Abstract

本发明提供一种先导式电磁阀,在电磁阀块的固定装置中,即使是一连串多端的电磁阀块或者一个电磁阀块,也能够可靠地将电磁阀块固定在歧管块上。电磁阀块(10)放置在歧管块(16)的上表面上,由电磁阀块(10)的上表面在与螺钉并存凹部(13)相邻的位置上形成接触面(15)。在接触面(15)上形成垫圈卡止槽(20),安装在螺钉(11)上、向内侧倾斜的垫圈(24)内侧的卡止部(25)卡止在垫圈卡止槽(20)的侧壁上。这样一来,通过螺钉(11),电磁阀块(10)被固定在歧管块(16)上。

Description

先导式电磁阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种将电磁阀块固定在阀歧管的歧管块上的先导式电磁阀。
背景技术
在特开2002-250463号公报(专利文献1)中公开了电磁阀块的先导式电磁阀,在一个歧管块(歧管座)上相邻接合地放置多个电磁阀块,电磁阀块通过螺钉固定在歧管块上。而且,在特开2000-283324号公报(专利文献2)中,组合了电磁阀块和歧管块的部件仅相邻接合地配设所需数量。在电磁阀块的侧部接合面的上端到下端,形成用于使螺钉并存的螺钉并存凹部,电磁阀块放置在歧管块上,电磁阀块通过螺钉固定在歧管块上。
图3A~图3D表示公开在专利文献1和2中的、以往的阀歧管的电磁阀块10。在阀歧管上,为了减小电磁阀块10的安装间距,用一根螺钉11共同紧固相邻的两个电磁阀块10。为了共同紧固,从电磁阀块10的侧部接合面12的上端到下端,形成用于使螺钉11并存的、横截面为大致圆弧状的螺钉并存凹部13,而且由电磁阀块10的上表面14在与并存凹部13相邻的位置上形成接触面15。接触面15为螺钉11头部的背面推压电磁阀块10的上表面14的部位。如图3A所示,在相邻地配置了多个电磁阀块10时,相邻的侧面接合面12的两个螺钉并存凹部13成为螺钉11A的插入孔17。当将螺钉11A插入该插入孔17中,使螺钉11A的前端旋合在歧管块16(参照图3C)的螺栓孔(未图示)时,螺钉11A的头部背面的抵接面18(参照图3D)推压电磁阀块10的接触面15,电磁阀块10被固定在歧管块16上。另外,在电磁阀块10的内部,从图3A、图3B的右侧开始顺序地配设有主阀(切换阀)、手动操作装置、先导阀。
通过这种共同紧固,上表面14的接触面15如图3A、图3B所示,为大致中空半圆形的形状,所以在将螺钉11适用于电磁阀块10相邻接触的部位的插入孔17中时,螺钉11的抵接面18可靠地推压上表面14的接触面15。但是,在通过螺钉11仅固定一个电磁阀块10时,以及用螺钉11固定阀歧管的一连串多端的电磁阀块10时,则如图3C所示,当向右侧方向的大的外力作用时,螺钉11向不存在电磁阀块10的右方向倾斜,螺钉11有可能脱落。
发明内容
本发明的课题为,在先导式电磁阀中,即使是一连串多端的电磁阀块或者一个电磁阀块,也能够可靠地将电磁阀块固定在歧管块上。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的第一结构为一种先导式电磁阀,电磁阀块放置在歧管块的上表面上,从电磁阀块的侧部接合面的上端到下端,形成用于使螺钉并存的螺钉并存凹部,由电磁阀块的上表面在包围螺钉并存凹部周围的位置上形成接触面,相邻的电磁阀块通过螺钉固定在歧管块上,其中,上述螺钉并存凹部是横截面为圆弧状的槽,在相邻的电磁阀块的螺钉并存凹部之间形成有上述螺钉插入的插入孔,在上述接触面的外周部上形成俯视为圆弧状的垫圈卡止槽,安装在螺钉上、向内侧倾斜成伞状或者弯曲成碗状的垫圈内侧的牵拉形状的卡止部卡止在上述相邻的电磁阀块的垫圈卡止槽的侧壁的螺钉侧倾斜部上。
本发明的第二结构为在第一结构中,使向内侧倾斜的垫圈的半径方向外侧的半部比半径方向内侧的半部更向内侧深深地倾斜,将半径方向外侧的半部的内表面作为卡止部。
本发明的第三结构为在第一结构中,垫圈卡止槽的截面形状为U字形或者V字形。
本发明的先导式电磁阀是在电磁阀块的上表面的接触面上形成垫圈卡止槽,安装在螺钉上、向内侧倾斜的垫圈内侧的卡止部卡止在垫圈卡止槽的侧壁上。这样一来,通过螺钉的紧固,垫圈变形,产生防止松动的弹性力,垫圈不易从垫圈卡止槽中脱落。因此,即使是一连串多端的电磁阀块或者一个电磁阀块,也能够可靠地将电磁阀块固定在歧管块上。

具体实施方式
图1A~图2B表示本发明的先导式电磁阀的实施方式。在图1A~图2B的说明中,对与图3A~图3D相同的部分赋予与图3A~图3D相同的附图标记,简略其说明。
本发明的实施方式的特征为,在接触面15上形成垫圈卡止槽20,安装在螺钉11上、向内侧倾斜的垫圈24的内侧的卡止部25卡止在垫圈卡止槽20的侧壁上。另外,垫圈24由于是将在圆板的中心开有插入孔的环成形为大致伞状等形状,所以大致伞状等的下侧作为内侧。
从图1D和图3B的比较可知,垫圈卡止槽20形成在现有技术的接触面15的外周部(与接触面15的外周接触或离开的位置),垫圈卡止槽20的截面形状制成U字形、V字形、或者与其近似的形状。垫圈卡止槽20的从上观察的形状优选地为具有规定宽度的圆弧状。图1C中所示的垫圈卡止槽20的截面形状是开口部为宽幅、垫圈卡止槽20的右侧的倾斜部为螺钉侧倾斜部21,垫圈24的卡止部25卡止在螺钉侧倾斜部21上。另外,可使螺钉侧倾斜部21垂直。而且,在图1C中,作用在螺钉侧倾斜部21上的、向右下方向的牵拉力由接触面15下侧的厚壁部分支承。
垫圈24如图1B所示,使向内侧倾斜的垫圈24的半径方向外侧的半部(除了插入孔26)向比半径方向内侧的半部更向内侧深深地倾斜,该外侧的半部的内表面外周部附近成为牵拉形状的卡止部25。螺钉11的螺纹部28插入垫圈24的插入孔26中,使用时插入孔26位于螺钉头部30和螺纹部28之间的轴部29的部位。为了提高电磁阀块10的固定作业的效率,垫圈24的插入孔26优选地制成在将螺钉11插入垫圈24中时垫圈24不因重力而移动。另外,可将垫圈24制成呈大致碗状地弯曲的形状,将大致碗状的弯曲部分的内侧作为卡止部25。
对本发明的实施方式的使用方法加以说明。将插入了螺钉11的垫圈24的卡止部25挂在电磁阀块10的垫圈卡止槽20的螺钉侧倾斜部21上,将螺钉11旋合在歧管块的螺栓孔中。由于螺钉11的紧固,垫圈24变形,垫圈24复原而产生的弹性力朝向垫圈卡止槽20的螺钉侧倾斜部21作用,通过该弹性力,起到防止垫圈24松动的效果,电磁阀块10可靠地固定在歧管块上。由于垫圈24的卡止部25被挂在垫圈卡止槽20的螺钉侧倾斜部21上,而且弹性力作用在螺钉侧倾斜部21上,所以很难通过外力将垫圈24卸下。
图2A表示相邻地接合三个电磁阀块10A~10C、并固定在歧管块上的小间距类型的例子。内侧的两根螺钉11A共同紧固,外侧的两根螺钉11B是垫圈24的一侧的卡止部25卡止在电磁阀块10A或者10C的垫圈卡止槽20的螺钉侧倾斜部21上而可靠地固定。
图2B表示将三个电磁阀块10D~10F隔开规定的间隔,配置在宽幅间距的歧管块上,并单个紧固每个电磁阀块10D~10F的宽幅间距类型的例子。各电磁阀块10D~10F分别通过一个螺钉11、垫圈24而固定。
图2B的宽幅间距的歧管块适用于电磁阀块10的向气缸的出口端连接的连接器的外径比电磁阀块10的宽度大的情况。在图2B的单个紧固中,在维修时更换一个电磁阀块10时,只要仅卸下更换的电磁阀块10的螺钉11,即可进行电磁阀块10的更换,与图2A的共同紧固相比维修性优良。

Claims (3)

1.一种先导式电磁阀,电磁阀块放置在歧管块的上表面上,从电磁阀块的侧部接合面的上端到下端,形成用于使螺钉并存的螺钉并存凹部,由电磁阀块的上表面在包围在螺钉并存凹部周围的位置上形成接触面,相邻的电磁阀块通过螺钉固定在歧管块上,其特征是,
上述螺钉并存凹部是横截面为圆弧状的槽,在相邻的电磁阀块的螺钉并存凹部之间形成有上述螺钉插入的插入孔,
在上述接触面的外周部上形成俯视为圆弧状的垫圈卡止槽,安装在螺钉上、向内侧倾斜成伞状或者弯曲成碗状的垫圈内侧的牵拉形状的卡止部卡止在上述相邻的电磁阀块的垫圈卡止槽的侧壁的螺钉侧倾斜部上。
2.如权利要求1所述的先导式电磁阀,其特征是,使向内侧倾斜的垫圈的半径方向外侧的半部比半径方向内侧的半部更向内侧深深地倾斜,将半径方向外侧的半部的内表面作为卡止部。
3.如权利要求1所述的先导式电磁阀,其特征是,垫圈卡止槽的截面形状为U字形或者V字形。
