Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一类包括在凿岩机中的冲击装置。
背景技术
在先前已知的此类冲击装置中(见US5372196),事实证明,难于实现足够快速的阀转换以便能在现代化高性能的钻岩中需求的高频率下工作。其主要原因在于,管状阀体内部的内室中存在的液体在当阀体在机壳内前后移动时减速。这缘于这样的事实,即,阀体的端面受不同程度大的容积内的压力影响,于是从较长的管子中泵入和泵出液体。
发明内容
限定在下列权利要求中的本发明的目的在于,产生一种适用于高性能钻岩的带有快速阀转换的冲击装置。

下面参照附图描述本发明的一个实施例,其中:
图中示意性地示出了本发明冲击装置的一个剖面。
具体实施方式
图中所示的冲击装置包括一个机壳1,其中冲击活塞2可前后移动以便使工具3承受碰撞。工具照例设置有在此未示出的钻头。冲击活塞设有第一驱动表面4,其连续受到来自通过通道15的压力源8的施压。冲击活塞还设有第二驱动表面5,其在所示的实施例中由冲击活塞的背面组成。驱动表面5交替地与压力源8连接或通过通道7与槽9的低压连接,阀体6可在机壳中往复地移动。在所示实施例中,第一驱动表面4的加压将冲击活塞驱动至图中右侧。由于第二驱动表面5的面积实质上要比第一驱动表面4的面积大,则第二驱动表面5的加压使得冲击活塞克服作用在第一驱动表面4上的压力影响被驱动至图中左侧。阀体6被构造为一个管状滑阀(tubular slide),该阀具有第一端面12,其承受第一腔室16中的压力。腔室16通过通道17与压力源8连接。阀体6还设有第二端面13,其承受第二腔室18中的压力。腔室18通过通道19与冲击活塞2的气缸孔(cylinder bore)连接。通道19中的压力受冲击活塞2的控制,冲击活塞2设有一个缩径的部分14。当冲击活塞2稍微处于图中左边的定位时,通道19通过通道15和20与压力源8连接。随后,阀体6被压至图中左侧。当冲击活塞2到达图中所示的位置时,通道19与压力源8的连接已被断开,且开始打开与通道21及由此与低压9的连接。因此,腔室18中的压力减少,于是腔室16中的压力将阀体6压至图中右侧。阀体6设有内室31,其通过在包络面上的多个开口32与低压9连续地连接阀体6设有第一端区域33和第二端区域34。由于第一端区域33大于第二端区域34,则阀体6的移动导致液体必须远离或运送到内室31。由于内室31通过开口32与低压9连接,就在内室31中获得了非常快速的压力变化,于是阀体6的移动就不必减速。因此得以确保快速阀转换。

Claims (1)

1、一种冲击装置,其包括机壳(1)、可在机壳中前后移动的冲击活塞(2)、以及在机壳内部可往复移动的管状阀体(6),所述冲击活塞(2)被布置成使工具(3)承受冲击,并且,所述冲击活塞包括第一驱动表面(4)和第二驱动表面(5),所述第一和第二驱动表面被布置成受压力以便前后驱动冲击活塞,所述管状阀体(6)包括第一端面(12)和第二端面(13),其中对第一端面(12)的加压会在第一方向上驱动管状阀体,而对第二端面(13)的加压会在第二方向上驱动管状阀体,由此,将管状阀体(6)被布置成通过布置在机壳中的通道(7)交替地将驱动表面的至少第二驱动表面(5)连接至压力源(8)或至低压(9),其特征在于,管状阀体(6)中的一内室(31)通过管状阀体(6)包络面的至少一个开口(32)与低压(9)连续地连接。
