一种氯化橡胶的生产方法,采用三氯甲烷作为溶剂,通过液相氯化生产氯化橡胶。产品主要用于重防腐涂料、船舶漆、码头漆、集装箱漆,产品纯度高,氯化橡胶的主含量高达98%以上,产品具有高防腐、高强度特征。生产过程中不使用对大气臭氧层有破坏作用的四氯化碳溶剂,有益环保。

本发明涉及一种氯化橡胶的生产方法的改进,特别是溶剂法生产氯化橡胶的生产方法的改进。
背景技术
目前,生产氯化橡胶的方法通常采用四氯化碳溶剂法和水相法,四氯化碳溶剂法所用的溶剂为四氯化碳,该溶剂对大气臭氧层有破坏作用,随着“蒙特利尔议定书”的逐步实施,我国将于2009年停止生产和使用四氯化碳,四氯化碳溶剂法生产氯化橡胶已被列入淘汰工艺;水相法,因其生产出的产品氯化均匀性差、含氯量低、产品质量不稳定,已无法满足重防腐涂料的要求。
发明内容
为克服现有氯化橡胶生产技术的不足,本发明提供一种新的溶剂法氯化橡胶生产工艺,,淘汰四氯化碳溶剂法生产工艺,生产过程中不再使用对大气臭氧层有破坏作用的四氯化碳溶剂,生产过程也实现了闭路循环,产品质量优于原四氯化碳溶剂法生产的产品。
本发明解决技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种氯化橡胶的生产工艺流程是,橡胶经塑炼后送入降解釜中通氧降解,降解釜中用的是三氯甲烷溶剂,降解后的胶液送入氯化工序,通入氯气氯化,反应完成液经脱溶、分离、于燥后制得氯化橡胶产品,分离工序分离出的溶剂送回降解工序循环使用,在溶剂法降解及反应工序中采用的溶剂是三氯甲烷。
氯化橡胶产品质量:氯化橡胶的主含量高达98%以上。
本发明的有益效果是,产品的质量提高,氯化橡胶的主含量高达98%以上(国内溶剂法生产的氯化橡胶产品中四氯化碳含量约为3~5%,氯化橡胶的主含量仅有94%,)同时消除了对大气臭氧层的危害,有益于环保。

具体实施方式
橡胶(天然胶、合成胶)经塑炼后送入降解釜中通氧降解,降解釜中用的是三氯甲烷溶剂,温度控制在55℃到75℃之间,降解后的胶液送入氯化工序,在降解及反应过程中需要加入0.1~1.5%偶氮二异丁腈或其它种类的引发剂,在0.1~0.3MPa的压力条件下,按不同的反应阶段控制氯化反应釜中的温度不超过75℃,降解及反应过程中生成的氯化氢气体和蒸发出的溶剂经冷却回收溶剂后送入吸收工序制得合格的工业盐酸,反应完成液经脱溶、分离、干燥后制得一定规格的氯化橡胶产品,分离工序分离出的溶剂送回降解工序循环使用。
实施例:向2500升带搅拌的搪瓷反应釜中加入塑炼后的原料橡胶150Kg,加入三氯甲烷溶剂2000Kg,添加引发剂3kg,,搅拌下逐渐升温到70C,待橡胶全溶后,通入空气,当胶液的粘度达到规定要求时(如5CP),保温1小时,通入氯气,氯气的总重量约600Kg,当胶液中氯化橡胶的氯含量达到65%以上时,反应结束后,保温1小时,再用洁净空气赶走釜内残余氯气,将物料进行脱溶,水洗、脱酸、中和、脱水、干燥后,即可得本产品450Kg左右。

1、一种氯化橡胶的生产方法,工艺流程是,橡胶经塑炼后送入降解釜中通氧降解,降解釜中用的是三氯甲烷溶剂,降解后的胶液送入氯化工序,通入氯气氯化,反应完成液经脱溶、分离、干燥后制得氯化橡胶产品,分离工序分离出的溶剂送回降解工序循环使用,其特征是:在溶剂法降解及反应工序中采用的溶剂是三氯甲烷。
