Abstract

本发明涉及摄像附件器材领域的一种三段一体式伸缩三脚架及锁紧方式,是针对现有的同类产品构造欠佳而设计的。设计要点在于主架连接上、中、下脚管,下脚管设置在中脚管的中部,下、中脚管可作伸缩式连接上脚管,上脚管与中、下脚管的结合处设置具有“一锁二”的锁紧装置,所述的“一锁二”是一个旋转扳手同时锁紧上脚管和下脚管。其原理是旋转扳手顺时针转动,凸轮偏心量增加,使凸轮挡块也随之向上移动。两根连接杆将凸轮挡块与压紧块相连,随着凸轮挡块的向上移动,连接杆就拉紧压紧块,使锁紧卡圈变形就锁住了下脚管。这有别于同类产品是一个扳手仅锁住一个脚管。适用于摄像机、DV机的支撑及角度、高度的调节,市场前景看好。

三段一体式伸缩三脚架
技术领域
本发明涉及摄像附件器材领域的一种三段一体式伸缩三脚架。
背景技术
摄像机、DV机拍摄时,一般都要用到三脚架支撑,并通过三脚架对拍摄角度、高度进行调节。大多数三脚架采用伸缩支脚来调节拍摄角度、高度,各支脚伸缩调节需要通过各自脚管的锁紧装置来完成。但由于大多数伸缩三脚架的锁紧装置设计不同,其锁紧方式也不同,同类三脚架一般设有多个锁紧装置,在应用时要同时锁紧并固定多段脚管,缺少保险装置,固定三脚架拍摄角度、高度后,容易出现脚管打滑、锁紧装置意外松开,导致拍摄角度、高度产生变化,甚至损坏摄像器材的情况发生。
发明内容
本发明克服上述存在的不足,向本领域提供一种三段一体式伸缩三脚架,即“一锁二”,且具有保险装置的三段一体式伸缩三脚架,使其能解决现有三脚架锁紧装置欠完善的技术问题。本发明的目的是通过如下的技术方案实现的。
一种三段一体式伸缩三脚架,包括脚管、锁紧装置和保险装置,其结构的设计要点在于主架连接上脚管、中脚管、下脚管,下脚管设置在中脚管的中部,下脚管、中脚管可作伸缩式连接上脚管,上脚管与中脚管、下脚管的结合处设置具有“一锁二”的锁紧装置A,所述的的“一锁二”是一个旋转扳手同时锁紧上脚管和下脚管(见图3)。这有别于公知的同类产品是一个扳手仅锁住一个脚管。
所述的锁紧装置A是设置在每一组的上脚管与中脚管的结合处,所述的每一组由上、中、下脚管构成(图4)。
锁紧装置的设计要点在于:上脚管穿过活动连接件的孔,并与锁紧块的弧面相贴;锁紧螺杆的一端与旋转扳手压铸连接为一体,锁紧螺杆穿过旋转档位块、活动连接件、凸轮、锁紧块与花形螺母连接。
锁紧装置的凸轮挡块与两根连接杆连接,连接杆穿过活动连接件、中脚管、下连接件、压紧块与小螺母固定连接。
保险装置的螺栓穿过旋转扳手上的限位孔与按钮连接,按钮设有第一弹簧,保险销设置在活动连接件的孔内,孔内设有第二弹簧。
锁紧装置和保险装置在具体实施方式中描述。
本发明的关键之处在于将旋转扳手顺时针转动的时候将上脚管和下脚管同时锁住,实现“一锁二”,使三段脚管成为一个整体。本发明的锁紧装置解决了三脚架调节、锁紧、保险、易松动的技术问题,其总体结构设计合理。操作简单,紧锁牢固,适用于摄像机、DV机的支撑及角度、高度的调节。

具体实施方式
锁紧方式:结合图6,旋转扳手2顺时针转动,通过旋转档位块18的螺旋斜面提升旋转扳手,而旋转扳手与花形螺母17连接,通过花形螺母将锁紧块6拉紧,锁紧块的两端圆弧处将上脚管5压紧,这样就锁住了上脚管。旋转扳手顺时针转动,凸轮12偏心量增加,使凸轮挡块11也随之向上移动。两根连接杆13将凸轮挡块与压紧块15相连,随着凸轮挡块的向上移动,连接杆就拉紧压紧块,因为锁紧卡圈14在下连接16的孔内,由于压紧块的挤压,使锁紧卡圈变形而抱紧下脚管9,这样就锁住了下脚管。
结合图7,当旋转扳手顺时针转到锁紧位置时,保险销20将依靠弹簧的弹力而自动弹入旋转扳手上的限位孔内,这样旋转扳手就不会自然松开,起到保险的作用。要松开旋转扳手必须按下按钮7,通过螺栓19将保险销顶出限位孔,使脚架处于放松状态。
保险装置(见图7)是设置在的方式是当旋转扳手顺时针转到锁紧位置的时候,保险销20将依靠弹簧的弹力而自动弹入旋转扳手上的限位孔内,这样旋转扳手就不会自然松开,起到保险的作用。要松开旋转扳手必须按下按钮7,通过螺栓19将保险销顶出限位孔,使脚架处于放松状态。

Claims (1)

1、一种三段一体式伸缩三脚架,包括脚管、锁紧装置和保险装置,其特征在于:
在主架(1)上连接上脚管(5)、中脚管(8)和下脚管(9),下脚管设置在中脚管的中部,下脚管和中脚管可伸缩连接上脚管,上脚管与中脚管、下脚管的结合处设置锁紧装置(A);
所述锁紧装置包括活动连接件(10)、锁紧块(6)、旋转扳手(2)、锁紧螺杆(21)、旋转档位块(18)、花形螺母(17)、凸轮(12)、凸轮挡块(11)、下连接件(16)、压紧块(15)、小螺母(22)和锁紧卡圈(14),其中上脚管(5)穿过活动连接件(10)的孔并与锁紧块(6)的弧面相贴;锁紧螺杆(21)的一端与旋转扳手(2)压铸连接为一体,锁紧螺杆(21)穿过旋转档位块(18)、活动连接件(10)、凸轮(12)、锁紧块(6)与花形螺母(17)连接;旋转扳手(2)顺时针转动,凸轮(12)偏心量增加,使凸轮挡块(11)随之向上移动,凸轮挡块(11)与两根连接杆(13)连接,所述连接杆(13)穿过活动连接件(10)、中脚管(8)、下连接件(16)、压紧块(15)与小螺母(22)固定连接,使得凸轮挡块(11)与压紧块(15)相连;锁紧卡圈(14)在下连接件(16)的孔内,用于锁紧下脚管(9);由于旋转扳手(2)同时锁紧上脚管(5)和下脚管(9),使锁紧装置实现“一锁二”的锁紧方式;
所述保险装置包括螺栓(19)、按钮(7)和保险销(20),其中螺栓(19)穿过旋转扳手(2)上的限位孔与按钮(7)连接,所述按钮(7)设有第一弹簧(23),保险销(20)设置在活动连接件(10)的孔内,该孔内设有第二弹簧(24)。
