本发明公开了一种机油泵，它含有壳体、齿轮、泵轴，齿轮的中心孔穿装在泵轴上，壳体上设有穿装泵轴的孔，还含有轴套，该轴套的一端设有台阶，轴套设置在所述壳体穿装泵轴的孔中且其台阶位于壳体的内侧，所述齿轮中心孔的两端设有与轴套台阶相配的凹部。本发明不仅可以防止泄漏，而且可以减少齿轮对机油泵局部壳体的磨损，延长壳体的使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种泵，特别是一种机油泵。
背景技术
现有的工程机械中所使用的机油泵，它主要包括壳体、齿轮、泵轴，齿轮设置在泵轴上，泵轴穿装在壳体上。机油泵中的齿轮在加工过程中，由于其端面为平面，在磨削该平面时因轮齿部干涉，往往在靠近齿轮中心孔的端面处容易凸出，形成中凸结构，这一方面容易造成泄漏，另一方面因工作时齿轮的高速转动也对其对应处的机油泵局部壳体造成加快磨损，这大大影响了壳体的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种机油泵，它不仅可以防止泄漏，而且可以减少齿轮对机油泵局部壳体的磨损，延长壳体的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明一种机油泵，它含有壳体、齿轮、泵轴，齿轮的中心孔穿装在泵轴上，壳体上设有穿装泵轴的孔，还含有轴套，该轴套的一端设有台阶，轴套设置在所述壳体穿装泵轴的孔中且其台阶位于壳体的内侧，所述齿轮中心孔的两端设有与轴套台阶相配的凹部。
由于在壳体穿装泵轴的孔中设有带台阶的轴套且其台阶位于壳体的内侧，工作时高速转动的齿轮仅与轴套接触，而不与壳体直接接触，这样大大延长了壳体的使用寿命；由于齿轮中心孔的两端设有与轴套一端台阶相配的凹部，这不仅消除了现有技术中靠近齿轮中心孔端面处形成的中凸结构，而且因消除了该中凸结构，也有效防止了泄漏现象的发生。

具体实施方式
附图中，机油泵含有壳体3、齿轮4、泵轴1和轴套2。齿轮4的中心孔穿装在泵轴1上，它们之间的装配方式可以通过热装的方式将齿轮4固定在泵轴1上。壳体3上设有穿装泵轴1的孔。轴套2为管状结构，轴套2的一端设有台阶。轴套2设置在壳体3穿装泵轴1的孔中，轴套2的台阶位于壳体3的内侧。轴套2可以通过热装的方式，将轴套2固定在壳体3设有的穿装泵轴1的孔中。齿轮4的中心孔两端设有与轴套2台阶相配的凹部。在本发明中，由于在壳体3穿装泵轴1的孔中，设有带台阶的轴套2，且台阶位于壳体3的内侧，当工作时，高速转动的齿轮4仅与轴套2接触，而不与壳体3直接接触，当轴套2磨损达不到应有的精度后，只需将此更换，这样大大延长了壳体3的使用寿命。同时由于齿轮4的中心孔的两端设有与轴套2一端台阶相配的凹部，这消除了现有技术中靠近齿轮4中心孔处形成的中凸结构，因不存在该中凸结构，也有效防止了泄漏现象的发生。

1.一种机油泵，它含有壳体、齿轮、泵轴，齿轮的中心孔穿装在泵轴上，壳体上设有穿装泵轴的孔，其特征在于：还含有轴套，该轴套的一端设有台阶，轴套设置在所述壳体穿装泵轴的孔中且其台阶位于壳体的内侧，所述齿轮中心孔的两端设有与轴套台阶相配的凹部。
