本发明涉及改进的假发。
背景技术
已知假发通常看上去和摸上去都不像真发，以致于不能给出自然的印象，和常常可明显地看出一些人戴着由这种假发制成的发套。
本发明旨在通过提供看上去和摸上去都象真发的改进的假发来弥补上述的和其他的缺点。
发明内容
为此目的，本发明涉及主要由合成的支持物构成的改进的假发，该支持物涂覆有基于可交联的脂肪族聚氨基甲酸酯的涂层。
“可交联的”是指，脂肪族聚氨基甲酸酯提供了在适当处理的范围内形成交联的可能性。
由于涂层，颜色会看上去更自然，甚至外观、反射和光泽都会更自然，就好像具有健康天然的头发一样，这与未涂覆的干燥的假发正好相反。
除了类似于真发这一优点之外，改进的假发的另一个优点是该涂层不会由于洗涤或梳理头发而磨损，且该涂层还对于化学药品具有抗性，因此该假发会保持自然的外表较长的一段时间。
本发明还旨在提供生产上述改进的假发的方法，其中合成的支持物用基于可交联的脂肪族聚氨基甲酸酯的液体涂料涂覆至少一次。

具体实施方式
本发明的改进的假发1主要由合成的支持物2构成，该支持物具有带有涂层3的圆形横截面。
上述合成的支持物2由例如聚酯或聚乙烯构成，优选聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(polyethylene terephtalate)(或称为PETP)。
上述本发明的涂层3是基于可交联的脂肪族聚氨基甲酸酯而制备的。
根据本发明，还可能这样提供上述涂层3，即在涂覆涂层3时添加一种或多种添加剂，该添加剂的形式为稀释剂、分散剂、干燥时间加速剂、决定硬度的试剂、影响反射的试剂等等。
改进的假发1的厚度为0.04-0.1mm。
图3表示本发明的改进的假发1的变化形式，其中横截面为椭圆形。
图4表示本发明的改进的假发的另一个实施方案，其中横截面具有称为“双筒镜形状”的形状。
明显的是，本发明的改进的假发1的横截面并不局限于附图中所显示的形状。
本发明还涉及生产本发明的改进的假发1的方法，其中合成的支持物2用基于可交联的脂肪族聚氨基甲酸酯的液体涂料涂覆至少一次且优选几次。
涂覆过程通过将合成的支持物拉过涂覆材料的浸液来进行。
涂覆过程借助于特殊设备以机械方式来完成，其中根据称为“单线涂覆工艺”的方法拉着单根线通过涂覆机。
在涂覆之后，优选遵守10秒-10分钟的干燥时间，其中将本发明的改进的假发1暴露于50-200摄氏度的温度。随后让头发1进一步硬化24小时。
本发明决不局限于作为实施例而给出的并在附图中显示的实施方案；与之相反，根据本发明的这样的改进的假发可以制成各种各样的形状和尺寸，而同时仍然保持在本发明的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.改进的假发，其特征在于，其主要由合成的支持物(2)构成，该支持物涂覆有基于可交联的脂肪族聚氨基甲酸酯的涂层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1的改进的假发，其特征在于，上述合成的支持物(2)由聚酯构成。
3.根据权利要求1的改进的假发，其特征在于，上述合成的支持物(2)由聚乙烯构成。
4.根据权利要求2的改进的假发，其特征在于，上述合成的支持物(2)由聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯构成。
5.根据权利要求1的改进的假发，其特征在于，涂覆材料还可以具有一种或多种下列添加剂：
-干燥时间加速剂；
-稀释剂；
-分散剂；
-决定硬度的试剂；
-影响反射的试剂。
6.根据权利要求1的改进的假发，其特征在于，假发(1)的厚度为0.04-0.1mm。
7.制备根据权利要求1-6任一项的改进的假发的方法，其特征在于，合成的支持物(2)用基于可交联的脂肪族聚氨基甲酸酯的液体涂料涂覆至少一次。
8.根据权利要求7的方法，其特征在于，合成的支持物(2)用可交联的脂肪族聚氨基甲酸酯涂覆几次。
9.根据权利要求7的方法，其特征在于，在涂覆之后遵守10秒-10分钟的干燥时间。
10.根据权利要求9的方法，其特征在于，在干燥过程期间的温度为50-200摄氏度。
