Abstract

本发明涉及缝纫机部件,特别是一种卷接机护针机构,该技术方案为:包括安装在机壳内的弯针轴,弯针轴一端设置有杠杆式护针板,护针板与弯针轴呈倒钩形状。护针板固定在护针座上部,护针座下部通过传动销与弯针轴连接,支架与支架座中部活动连接,以护针座为杠杆、支架为支点形成杠杆结构;护针板与弯针轴轴向活动方向相反。护针板的传动机构独立,可单独调整,不受针距调节的影响。弯针轴轴向运动,使护针板做反方向周期性的摆动,当机针落下时护针板让出空间,避免与机针直接碰触;当弯针轴继续运动,护针板接触机针并矫正偏斜的机针,使弯针勾线时接触到机针,起到护针作用。

技术领域:
本发明涉及缝纫机部件,特别是一种卷接机护针机构。
背景技术:
卷接机是一种特殊结构的缝纫机,其悬臂为筒形,特别适合袖、裤等圆筒二片合缝。卷接机护针机构是将刺穿缝料后产生偏斜的机针扳到弯针的勾线位置,防止机针出现跳针或断针现象。卷接机的护针机构有两种形式:1、将护针板在机壳上,机针在刺穿时容易与护针板相碰触,造成机针磨损甚至会断针。2、将护针板安装在牙架上,虽然护针板可随牙架移动,但是护针板位置必须与针距同时调整,而且受到牙架传动机构中多处配合间隙的影响,在高速与低速时护针误差较大。上述两结构均达不到有效的护针作用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供护针效果较好的一种卷接机护针机构。
本发明的方案是:包括安装在机壳内的弯针轴,弯针轴一端设置有杠杆式护针板,护针板与弯针轴呈倒钩形状。
护针板固定在护针座上部,护针座下部通过传动销与弯针轴连接,支架与支架座中部活动连接,以护针座为杠杆、支架为支点形成杠杆结构。护针板与弯针轴轴向活动方向相反。弯针轴与传动销连接处制有纵向凹槽,传动销周边制有与弯针轴凹槽间隙配合的平面。支架通过螺钉与支架座固连,穿出护针座端部安装有卡簧。护针板制有长槽孔,通过螺钉与支架座固定,头部制有倒角。
本发明的优点是:护针板的传动机构独立,可单独调整,不受针距调节的影响。弯针轴轴向运动,使护针板做反方向周期性的摆动,当机针落下时护针板让出空间,避免与机针直接碰触;当弯针轴继续运动,护针板接触机针并矫正偏斜的机针,使弯针勾线时接触到机针,起到护针作用。

具体实施方式:
参照图1和图2,以下按图1所示左右方向描述。弯针轴1安装在机壳内,弯针轴1装有弯针9。弯针轴1左侧通过传动销2与护针座3活动连接。支架4活动连接在护针座3的中部,支架4另一端与支架座6固定,支架座6固定在机壳上。护针板5固定在护针座3上部,护针板5与弯针轴1呈倒钩形状,形成以护针座3为杠杆、支架4为支点的杠杆结构。
参照图3,弯针轴1在安装弯针9处左边纵向制有凹槽,传动销2左侧、右侧、底部均制成平面,与弯针轴1凹槽间隙配合,传动销2贯穿护针座3下部通孔。由于弯针轴1凹槽与传动销2的间隙配合,弯针轴1径向转动时,传动销2保持不动,弯针轴1轴向移动时,带动传动销2移动。支架4穿出护针座3中间通孔端部用卡簧7固定,防止支架4和护针座3脱离。支架座6右侧制有凹槽,支架4另一端刚好卡入支架座6凹槽,螺钉8穿过支架座6将支架4固定。护针板5尾部制有长槽孔,通过螺钉将护针板5固定在护针座3上部,螺钉在长槽孔位置可调,左右调整护针板5,使护针板5处于最佳护针位置。
参照图4,弯针轴1处于右侧时,机针10位于针板上,支架座6上部的护针板5位于左侧。当弯针轴1左右摆动并向左轴向复合运行时,通过传动销2与弯针轴1凹槽配合,护针座3下部左移,在支架4支撑下,护针座3上部慢慢右移,机针10刺穿缝料并向下运动,运行到护针板5顶部水平面时,护针板5还处在机针10的左侧,避免与机针10直接碰触。弯针轴1继续左移,机针10下移,由于缝料在进料牙作用下向左移动,带动机针10向左倾斜,护针板5在弯针轴1的带动下向右移动,并碰到机针10杆部位,随着弯针轴1和机针10进一步运动,护针板5右移矫正右侧的机针10至垂直位置。弯针轴1移动到最左边时,护针板5停止不动,将机针10抵触在特定位置,方便弯针9勾线,避免机针10被弯针9打断。护针板5与机针10接触的头部制有倒角,可更好矫正机针10位置。

Claims (5)

1、一种卷接机护针机构,包括安装在机壳内的弯针轴(1),弯针轴(1)一端设置有杠杆式护针板(5),护针板(5)与弯针轴(1)呈倒钩形状,其特征在于护针板(5)固定在护针座(3)上部,护针座(3)下部通过传动销(2)与弯针轴(1)连接,支架(4)与支架座(6)中部活动连接,以护针座(3)为杠杆、支架(4)为支点形成杠杆结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种卷接机护针机构,其特征在于护针板(5)与弯针轴(1)轴向活动方向相反。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种卷接机护针机构,其特征在于弯针轴(1)与传动销(2)连接处制有纵向凹槽,传动销(2)周边制有与弯针轴(1)凹槽间隙配合的平面。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种卷接机护针机构,其特征在于支架(4)通过螺钉(8)与支架座(6)固连,穿出护针座(3)端部安装有卡簧(7)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的一种卷接机护针机构,其特征在于护针板(5)制有长槽孔,通过螺钉与支架座(6)固定,头部制有倒角。
