Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一类包括在凿岩机中的冲击装置。
背景技术
在先前已知的此类冲击装置中(见US5372196),事实证明,难于实现足够快的阀转换以便能在现代高性能的钻岩中需求的高频率下工作。其中的主要原因在于,位于阀体前部的一大部分液体在阀体返回时因为惯性而继续前行。由此就必须进行再充填以便在阀体沿相反方向开始移动之前增加压力。
发明内容
限定在下列权利要求中的本发明的目的在于,产生一种适用于高,性能钻岩的具有快速阀转换的冲击装置。

图中示意性地示出了通过本发明冲击装置的一个剖面。
具体实施方式
图中所示的冲击装置包括一个机壳1,其中,冲击活塞2可往复移动以便让工具3受到碰撞。工具照例装有在此未示出的钻头。冲击活塞设有第一驱动表面4,其在所示实例中连续受到通过通道15的压力源8的施压。冲击活塞还设有第二驱动表面5,其在所示实例中由冲击活塞的后表面组成。驱动表面5交替地与压力源8连接或通过通道7与槽9的低压连接,阀体6可在机壳中前后往地移动。作为选择,阀体可使两个驱动表面交替地与压力源或低压连接。在所示实例中,第一驱动表面4的加压将冲击活塞驱动至图中右侧。由于第二驱动表面5的面积实质上要比第一驱动表面4的面积大,则第二驱动表面5的加压使得冲击活塞克服作用在第一驱动表面4上的压力影响而被驱动至图中左侧。阀体6被构造为一个管状滑阀(tubular slide),其具有第一端表面12,其受到第一腔室16中的压力。腔室16在通过通道17与压力源8连接。阀体6还设有第二端面13,其受到第二腔室18中的压力。腔室18通过通道19与冲击活塞2的气缸孔(cylinder bore)连接。通道19中的压力受冲击活塞2的控制,冲击活塞2设有一具有缩径的部分14。当冲击活塞2处于图中稍微左边的位置时,通道19通过通道15和20与压力源8连接。随后,阀体6被压至图中左侧。当冲击活塞2到达图中所示的位置时,通道19与压力源8的连接已被切断,且与通道21的连接开始打开。一个恒压阀11定位于通道21中。该恒压阀11的功能是赋予一与阀中的流动无关的恒定的下降压力。这是一产生反压的阀装置。因此,当阀体6在其图中右侧位置上改变方向时液体离开通道19的量基本上减少了,由此所述转换也快多了。

Claims (3)

1、一种冲击装置,其包括机壳(1)、在机壳中前后可移动的冲击活塞(2)、以及在机壳内可往复移动的阀体(6);所述冲击活塞(2)适于使工具(3)承受冲击,并且,所述冲击活塞包括第一驱动表面(4)和第二驱动表面(5),它们用来承受压力以便向前和向后驱动冲击活塞,所述阀体(6)包括第一端面(12)和第二端面(13);其中,对第一端面(12)加压会在第一方向上驱动阀体,而对第二端面(13)加压会在第二方向上驱动阀体;由此,将阀体(6)布置成通过机壳中的通道(7)交替地连接驱动表面的至少第二驱动表面(5)至压力源(8)或一低压,其特征在于,第二端面(13)通过冲击活塞(2)交替地与压力源(8)连接或与所述低压连接,与所述低压的连接通过产生反压的阀装置(11)。
2、如权利要求1所述的冲击装置,其特征在于,第一驱动表面(4)与压力源(8)连续地连接。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的冲击装置,其特征在于,第一端面(12)与压力源(8)连续地连接。
