发光层(色层)104或者说114可以由如下材料制成,其中使用硫化锌(ZnS)作为基材,并且添加微量的发光核(Mn)。借助于发光层(色层)104或者说114通过施加交变电场通过透明的电极102或者说112和后电极106或者说116在使用没有示出的能源情况下进行发光,透明的电极102或者说112和后电极106或者说116与没有示出的电触点进行连接。为了利用该电发光层实现70cd/m2或者更高的光辐射亮度,Mn-浓度例如为大约0.4-0.6%重量百分比(相对于硫化锌)。这样的电发光层可以例如通过真空分离法、通过原子层晶体生长(ALE)、通过化学蒸汽分离或者通过喷镀进行制造。这样的电发光层的示例性制造的详细细节可以从DE 43 32 209 A1中获取。
此外,发光层104或者说114可以具有ZnSe和/或ZnS/CdS,或者主要由ZnSe和/或ZnS/CdS组成。假如色层104或者说114主要由ZnS,ZnSe和/或ZnS/CdS组成,不排除设置少量(在百分比范围内)其它元素如大约0.4-0.6%重量百分比的Mn,也就是说例如色层104或者说114是添加金属的。
发光层104或者说114的其它可能的设计方案可以从EP 0 699 730B1中获取。
图11示出了具有网状覆盖物20的汽车120的实施例的示意图,该网状覆盖物特别用于布置在汽车120车身的在汽车120的内部空间中可见的表面上,如例如在图1中示出的仪表板1或在图12中示出的车门130的内饰131。汽车120包括一个调节器121,通过该调节器可以为炽热丝提供电能。通过由温度测量丝73发出的信号,调节器121调节电热丝72,从而电热丝72通过其工作加热到30℃和35℃之间的温度上。作为替代方案也可以不调节温度,其中调节器121由能量供给装置替代。在这种情况下能量供给装置和电热丝72如此相互调整,特别是如此选择电热丝72的电阻,使得电热丝72通过其工作加热到小于40℃的温度,特别是加热到30℃和35℃之间的温度。为了接通或者切断电热丝72或者说其调节器121或者说其能量供给装置,例如设置相应的另外通过压力测量丝80实现的操纵元件,该操纵元件的操作由分析电路124识别,该分析电路再次触发调节器121或者说能量供给装置。
为了接通或者切断灯丝78,84,例如设置相应的另外通过压力测量丝82实现的操纵元件,该操纵元件的操作同样由分析电路124来识别。
在优选的设计方案中,网状覆盖物20还包括具有压电材料的丝75,87,这些丝用作扬声器。相应的声学上的作用的细节可以从网页www.panphonics.fi/technology/audio_app_theory.html上获取。具有压电材料的丝75,87可选通过可调节的放大器123与信息娱乐模块122进行连接。按本发明的信息娱乐模块应该理解为一种导航系统、信息系统、电话、音乐设备和/或语音系统。以这种方式通过具有压电材料的丝75,87可以在汽车120的内部空间中发出声音、音乐和/或语言。为了增大或减小可调节放大器123的放大效果,例如设置相应的通过其它压力测量丝实现的操纵元件,该操纵元件的操纵同样通过分析电路124识别。
附图标记125和126表示其它的功能模块,这些功能模块可以通过其它的例如通过其它的压力测量丝实现的操纵元件进行操纵,该操纵元件的操纵同样通过分析电路124识别。这样的功能模块例如可以是用于向下和向上升降汽车的在图12中示出的车门130的玻璃133的车窗玻璃升降器。在此,用于操纵车窗玻璃升降器的操纵元件132作为压力测量丝织入车门130内饰131的与网状覆盖物20相应的网状覆盖物中。
考虑到简洁和明了,附图中的元件和层不必按规定比例示出。因此例如一些元件或者说一些层的尺寸布置相对于其它元件或者说其它层明显夸大地示出,这是为了更好地理解本发明的实施例。

Claims (16)

1.用于机动车或汽车(120)的仪表板(1)或内饰(131),所述仪表板或内饰具有支座(37)和布置在支座(37)上的网状覆盖物(20),其中所述网状覆盖物(20)包括经线(45)和纬线(46)以及关于所述经线(45)和所述纬线(46)的连接点(47),并且其中所述连接点(47)的密度基本上不取决于所述支座(37)的表面几何形状。
2.按权利要求1所述的仪表板(1)或内饰(131),其特征在于:所述支座(37)具有在其上布置部分所述网状覆盖物(20)的带有平面表面的区域(40)和在其上布置部分所述网状覆盖物(20)的带有凸起表面的区域(42,43),其中所述网状覆盖物(20)的在所述支座(37)的具有平面表面的区域(40)上方的连接点(47)的密度基本上等于所述网状覆盖物(20)的在所述支座(37)的具有凸起表面的区域(42,43)上方的连接点(47)的密度。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的仪表板(1)或内饰(131),其特征在于:所述支座(37)具有在其上布置部分所述网状覆盖物(20)的带有平面表面的区域(40)和在其上布置部分所述网状覆盖物(20)的带有凹陷表面的区域(41),其中所述网状覆盖物(20)的在所述支座(37)的具有平面表面的区域(40)上方的连接点(47)的密度基本上等于所述网状覆盖物(20)的在所述支座(37)的具有凹陷表面的区域(41)上方的连接点(47)的密度。
4.按权利要求1、2或3所述的仪表板(1)或内饰(131),其特征在于:在所述网状覆盖物(20)的远离所述支座(37)的表面(44)上布置纳米涂层。
5.按上述权利要求中任一项所述的仪表板(1)或内饰(131),其特征在于:在所述支座(37)中布置至少一个气道(23,24,25,26,31)。
6.按权利要求5所述的仪表板(1)或内饰(131),其特征在于:所述气道(23,24,25,26,31)包括至少一个由所述网状覆盖物(20)覆盖的出气口(27,28,29,30,32)。
7.按上述权利要求中任一项所述的仪表板(1)或内饰(131),其特征在于:至少一根经线(45)和/或至少一根纬线(46)包括金属丝(72)。
8.按上述权利要求中任一项所述的仪表板(1)或内饰(131),其特征在于:至少一根经线(45)和/或至少一根纬线(46)包括碳丝(72)。
9.按上述权利要求中任一项所述的仪表板(1)或内饰(131),其特征在于:至少一根经线(45)和/或至少一根纬线(46)包括压力测量丝(80,82)。
10.按上述权利要求中任一项所述的仪表板(1)或内饰(131),其特征在于:至少一根经线(45)和/或至少一根纬线(46)包括炽热丝(72)。
11.按上述权利要求中任一项所述的仪表板(1)或内饰(131),其特征在于:至少一根经线(45)和/或至少一根纬线(46)包括温度测量丝(73)。
12.按上述权利要求中任一项所述的仪表板(1)或内饰(131),其特征在于:至少一根经线(45)和/或至少一根纬线(46)包括电发光灯丝(78,84,100,110)。
13.按上述权利要求中任一项所述的仪表板(1)或内饰(131),其特征在于:至少一根经线(45)和/或至少一根纬线(46)包括压电丝(75,87)。
14.机动车或汽车(120),其特征在于:所述机动车或汽车包括按上述权利要求中任一项所述的仪表板(1)和/或内饰(131)。
15.按权利要求14所述的机动车或汽车(120),其特征在于:所述机动车或汽车具有挡风玻璃,并且所述网状覆盖物(20)具有一个区域,在所述区域内网状覆盖物(20)的光吸收度随着与挡风玻璃的间距的缩短而增加。
16.用于制造仪表板(1)或内饰的方法,其中形成具有所述仪表板(1)或内饰(131)的几何形状的支座(37),其中以关于所述经线(45)和所述纬线(46)的连接点(47)的取决于所述支座(37)表面几何形状的密度织造覆盖物(20),并且其中所述支座(37)用所述覆盖物(20)覆盖。
