Abstract

本发明公开了一种可用于生产免充气、弹性好、用料少的空心轮胎的免充气多孔空心轮胎挤压模具,其特征是由模框(1)、模芯(2)组成,模框(1)的一端与挤出机的供料装置相连,另一端与模芯(2)相连;模框(1)的内部设有进料通孔(3),该进料通孔(3)的一端与挤出机的供料装置中的供料口相通,另一端与模芯(2)上的出料孔(4)相通,在出料孔(4)设有若干个与轮胎空心孔形状相配的模块(5),模块(5)通过薄壁连接片(6)直接或间接与出料孔(4)的孔壁相连。

免充气多孔空心轮胎挤压模具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶挤压成型模具,尤其是一种免充气多孔空心轮胎挤压模具。
背景技术
目前,轮胎一般可分为三种,一种是由内胎和外胎组成,内胎充气,这是一种最为常见的轮胎结构,其缺点是使用时一般内胎被戳破就无法使用,且其必须分别采用二种不同的工艺进行制造;第二种轮胎是单孔无胆轮胎,如小汽车用的无胆胎,使用时仍必须进行充气,戳破后也无法使用,必须更换或修补后才能使用,其安装也较复杂,需专用设备,且对轮毂的要求较高;第三种是实心轮胎,这种轮胎虽然不会戳破,但其使用过程中的弹性较差,而且十分费料,因此生产一种带有既不怕戳破,又省料、弹性好的免充气式多孔空心轮胎是当务之急,其关键是没有合适的橡胶挤压模具可供使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可用于生产免充气、弹性好、用料少的空心轮胎的免充气多孔空心轮胎挤压模具。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种免充气多孔空心轮胎挤压模具,其特征是由模框1、模芯2组成,模框1的一端与挤出机的供料装置相连,另一端与模芯2相连;模框1的内部设有进料通孔3,该进料通孔3的一端与挤出机的供料装置中的供料口相通,另一端与模芯2上的出料孔4相通,在出料孔4设有若干个与轮胎空心孔形状相配的模块5,模块5通过薄壁连接片6直接或间接与出料孔4的孔壁相连。
本发明还采取了以下技术措施:
模芯2与模框2相连接的一面上设有一凸台201,该凸台201插入模框1的进料通孔3中。
所述的与轮胎空心孔形状相配的模块5的数量大于等于2。
出料孔4的长度H应大于等于10毫米,以保证橡胶挤出时的有效成型。
本发明的有益效果:
1、为生产免充气多孔空心轮胎提供了合适的生产模具,有利于该种轮胎的推广利用和大规模生产。
2、结构更为简单,制造方便,利用在挤出孔中增加与最终成形孔形状相同的模块的方法,使得挤出模的零件数降到最少,是所有同类模具所无可比拟的,它从根本上解决了现有挤出模存在的模芯定位困难的问题。
3、利用本发明的模具所生产出来的轮胎具有免充气、防戳、安全可靠的特点。
4、不会产生严重影响行驶安全的高整公路爆胎事故。
5、用途广,可用于生产各种轮胎,根据模块的数量和形状不同可生产出千变成化的轮胎。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例一。
如图1、2所示。
一种免充气多孔空心轮胎挤压模具,仅由模框1和模芯2二个零件组成,模框1内部设有进料通孔3,模芯2上设有让橡胶通过后形成所需的空心孔的出料孔4,为保证成型效果,出料孔4的高度应大于等于10毫米,模框1的一端与挤出机的供料装置相连,另一端与模芯2相连;模芯2与模框1相连接的一面上设有一凸台201(具体实施时该凸台201也可省去,即模芯2与模框1相连的一面为平面),该凸台201插入模框1内部设置的进料通孔3中,该进料通孔3的一端与挤出机的供料装置中的供料口相通,另一端与模芯2上的出料孔4相通,在出料孔4中设有若干个与轮胎空心孔形状相配的模块5(数量为二个以上,本实施例为5个,如图2所示),模块5或通过薄壁连接片6直接与出料孔4的孔壁相连,也可通过相互连接后再与出料孔4的孔壁相连的间接相连法。
为了减轻模框1的重量,其上可开设若干减重孔7。
薄壁连接片6的厚度应尽可能小,以小于1~2毫米为宜,以便在挤压成型过程中其在轮胎中形成的细条状通孔能在橡胶出模后的冷却过程中自动消除。

Claims (2)

1、一种免充气多孔空心轮胎挤压模具,其特征是由模框(1)、模芯(2)组成,模框(1)的一端与挤出机的供料装置相连,另一端与模芯(2)相连;模框(1)的内部设有进料通孔(3),该进料通孔(3)的一端与挤出机的供料装置中的供料口相通,另一端与模芯(2)上的出料孔(4)相通,在出料孔(4)中设有若干个与轮胎空心孔形状相配的模块(5),模块(5)通过薄壁连接片(6)直接或间接与出料孔(4)的孔壁相连;所述的出料孔(4)的长度H大于等于10毫米。
2、根据权利要求1所述的免充气多孔空心轮胎挤压模具,其特征是模芯(2)与模框(1)相连接的一面上设有一凸台(201),该凸台(201)插入模框(1)的进料通孔(3)中。
