【0004】食品和其它加工过程所使用的机械设备由链、齿轮和其它可动部件组成,它们需要高水平的润滑。润滑的质量对于确保设备适当起作用是关键的。不适当润滑的设备将会有大量的故障时间,并且需要比适当润滑的设备更加频繁的更换和维修。在食品加工过程中使用的设备有进一步的要求,其润滑剂必须被批准可与食品相接触,因此严格限制潜在的润滑剂成分。油基润滑剂在该行业中被经常使用,但是此类润滑剂要求额外的低摩擦添加剂,以便在加工过程中所面临的日益苛刻的环境下适当地工作。尽管本申请通篇在讲述本发明的润滑剂添加剂是用于食品级应用的,但是应当理解这些润滑剂添加剂也可以被用在所期望的非食品级应用中。

实施例
润滑剂添加剂按照以下方法制作。将一氮化硼加入分散剂中并充分混合。可以使用商用型低剪切混合器或捏和机或者使用考雷司铜铝合金(cowles)叶片通过高速分散完成此初加工。在研磨机夹套(mill jacket)中使用冷却水,继续该分散过程至少14小时,形成糊。当一氮化硼粉已被完全混合时,应当将任何剩余的分散剂与足量的油一起加入,将该组合物稀释至固体范围为大约13%至大约15%的可倾倒稠度。然后将所述掺合物过滤或者离心以保持最大粒度为大约5微米。一旦达到这样的粒度,就可以将所述材料进一步稀释至期望的固体含量。

13.权利要求1所述的润滑剂添加剂,其中所述润滑剂添加剂包含范围为大约5wt%至大约20wt%的分散剂。
14.权利要求1所述的润滑剂添加剂,其中所述油载体包含范围为大约45wt%至大约99wt%的合成载体。
15.权利要求14所述的润滑剂添加剂,其中所述油载体包含范围为大约70wt%至大约80wt%的合成载体。
16.油基润滑复合剂,包括油基润滑剂和权利要求1所述的润滑剂添加剂。
17.权利要求1所述的润滑剂添加剂,其中所述油载体包括一种或多种轻油。
18.一种形成油基润滑复合剂的方法,包括将权利要求1所述的润滑剂添加剂加入油基润滑剂的步骤。
19.食品级润滑剂添加剂,包括一氮化硼、一种或多种分散剂和一种或多种合成油载体。
