Abstract

背景技术
可由病人自行操作并且允许根据所需的药物量进行单独给药的药物输送装置在本领域内是公知的。通常,这种装置具有基本上与普通注射器相同的目的。例如从US专利No.5,226,895中已知机械式的笔型装置。通常在这种装置中,包括双头针的针头组件附装在装置的远端上。一药物盛装筒在针头和一活塞杆之间安装在壳体的远端部分中,所述活塞杆在驱动机构的作用下移动并在所述筒中驱动活塞以分配液体。在针头的远端上安装有可拆卸的针头套以保护针头不受到污染和损坏。此外,在所述装置的壳体的远端安装有可拆卸的盖。该盖用于覆盖和保护针头和针头套。

发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是降低对使用者造成的与针头有关的伤害的风险,所述伤害可导致对上述种类药物输送装置的使用者的感染。此外,本发明可用于防止在药物输送期间针头套的遗失,并由此改善药物输送装置的操作。
本发明提供了用于药物输送装置的具有针头套保持部分的盖,所述针头套保持部分用于在注射期间保持针头套,并且有助于在注射前/后安全地使针头套与所述针头连接/分离。因此,通过本发明的盖提供了一种用于保持针头套的安全工具。
针头套与针头的例如沿轴向的连接/分离是这样实现的,即所述盖利用设在所述盖上的针头套保持部分来保持针头套,以便连接/分离针头套。
定义

根据本发明,术语“设在盖上”指的是一种指定的功能性,例如针头套保持部或夹保持器等都存在于所述盖上。
根据本发明的术语“高摩擦材料”指的是具有弹性的任何材料,例如橡胶或其它任意合适的材料,这种材料可适应针头套的外表面的形状和尺寸,以确保在注射过程中通过摩擦力将针头套保持在针头套保持部分中。
这种适当的材料可由例如选自下面各种弹性的(或软的)材料中的任意材料制成,例如包括:天然橡胶,合成橡胶例如异戊二烯橡胶、硅橡胶聚氨酯橡胶、苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶、氟化橡胶和丙烯酸橡胶,聚四氟乙烯的多孔体,基于聚酰胺、聚酯和其它材料的热塑性弹性体,以及聚氨酯的多孔体。所述材料可通过粘合、沉积等方法施加在针头套保持部分的内表面上,或者与所述盖一体地模制而成(嵌件成型(insert molding),双色成型(2-color molding)等),或者作为分离的部件模制然后通过粘合、装配等方法附装到所述盖上。此外,所述材料可以是整体式部件或由多个部件组成。
具体实施方式
示例
下述示例对本发明的盖的实施例进行了说明,但不限制或限定基本的发明构思。
示例1
参照图1对包括本发明的盖的药物输送装置的外形进行说明。
所示装置是笔型的并且包括壳体2,在该壳体的远端一体地且同心地接合有筒保持部分2a。盛装药物的筒3安装在该筒保持部分2a中。用于注射的针头5通过针头组件6可拆卸地安装在所述筒3的远端。
可拆卸的针头套11覆盖并保护针头5,使之例如不受污染和损坏。
基本上为筒形的可拆除的盖12覆盖针头组件6以及针头套11。所述盖12包括基本上为筒形的盖体部13和弹性夹14。在分配药物之前,盖12和针头套11被取下。
针头套保持部分31的细节如图2至3所示。
针头套保持部分31形成在盖12的盖体部13和盖的弹性夹14之间(图2)。
在夹14的内表面14c上形成有凹部32。高摩擦材料33通过粘合而施加在凹部32的内表面上。高摩擦材料33由弹性材料例如合成橡胶制成。高摩擦材料33的内径适合于针头套11的外径以便保持所述针头套。
图3所示的针头套保持部分31可使针头套11安全而容易地与针头5连接/分离。当针头套11从针头5上取下时,它通过盖12的夹14的压紧力而保持在针头套保持部分31中。因此,针头套11可与盖12安全地保持在一起,并且可防止针头套11的可能发生的遗失。
在注射之后并且当针头套11已重新附装到针头5上时,为了将针头套11从针头套保持部分31上取下,使用者需要向针头套11的远端施加作用力,以克服高摩擦材料33的摩擦阻力。
示例2
本发明的盖的第二实施例在图4至5中进行说明。
在该实施例中,针头套保持部分31沿盖12的纵向轴线形成并定位在盖体部13和夹14的自由端14e之间。
针头套保持部分31由成对的上凹部37和下凹部38以及成对的上部弹性高摩擦材料39和下部弹性高摩擦材料40(下文中简称为“高摩擦材料”)形成。高摩擦材料39和40由合成橡胶制成并通过粘合施加在所述凹部37和38的内表面上。凹部37和38形成在盖体部13的外周面13c和夹14的自由端14e的内表面14g上。
在注射之后并且当针头套11已重新附装到针头5上时,为了从针头套保持部分31中取下针头套11,使用者需要向夹14的自由端14a施加作用力,使得夹14的远自由端14e被抬起,从而允许针头套11克服高摩擦材料39、40的摩擦阻力。
示例3
本发明的盖的第三实施例在图6至7中进行说明。
在该实施例中,针头套保持部分31形成在盖12的盖体部13的远端外周面13c上。针头套保持部分31由弹性高摩擦材料43(下文中简称为“高摩擦材料”)形成,该高摩擦材料43由合成橡胶制成,所述针头套保持部分31可与盖体部13成一体地模制而成,或者作为分离的部件模制而成并随后通过粘合附装到盖体部13上。
因此,针头套保持部分31的示例3描述了另一种可选的方案,通过该方案针头套11可与针头5安全而容易地连接/分离。
本发明的用于药物输送装置的盖并不限于在上面的示例1、2和3中所述的实施例,本领域的技术人员可设想出各种有效的替换方案。

Claims (7)
1、一种用于药物输送装置的盖,该药物输送装置包括:
针头;
针头套,该针头套被可拆卸地安装,其中所述盖可拆卸地安装在所述药物输送装置上以覆盖所述针头套,其特征在于,
所述盖包括针头套保持部分,该针头套保持部分能够可拆卸地保持所述针头套,以便协助所述针头套与所述针头进行连接/分离。
2、根据权利要求1所述的盖,其特征在于,所述针头套保持部分形成在
A)所述盖的盖体部和夹之间,
或设在
B)所述盖的盖体部上。
3、根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的盖,其特征在于,所述针头套保持部分是弹性构件或包括弹性构件,以便保持所述针头套。
4、一种包括根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的盖的药物输送装置。
5、根据权利要求4所述的药物输送装置,其特征在于,所述药物输送装置是笔型装置。
6、根据权利要求4至5中任一项所述的药物输送装置,其特征在于,该药物输送装置包含胰岛素、低分子量肝素,及其衍生物和/或类似物。
7、一种通过使用根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的盖使药物输送装置的针头套与针头进行连接/分离的方法。
