Abstract

本发明公开了一种拆除连接钢轨(2)与轨枕(3)的防爬器(4)用的装置(1),其由两个面对面的、利用一张合驱动装置(10)可围绕旋转轴线(8)转动并由平行导杆(12)相连的工具杠杆(6、7)组成。第一个工具杠杆(6)与铰接在机具架(9)上的张合驱动装置(10)相连。第二个工具杠杆(7)的上端(20)由一旋转轴线(8)限定。

Description

拆除防爬器用的装置
本发明涉及一种安装或拆除连接钢轨与轨枕的防爬器的装置,其由两个面对面的、利用一张合驱动装置可横向于钢轨纵向地分别围绕一旋转轴线转动的、用一平行导杆相连并装在一个机具架上的工具杠杆组成,这两个工具杠杆底面分别有贴靠防爬器用的一接触片。
WO 00/36219号专利介绍的这样一种装置,已为人们所知。
本发明的目的就是要改进上述类型的装置,要求这套装置在结构方面投入较少的情况下,能可靠地拆除或安装防爬器。
本发明的上述目的通过具有权利要求1所述特征的装置来实现。
本发明的其它优点和扩展设计可参阅其它从属权利要求和附图。
下面借助附图所示实施方式进一步阐明本发明。附图中:
图1、2和3分别为沿钢轨纵向的方向对于本发明装置的前视图;
图4为沿垂直于钢轨纵向的方向对于本发明装置的视图。
图示装置1可用于拆除连接钢轨2与轨枕3的防爬器4。第一个工具杠杆6和第二个工具杠杆7分别通过一平行于钢轨纵向的旋转轴线8安装在机具架9上。第一个工具杠杆6与固定在机具架9上的张合驱动装置10相连而形成一铰接点5,其下端则与贴靠防爬器4用的接触片11相连。利用一平行导杆12将两个工具杠杆6、7连接在一起而形成两个铰接点13。导杆12下端有一个贴靠防爬器4用的接触片11。第二个工具杠杆7的上端由旋转轴线8限定。
也可以选择将接触片11与第二个工具杠杆7的下端,而不与平行导杆12连接起来。
机具架9下端有一个定心缺口14,用于容纳轨头15或轨底。两根旋转轴线8相隔的距离a大约相当于钢轨2轨头宽度b的两至三倍。第一个工具杠杆6的由张合驱动装置10的铰接点5与平行导杆12的铰接点13限定的上部区段16和其由平行导杆12的铰接点13与接触片11所限定的下部区段17之间形成大约110°至130°的角α。两个工具杠杆区段16、17的长度大约相等。
平行导杆12的铰接点13与张合驱动装置10的铰接点5之间的距离d大约等于两根旋转轴线8之间的距离a。平行导杆12由一个位于两个铰接点8上方的、与第一个工具杠杆6铰接的导杆上部区段18及与此区段形成锐角β的、与第二个工具杠杆7铰接的导杆下部区段19组成。

Claims (5)

1.一种安装或拆除连接钢轨(2)与轨枕(3)的防爬器(4)的装置(1),其由两个面对面的、利用一张合驱动装置(10)能够横向于钢轨纵向地分别围绕一旋转轴线(8)转动的、用一平行导杆(12)相连并装在一个机具架(9)上的工具杠杆(6、7)组成,这两个工具杠杆底面分别有贴靠防爬器(4)用的一接触片(11),其中,第一个工具杠杆(6)与铰接在机具架(9)上的张合驱动装置(10)相连,其特征在于:第二个工具杠杆(7)的上端(20)由旋转轴线(8)限定,所述平行导杆(12)由一个位于两个旋转轴线(8)上方、与第一个工具杠杆(6)铰接的导杆上部区段(18)和一个与此区段成锐角(β)并与第二工具杠杆(7)铰接的导杆下部区段(19)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:两个旋转轴线(8)之间相隔的距离(a)是钢轨(2)轨头宽度的二到三倍。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于:所述第一工具杠杆(6)的由所述张合驱动装置(10)及平行导杆(12)的铰接点(5,13)所限定的上部区段(16)与其由所述平行导杆(12)的铰接点(13)及所述接触片(11)所限定的工具杠杆下部区段(17)之间形成的角度(α)为110°到130°。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于:所述工具杠杆的上部区段和下部区段(16,17)的长度相等。
5.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于:所述平行导杆(12)的铰接点(13)与所述张合驱动装置(10)的铰接点(5)之间的距离(d)等于两个旋转轴线(8)之间的距离(a)。
