电机模式。如果离合器子组件28′和离合器子组件26′脱离来中断扭矩传递到发动机或者从发动机传递,并且如果变比率离合器144和150中的任一个被接合,以及如果离合器158被接合,那么电动机发电机12′可以作为发电机来为电池充电。通过接合离合器28′并且通过脱离制动器86′,可以得到另一种电量产生模式。离合器144和150在脱离的空转状态,并且离合器158被接合。然后电动机-发电机12′作为发电机。
当采用奇数的齿轮传动比来驱动汽车时,如果需要辅助电力,那么离合器26′和28′脱离,并且离合器144或者150被接合。离合器158也被接合。发动机动力以及来自电动机-发电机12′的电动机动力然后被传递到后牵引轮。没有动力被传递到前牵引轮。
当传动系统在奇数的齿轮传动比下运行并且离合器28′和130′被释放时,可以得到另一种辅助电力。变比率离合器144和150被转换到脱离的空转状态。离合器158保持被使用。因此,后轮由发动机和电动机-发电机12′两者来驱动,电动机-发电机12′作为电动机。没有扭矩被传递到前牵引轮上。
如果需要另一种电力发电机的动力系统,传动系统是后退模式、或者是前进的第二比率、或者是前进的第四比率,那么制动器86′被释放并且离合器158也保持被使用。没有扭矩被传递到汽车牵引轮上。
当另一种电力发电模式调节传动系统在后退、第二比率或者第四比率状态下时,如果需要辅助电力,那么制动器86′被释放,同时离合器158保持被使用。这时电动机-发电机12′作为电动机运行。因此,后牵引轮由电动机和发动机两者驱动,并且没有扭矩被传递到前牵引轮。
虽然已经公开了本发明的实施方式,但是在不脱离本发明的范围内,可以作改动,这对于本领域的技术人员来说是显而易见的。下面的权利要求目的在于覆盖它的所有的这些改进以及等同变化。

Claims (25)

1.一种混合动力汽车动力系统,包括发动机、具有定子和转子的电机和电池系统、倍率传动系统和齿轮单元,所述齿轮单元具有齿轮元件,形成了从所述发动机到一个扭矩输出轴的动力流动路径,所述扭矩输出轴可驱动地连接到一组汽车牵引轮上;
所述齿轮单元具有可驱动地连接到所述转子上的一个元件;
用于所述齿轮单元的反作用制动器;
第二扭矩输出轴,可驱动地连接到所述转子,所述第二扭矩输出轴被可驱动地连接到第二组牵引轮上;
双传动系统扭矩输出轴;以及
双离合器,将所述发动机可交替地接合连接到所述传动系统扭矩输入轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述混合动力汽车动力系统,其中,所述传动系统是副轴传动系统,所述副轴传动系统具有,在主轴上的传动齿轮元件,以及在副轴上的副轴组件,所述主轴与所述双离合器的轴是共轴的;
在每一个传动系统扭矩输入轴上的传动齿轮;
在所述副轴上的副轴齿轮元件,驱动接合于所述传动齿轮;以及
变比率离合器,在至少一个所述轴上,用来建立和取消通过所述传动系统的动力流动路径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,其中,所述齿轮单元是行星齿轮单元,所述行星齿轮单元包括连接到所述转子上的恒星齿轮、可驱动地连接到所述第二传动系统输出轴上的托架、环形齿轮和用来锚定所述环形齿轮以接纳反作用扭矩的反作用制动器。
4.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,其中,所述齿轮单元是行星齿轮单元,所述行星齿轮单元包括连接到所述转子上的恒星齿轮、可驱动地连接到所述第二传动系统输出轴上的托架、环形齿轮和用来锚定所述环形齿轮以供应反作用扭矩的反作用制动器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,包括发动机启动器离合器,其部分形成了从所述转子到所述发动机的发动机启动扭矩流动路径。
6.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,包括发动机启动器离合器,其部分形成了从所述转子到所述发动机的发动机启动扭矩流动路径。
7.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,包括发动机启动器离合器,其部分形成了从所述转子到所述发动机的发动机启动扭矩流动路径。
8.根据权利要求4所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,包括发动机启动器离合器,其部分形成了从所述转子到所述发动机的发动机启动扭矩流动路径。
9.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,其中,当接合一个所述副轴离合器,并且接合所述启动器离合器时,一个所述副轴离合器和所述启动器离合器部分形成了从所述转子到所述一组牵引轮的扭矩流动路径,因而所述一组牵引轮由所述发动机和所述转子两者驱动。
10.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,其中,当所述启动器离合器被接合时,它部分形成了从所述发动机到所述转子的扭矩流动路径,因而所述发动机驱动所述转子来为电机和电池系统充电。
11.根据权利要2所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,其中所述两个可交替地接合的离合器被设置在所述主轴上,并且包含可驱动地连接到所述发动机上的一个共同离合器部分和分别连接到所述传动系统扭矩输入轴的单独部分上的单独离合器部分。
12.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,其中所述副轴组件包含实心的副轴部分和套筒副轴部分,所述副轴部分被共轴地设置。
13.根据权利要求4所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,其中所述副轴组件包含实心的副轴部分和套筒副轴部分,所述副轴部分被共轴地设置。
14.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,其中当所述转子将发动机启动扭矩通过所述传动系统传递到所述发动机上时,所述反作用制动器被设置为在接合时滑动以用来在通过齿轮单元向所述一组汽车牵引轮传递扭矩过程中接纳反作用扭矩。
15.一种混合动力汽车动力系统,包括,发动机、倍增比率传动系统和具有定子和转子的单一电动机-发电机;
所述传动系统是副轴传动系统,其齿轮在主轴上,所述主轴与发动机、连接到一组牵引轮上的第一扭矩输出轴以及所述电动机-发电机的主轴是共轴的;
一前一后离合器,在所述传动系统的扭矩输入侧,当所述离合器被可选择地接合时,用来将发动机扭矩传递到所述传动齿轮上;
所述电动机-发电机被设置在所述传动系统的扭矩输出侧;
行星齿轮,所述行星齿轮包括可驱动地连接到所述转子上的一个行星元件和可驱动地连接到另一组牵引轮上的另一个行星元件;以及
变容式制动器,用来为所述行星齿轮提供反作用扭矩。
16.根据权利要求15所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,其中所述传动系统包括在主副轴上的主副轴组件和在分开的轴上的动力传输副轴,其扭矩传递齿轮元件可驱动地接合所述主轴上的传动齿轮。
17.根据权利要求16所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,其中,所述主副轴齿轮组件包括实心的副轴部分和围绕所述实心部分的套筒部分;以及
可驱动地连接到每一副轴部分上的副轴齿轮元件;
每一个副轴部分被可驱动地连接到所述一前一后离合器的单独一个上。
18.一种混合动力汽车动力系统,包括,发动机、单一电动机-发电机、行星齿轮单元和具有倍率齿轮的传动系统;
所述传动系统包括双的、可交替地接合的离合器组件,用来建立和取消在所述发动机和所述传动系统的单独的动力输入齿轮之间的动力流动路径;
所述电动机-发电机,具有可驱动地连接到所述行星齿轮单元的恒星齿轮以及所述传动系统的发动机启动器齿轮上的转子;
所述行星齿轮单元,包括变容式摩擦制动器,用来锚定所述行星齿轮单元的环形齿轮和可驱动地连接到汽车前牵引轮上的行星架;以及
四轮驱动离合器,可选择地连接所述行星架和汽车前牵引轮,因而来自所述发动机的动力被传递到所述汽车前牵引轮;
所述传动系统,包括可选择地接合变比率离合器,用来实现从所述双离合器组件到所述汽车前和后牵引轮的多重动力流动路径。
19.根据权利要求18所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,其中,所述传动系统包括在所述行星架和所述汽车前牵引轮的驱动轴之间的交互驱动。
20.根据权利要求19所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,其中所述交互驱动是链轮和驱动链组件,所述链轮和驱动链组件包括安装在所述后牵引轮的驱动轴上的第一链轮和安装在所述汽车前牵引轮的驱动轴上的第二链轮。
21.根据权利要求20所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,其中在所述电动机-发电机转子和所述发动机启动器齿轮之间的所述驱动连接包括副轴和发动机启动器离合器,所述副轴的副轴齿轮可驱动地连接到所述电动机-发电机转子和发动机启动器齿轮上,所述发动机启动器离合器用来通过所述双离合器中的一个将所述发动机启动器齿轮连接到所述发动机上。
22.一种混合动力汽车动力系统,包括,发动机、单一电动机-发电机、行星齿轮单元和具有倍率齿轮的副轴传动系统;
一对动力输入轴,用于所述传动系统;
第一传动系统副轴;
第二传动系统副轴,与所述第一传动系统副轴共轴心设置;
第一和第二传动系统动力输入齿轮分别可驱动地连接到所述第一和第二传动系统副轴组件;
双离合器组件,包括第一和第二离合器,用来可交替地将所述发动机连接到所述第一和第二传动系统动力输入齿轮;
所述电动机-发电机,具有连接到所述恒星齿轮单元的恒星齿轮上的转子;
变容式制动器,用来锚定所述行星齿轮单元的环形齿轮;
所述行星齿轮单元的托架,被可驱动地连接到汽车前牵引轮的驱动轴上;以及
四轮驱动离合器,用来将所述行星齿轮单元的行星架连接到汽车后牵引轮上。
23.根据权利要求22所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,其中在所述行星齿轮单元的托架和所述汽车前牵引轮的驱动轴之间的所述驱动连接包括在所述行星齿轮单元的托架和所述汽车前牵引轮的驱动轴之间的交互驱动。
24.根据权利要求23所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,其中,所述交互驱动包括链轮和驱动链组件。
25.根据权利要求23所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,其中,一个所述副轴齿轮组件包括发动机启动器齿轮和发动机启动器离合器,所述发动机启动器齿轮安装在可驱动地连接到所述电动机-发电机的所述转子上的一个副轴上,所述发动机启动器离合器在所述一个副轴上,用来可选择地将所述发动机启动器齿轮连接到所述一个副轴上,因而发动机启动扭矩可以通过所述双离合器组件的离合器中的一个被传递到所述发动机。
