Abstract

Description

车辆制动器的驱动装置
本发明涉及一用于车辆制动器的驱动装置,其包括一主致动器和一弹簧停车致动器。本发明特别适用于有轨车辆的制动装置,但也可用于其他车辆。
这种装置,其目的是通过给主致动器提供压力流体以产生制动力,或是在因泄漏或驾驶员的误操作(电液阀遥控)使压力流体压力偶然降低时,通过弹簧的作用使停车致动器提供制动力。此外这种装置也可以手动松闸使车辆在流体没有压力的情况下开动,而当车辆又一次进入运行状态后一当压力增加则可自动回到预制动状态。最后的这种操纵使停车致动器处于平衡状态而主致动器处于可工作状态时,以防可能会发生诸如供气软管破裂的意外事故。
根据本发明的装置其特征在于,它除了有一主致动器气缸活塞和一停车致动器气缸活塞以外,还包括一位于两活塞之间的棘轮;位于所说棘轮和所说主致动器活塞之间的非永久性连接装置;装在所说棘轮和所说停车致动器活塞之间的另一连接装置;根据停车致动器致动缸的一空腔是空的还是充流体的,能控制棘轮平移和旋转移动。

下面,将参照本发明的局部剖视图(见附图),对本发明作详细地说明。
根据本发明的装置包括一主致动器致动缸1,其受压力流体控制;另外还有活塞2,其上装有一复位弹簧3,活塞2在致动缸内可轴向移动并且与一松紧调节器4相联,而该调节器将制动力传给杆5(端部带有耳孔);一固定在主致动器活塞2上的拉套6;一装在可旋转棘轮8上的球轴承7,棘轮一方面通过棘爪10防止相对于壳体9的旋转,通常是用弹簧11压紧的,另一方面与停车致动器活塞12通过活塞12上的一螺旋斜面相联。活塞12在停车致动缸15、17中轴向移动,此时活塞12在加力弹簧13和14的作用下向图的左方移动。停车致动器致动缸相对于主致动器致动缸1设置。另外还有一用来提起棘爪10的拉起装置16。
停车致动器致动缸事实上由缸体15和轴套17组成,轴套17在所说的缸体上可以螺纹旋进或旋出以增加或减小松紧调节器的控制距离“A”。
装置的运行情况如下所述:
当主致动器释放时,它的活塞2在弹簧3的作用下处于缸体1的底部,同时在球轴承7和拉套6之间保持一间隙。
当主致动器作用时,流体流入空腔C并且借助于活塞2推动调节器4以及杆5向图的左方*运动,调节器4保证活塞行程,相应地保证了制动鍗或制动块和轮子或制动盘之间的间隙不受摩损的影响。
当车辆运行时,停车致动器处于释放位置,即空腔B中的增压流体通过活塞12使弹簧13和14压缩,活塞12通过壳体9和棘轮8支承,从而球轴承7和拉套6之间产生一间隙。
在车辆停止时,空腔B中没有流体,活塞12在弹簧13和14的作用下推动棘轮8向前移动(附图中向左),棘轮8与活塞12通过棘爪10非转动联接。因此,球轴承7通过拉套6拉主致动器活塞2借此将弹簧13和14的力传给杆5和轮子,此力被复位弹簧3的力减小。
在停车致动器的致动压力在空腔B中重新出现以后,所有各部分恢复它们的位置,以此释放制动。
解除锁紧或撤消制动可通过拉动拉起装置16,松开棘爪10,实现棘轮8的旋转释放。因此,带有拉套6的主致动器活塞2在复位弹簧3的力作用下回到它的释放制动位置,同时通过球轴承7拉动棘轮8。另外,当空腔B没有提供加压流体时,停车致动器12由于弹簧13、14的平衡力作用处于缸体15的底部。
再锁紧或再次起动复位是自动的而且是在流体压力在停车致动器空腔B中增加时,通过使活塞12顶着弹簧13和14的压力下向图中右方移动,同时棘轮8在活塞12上的螺旋斜面作用下旋转实现的。值得注意的是,在这种情况下,棘爪是被其下方的棘轮8的每一个牙齿顶起的。

Claims (1)

1、一用于车辆制动器的驱动装置,它包括一主致动器和一弹簧停车致动器,主致动器中包括致动缸1,活塞2,调节器4和致动杆5,弹簧停车致动器设置在主致动器前面并围绕着致动杆,弹簧停车致动器包括一致动缸和一活塞12。以及弹簧13,14,且在主致动器和停车致动器之间设置解除制动的拉起装置16,其特征是主致动器活塞2和停车致动器的活塞12通过一可旋转的棘轮8连成一体,棘轮8的转动通常由棘爪10限制,棘爪10被所述拉起装置16的弹簧压紧但可缩回,棘轮8通过装置7和6与主致动器活塞2连接,装置7允许二者之间相动转动,而停车的致动器活塞12通过一螺旋斜面与棘轮连接。
