本发明涉及一种用于传送带围绕从动鼓轮螺旋缠绕的系统中的传送带,所述传送带包括重复的互连布置如下:
-纵向间隔的杆,每个均在侧向上延伸,在中间传送段之间限定第一和第二端部;以及
-将杆连接在一起的连接链环,每个连接链环包括在闭合的第一端部处从侧向交叉部件并且到开口的第二端部在纵向上延伸的腿,并且在所述闭合端部处在每个所述腿上限定侧向对齐、用于接收杆的第一孔,并且在所述开口端部处限定侧向对齐、用于接收杆的第二孔,由此第一链环的第一孔与第二链环的第二孔对齐,用于在其内接收杆;其中所述杆至少熔合到位于带的外部边缘上的所述第二孔。
这种带通常用作冷却或加热塔中,其中传送带围绕从动鼓轮螺旋缠绕。这使得在相对小的空间内能够具有大长度的传送带。当产品不得不冷却或加热时,这具有优点。
由于该加热和冷却,传送带遭受高的应力,这将最终损坏传送带。在传统的传送带中,杆焊接到链环上并且该加热和冷却将最终导致焊接破裂。
而且,当带由鼓轮驱动时,将产生在从动鼓轮和传送带之间的轻微的速度差别,作为在传送带和鼓轮之间的摩擦力的结果导致传送带侧的磨损。由于该磨损,在杆和在传送带外部上的链环之间的焊接将减少并且最后在杆和链环之间的连接将消失。
当杆和链环不再通过焊接连接时,传送带会皱折,这也称为具有隆起。那么这会导致传送带的阻塞,导致对整个系统的损坏。
因此本发明的目的在于提供一种传送带,其中减小了对焊接的磨损和损坏。
该目的通过根据本发明的传送带而获得,其特征在于,至少当链环与从动鼓轮相接触时,布置在第一链环上用于保护第二链环的熔合处的保护机构。
该保护机构提供用于杆和链环的熔化处的保护,藉此由传送带和鼓轮之间的速度差别引起的磨损不再引起对该熔合处的任何损坏。
根据本发明的传送带的实施例,该保护机构在传送带的侧向上延伸超出熔合处。因此该保护机构防护了该熔合处。
在根据本发明的优选实施例中,第一链环的外部腿在纵向上延伸。这是很简单的实施例,由于仅仅链环的腿必须延伸,至少当链环与从动鼓轮相接触时,导致防护第二链环的熔合处。尽管其优选,但是不必第一链环的伸展延伸过熔化处。然而应当延伸使得该熔合处将不与鼓轮等进行接触。
本发明进一步涉及一种传送系统,其包括垂直延伸的从动鼓轮和围绕该鼓轮螺旋缠绕的根据本发明的传送带,其中保护机构邻接鼓轮。因此该保护机构防护杆和链环的熔合处。该保护机构能够由合适的材料制成,藉此该保护机构的磨损最小化并且传送带的寿命周期延长。

至少一个腿在纵向上延伸相距第二孔基本上等于在第一和第二孔之间距离的距离。

Claims (5)

1.用于传送带围绕从动鼓轮螺旋缠绕的系统中的传送带,所述传送带包括重复的互连布置如下:
-纵向间隔的杆,每个均在侧向上延伸,在杆的第一和第二端部之间限定中间传送段;以及
-将杆连接在一起的连接链环,每个连接链环包括在链环的闭合的第一端部处从侧向交叉部件并且到链环的开口的第二端部在纵向上延伸的腿,并且在所述链环的闭合的第一端部处在每个所述腿上限定侧向对齐、用于接收杆的第一孔,以及在所述链环的开口端部处限定侧向对齐、用于接收杆的第二孔,由此第一链环的第一孔与第二链环的第二孔对齐,用于在其内接收杆;其中所述杆至少熔合到位于传送带的外部边缘上的所述第二孔,
其特征在于
至少当第一和第二链环与从动鼓轮相接触时,布置在第一链环上的保护机构用于保护第二链环的熔合处。
2.如权利要求1所述的传送带,其中保护机构在传送带的侧向上延伸超出熔合处。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的传送带,其中第一链环的外部腿在纵向上延伸,以便当与鼓轮接触时保护第二链环的熔合处。
4.一种传送系统,其包括垂直延伸的从动鼓轮和围绕鼓轮螺旋缠绕的根据前面任一项权利要求所述的传送带,其中保护机构邻接鼓轮。
5.用于如前面任一项权利要求所述的传送带的连接链环,该连接链环包括在闭合的第一端部处从侧向交叉部件并且到开口的第二端部在纵向上延伸的腿,并且在所述闭合端部处在每个所述腿上限定侧向对齐、用于接收杆的第一孔,以及在所述开口端部处限定侧向对齐、用于接收杆的第二孔,
其特征在于,
至少一个腿在纵向上相距第二孔延伸的距离基本上等于第一和第二孔之间的距离。
