Abstract

一种数据存储器散热装置,包括一收容一数据存储器的支撑架、一固定件及一散热件,该散热件包括一用于贴紧该数据存储器的底板及设置于该底板上的多个散热鳍片,该支撑架包括两侧壁,每一侧壁开设一孔,该固定件的两端分别装设于该两侧壁的孔内,该固定件将该散热件压紧于该数据存储器,该底板中部凸设一卡持部以卡持该固定件。该数据存储器散热装置利用装设于该数据存储器上的散热件有效的增加了该数据存储器的散热面积,利于散热。

数据存储器散热装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种数据存储器散热装置。
背景技术
电脑运转时,数据存储器作为一个发热源不断地产生热量,为不致使数据存储器过热而无法运转,对数据存储进行散热是有必要的。当前的通行做法主要是利用装在机箱内的系统风扇产生空气流动带走数据存储器产生的热量。
随着技术的发展及用户需求的提高,数据存储器的运转速度越来越快,数据容量越来越大,随之而来的是数据存储器产生的热量越来越多,系统的散热效果逐渐不能满足其运转速度等方面的需求。为满足散热需求,一般通过加大系统风扇的功率来提高系统散热性能。而另一方面,数据存储器的散热面积有限,也极大的阻碍了数据存储器热量的散发。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可有效增大数据存储器散热面积的数据存储器散热装置。
一种数据存储器散热装置,包括一收容一数据存储器的支撑架、一固定件及一散热件,所述散热件包括一用于贴紧所述数据存储器的底板及设置于所述底板上的多个散热鳍片,所述支撑架包括两侧壁,每一侧壁开设一孔,所述固定件的两端分别装设于所述两侧壁的孔内,所述固定件将所述散热件压紧于所述数据存储器,所述底板中部凸设一卡持部以卡持所述固定件。
相较现有技术,所述数据存储器散热装置利用装设于所述数据存储器上的散热件有效的增加了所述数据存储器的散热面积,利于散热。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明数据存储器散热装置较佳实施方式包括一用于支撑一数据存储器90的支撑架10、一固定件20及一散热件30。该数据存储器90的两侧壁分别开设两固定孔92。
该支撑架10包括一顶壁及自该顶壁两侧延伸形成的两互相平行的侧壁12。每一侧壁12相对该数据存储器90的固定孔92开设两通孔122。每一侧壁12的中间位置开设一长形的孔124。每一侧壁12于其每一通孔122的下方向内凸设一支撑部126。
该固定件20大致呈“Ω”形,其包括位于中部的固定杆22、自该固定杆22的两端向同侧弯折形成的两弯折部24及自每一弯折部24的自由端弯折形成的固定部26。每一固定部26的端部呈扁平状。
该散热件30包括一底板32及形成于该底板32两侧的若干散热鳍片,该散热件30于该底板32的中部凸伸形成一大致呈“U”形的卡持部34。
请一并参阅图2,组装时,将该固定件20的固定杆22的中部卡固于该散热件30的卡持部32内,将该固定件20的两固定部26分别容置于该支撑架10的两侧壁12上的孔124。
请一并参阅图3,将该数据存储器90装设于该支撑架10时,该数据存储器90克服该固定件20的弹力向上推挤该散热件30并沿该支撑架10的两侧壁12的支撑部126置入该支撑架10,使用若干螺丝80穿过该支撑架10的通孔122锁入该数据存储器90的相应的固定孔92将该数据存储器90固定于该支撑架10。在该固定件20的弹力的作用下,该散热件30的废板32紧贴于该数据存储器90的散热面。

Claims (7)

1.一种数据存储器散热装置,包括一收容一数据存储器的支撑架、一固定件及一散热件,所述散热件包括一用于贴紧所述数据存储器的底板及设置于所述底板上的多个散热鳍片,所述支撑架包括两侧壁,每一侧壁开设一孔,所述固定件的两端分别装设于所述两侧壁的孔内,所述固定件将所述散热件压紧于所述数据存储器,所述底板中部凸设一卡持部以卡持所述固定件。
2.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器散热装置,其特征在于:所述卡持部大致呈“U”形。
3.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器散热装置,其特征在于:所述固定件大致呈“Ω”形。
4.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器散热装置,其特征在于:所述固定件的两端分别形成一呈扁平状的固定部。
5.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器散热装置,其特征在于:所述支撑架的两侧壁设置若干支撑部以支撑所述数据存储器。
6.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器散热装置,其特征在于:所述数据存储器两侧开设多个固定孔,所述支撑架的两侧壁对应开设多个通孔,使用多个螺丝分别穿过所述通孔锁入相应的固定孔以固定所述数据存储器于所述支撑架中。
7.如权利要求4所述的数据存储器散热装置,其特征在于:所述固定件包括位于中部的固定杆及自所述固定杆的两端向同侧弯折形成的两弯折部,所述固定部形成于所述弯折部的末端。
