Abstract
椎间盘假体带有两个盖板和一个假体核心,其中假体核心借助互补凹陷的连接轮廓(8,8’,14,14’)连接在盖板(1)之一上。连接轮廓(8,8’,14,14’)包括至少一对相对AP方向(10)对称且互成一定角度布置的轮廓部分(9,16)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种椎间盘假体。
背景技术
一种已知的椎间盘假体(WO01/01893)由两片金属盖板和一个聚乙烯假体核心组成,该核心与两个盖板之一构成一对滑动表面,并固定在另一个盖板上。为进行固定,盖板设有边缘边框,其下陷的连接轮廓与假体核心底面上的连接轮廓是互补的。在盖板和假体核心的左右侧面边缘上,连接轮廓是平行的。除此之外,在盖板和假体核心的背侧边缘,轮廓是直的。在腹侧边缘没有这样的轮廓,从而假体核心可以从腹侧方向推入盖板的连接轮廓中。通过在腹侧边缘提供的一对互锁元件,将假体核心固定在装配好的位置。尽管制造的连接轮廓几乎没有间隙,但在假体制造过程中还得非常注意,即使在存在加工公差时,也要保证能够消除假体核心与保持假体核心的盖板之间的任何相对运动。特别必须要消除掉假体核心与保持假体核心的盖板之间的相对转动。
现有技术没有指明如何解决该问题。FR-A-2718635仅公开了在盖板的平行侧面边缘上的连接轮廓。在非侧面的和不平行的边缘区域没有这种连接轮廓。对于膝盖假体,FR-A-2632516公开了借助马蹄形连接轮廓将聚乙烯零件固定在保持轮廓内,但这对连接轮廓的不平行部分也相互接合没有任何保证。对于肩部假体,FR-A-2780635公开了借助仅相互成一定角度延伸的连接轮廓将聚乙烯零件固定在保持零件上。这不适用于椎间盘假体的形状要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是改善上述类型的椎间盘假体。
该发明目的通过一种椎间盘假体来完成。所述椎间盘假体带有两个盖板和一个假体核心,其中假体核心借助互补凹陷的连接轮廓连接在盖板之一上在本发明中给出了所述连接轮廓的特殊布置。根据本发明,连接轮廓包括至少一对相对AP方向对称且互呈角度的连接轮廓部分。AP方向指的是前后方向。根据本发明,互成一定角度的轮廓部分形成三角形构造,如果盖板和假体核心的连接轮廓之间有间隙,则所述三角形构造阻止假体核心相对盖板扭转。连接轮廓基本上可仅由互成一定角度的轮廓部分组成。但是,也可为在盖板和假体核心的侧面边缘上平行布置的连接轮廓另外提供这些轮廓部分。它们应该直线延伸并最好至少布置在背侧。互成一定角度的连接轮廓之间的角度不要超过150°。例如最好以140°为界限。

具体实施方式
盖板1通常用作下盖板,有接近椭圆形的轮廓,由用于支撑在椎骨上的带齿固定表面2和及法兰3组成,其中法兰3位于椎骨的腹侧,可以通过螺钉孔4用螺钉与椎骨相连。在通常位于上面的与固定表面2相对的侧面上,盖板1构成假体核心5的支座。支座由平面6和围绕平面6的边缘7组成,其中边缘7是由盖板侧面上的两个平行部分7’和背侧边缘7”组成的。边缘7的外轮廓与盖板的椭圆形轮廓对应。在其面向表面6的侧面上,边缘备有轮廓外框8和轮廓外框8下方的凹槽8’。由此在边缘7的内侧上形成的连接轮廓在侧面部分7’上直线延伸,并且在两侧是平行的。在背侧7”上,连接轮廓由两个部分9组成。在每个部分上,轮廓都是直线延伸。两个部分的轮廓相对植入物的AP轴10对称轴对称布置,并形成角α,在所示的例子中α为140°。
边缘7的顶部形成平面6’,其与支撑面6平行,同样构成假体核心的支撑面。
盖板的法兰3有一条缝11,其与连接轮廓6垂直,其作用会在后文加以说明。
假体核心5在其顶面12上形成滑动表面,该滑动表面与第二盖板(未示出)配合以形成一个关节。假体核心的轮廓与盖板1的轮廓是相同的。在其底面上的平面13用于支撑在盖板1的支撑面6上,并与支撑面6有着基本相同的轮廓形状。轮廓形状由轮廓外框14和凹槽14’构成的连接轮廓限定。该连接轮廓与盖板1的边缘外框7的连接轮廓8,9是互补对应的。特别是连接轮廓由两个侧面部分15和两个背侧部分16组成,这些部分分别与盖板1的边缘7的侧面部分和背侧部分对应,并以形状锁合方式配合。
在连接轮廓14,14’的外侧,在假体核心5的底面上有平面17,平面17与盖板1的边缘7的支撑面6’相对应,并当假体核心安装在盖板1上时与其配合。
通过从开口腹侧方向推假体核心,使其连接轮廓14,14’进入对应的连接轮廓8,8’内,来将假体装配起来。当假体核心已经完全推入时,轮廓外框14不仅在侧面部分7’区域,而且在背侧部分7”区域接合到盖板的边缘7的凹槽8’内,此时连接轮廓基本整个表面接触地相互贴靠在一起。
在3中缝11的所在位置,假体核心有槽18,当假体核心到达它的最终位置时,其中在最终位置背侧连接轮廓相互抵靠,槽18与缝11齐平。一块板(未示出)被推入到缝11和槽18中,并相对盖板1将假体核心固定在该位置。板又通过在图3中左侧的螺钉孔位置也设置一个孔来固定,固定螺钉穿过该孔。
由于假体核心与盖板的连接轮廓分别备有各形成一个三角形的部分9和16,所以与已知假体核心相比,能够提高假体核心相对盖板1的位置可靠性。由此特别在旋转相对运动方向提高了可靠性。
Claims (5)
1.椎间盘假体,带有两个盖板和一个假体核心(5),其中该假体核心借助互补凹陷的连接轮廓(8,8’,14,14’)连接在盖板(1)之一上,其特征在于,连接轮廓(8,8’,14,14’)包括至少一对相对于AP方向(10)对称且互呈角度布置的轮廓部分(9,16)。
2.根据权利要求1的椎间盘假体,其特征在于,所述互呈角度布置的轮廓部分(9,16)基本上直线延伸。
3.根据权利要求1或2的椎间盘假体,其特征在于,所述互呈角度布置的轮廓部分(9,16)布置在背侧,并通过布置在腹侧的装置(11,18)保持接合。
4.根据权利要求3的椎间盘假体,其特征在于,另外为一对布置在侧面的轮廓部分(7’)提供在腹侧布置的轮廓部分。
5.根据权利要求1或2的椎间盘假体,其特征在于,所述互呈角度布置的轮廓部分(9,16)之间的角(α)不大于150°。
