Abstract

Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于安装和拆卸一个机架的支撑辊的轧辊轴颈的一个轴承单元的装置,该轴承单元由一个轴承座和一个布置在其内的轧辊轴颈轴承组成。
背景技术
很久以来已公开了将机架的支撑辊安放在轴承单元内,例如摩戈伊尔铝硅锡合金轴承。为了在轧辊轴颈上安装和拆卸轴承单元,普遍地还要使用螺母,借助这些螺母可以将轴承单元机械地安装到轴颈上。为了拆卸轴承单元,在松开机械螺母之后,借助在轴承单元和轧辊侧面之间引入的杠杆、楔子和类似物松开轴承单元,或者通过重物,如另一个轧辊,撞击的轴承座来使轴承单元从轧辊轴颈松开。
已知的是,为轴承单元配备包围螺母的两个侧面的突出部,以便在旋入螺母时轴承单元被夹紧,且在旋出螺母时轴承单元被拆卸。这里所需的大的力是这样获得的:即螺母被一根起重机绳缠绕且通过起重机的提升运动松开或者拧紧螺母。这个拧紧或者松开螺母的方法是特别危险的,因为当处于张紧状态的起重机绳滑脱时,操作人员可能受伤。
为了安装或者拆卸轧辊轴颈的轴承单元,在轴承单元内装入液压的安装和拆卸装置,这些装置固定在每个轴承单元中且为安装或者拆卸与外部的液压源连接,这也是已公开的。然而用于安装和拆卸轴承单元的装置十分费式的和昂贵。现有的为安装和拆卸只使用机械螺母的轧辊,采用一个这种用于安装和拆卸的装置的改装,只有以轧辊轴颈的明显的、成本高的改动才能实现,因此不是有利地可实现的。
再者,可与轴承单元临时连接的液压安装和拆卸装置,也是公知的,但为了在轴颈上用法兰连接所述装置同样需要轴承轴颈的特殊结构。
同样提出通过液压螺母代替用于安装轴承单元的机械螺母。但是,这里在松开液压螺母之后,轴承单元也是通过杠杆、楔子、描述过的撞击等等从轧辊轴颈松开。
最先描述的用于将轴承单元安装到支撑辊轴颈上的机械螺母还是非常普遍地被采用。然而关于通过起重机的安装以及通过杠杆、楔子、撞击等的拆卸,这些螺母不满足要求的安全标准。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,用操作更安全的装置替换这种安装和拆卸装置,无须因此对现有的轧辊轴颈进行改动或者大的改动。特别地,可重复的安装力应确保一个长时间的、尽可能无磨损的运转和最高旋转特性,以及拆卸力可容易控制使机架安全工作。
为此,本发明提出一个可固定在轧辊轴颈的螺母,该螺母预紧地支撑在轴承单元上。仅仅这个安装单元就已经带来以下好处:轴承单元以可确定的预紧力安装在轧辊轴颈上,以使在轴承单元和轧辊轴颈之间在工作时没有间隙,由此保证了最高的旋转特性以及如果有的话,只有最小的磨损。
对于公开的用于在轧辊轴颈上安装轴承单元的机械螺母,或者在液压螺母的机械制动螺母,螺母首先被旋紧到轧辊轴颈上。为了在轧辊工作时螺母不松开,通过螺母在一个设在轴承单元上的圈孔中引入了一个制动元件。为了使螺母孔和轴承单元的孔圆相匹配,下面的情况是经常发生的,为了能够安装制动元件,螺母必须还能稍微被回旋。通过这样在轴承单元和轧辊轴颈之间产生一个间隙,该间隙在工作时导致不圆的转动以及所不期望的磨损。
根据本发明提出的预紧螺母是按下面所述进行张紧的。首先,通过液压预紧工具将轴承单元安装在轧辊轴颈上。液压预紧工具的力,使得张紧杆被预紧。在旋上螺母之后,液压预紧工具被调至无压力状态。张紧杆的预紧力将从与轧辊轴颈固定连接的张紧杆经由螺母传递到轴承单元上。
为了从机架的支撑辊的轧辊轴颈拆卸轴承单元,本发明提出了一种拆卸单元,该拆卸单元临时地与轴承单元连接,且该拆卸单元的液压缸可以支撑在轧辊轴颈上,或者支撑在与轧辊轴颈固定连接的张紧杆上。
在这里,所述的拆卸单元例如可以与轴承单元的端板用螺丝拧紧在一起。但也存在其他方案:使轴承单元和拆卸单元配备一个卡口式接头,或者使拆卸单元设有钩爪,这些钩爪可以向后抓住轴承单元区域。
在此已被证明是有利的是,所述的拆卸单元作用在轴承单元上,使一个统一的连接方案对于一个轧辊的两个通常具有不同内部尺寸的轴承单元都是可行的,从而对于一个轧辊的两侧,所述的拆卸单元都是可广泛地适用的。
存在这样的方案:即为将轴承安装到轧辊轴颈上,也用一个已知的液压螺母,或者甚至用一个已知的机械螺母来驱动拆卸单元。但特别有利的是,除了本发明的拆卸单元,也使用本发明的安装装置。

具体实施方式
从图1可以看到一个轧辊轴颈1,在该轧辊轴颈上装上了轴承单元3的轴颈衬套2。轧辊轴颈1在其端部具有一个孔4,在该孔内设有内螺纹。一根张紧杆5通过其外螺纹无相对转动地拧紧在孔4的内螺纹内。在这里,特别是对于由铸造材料组成的可能具有缺陷位置的轧辊轴颈,可以使用一种特殊螺纹,通过所述的螺纹将实现拉力在各个螺距中均匀分布。一个罐形罩盘6可轴向移动地布置在所述的张紧杆上,其中罐形罩盘6的边缘7支撑在轴承单元3上,这里支撑在轴承单元3的轴向轴承上。张紧杆5在旋入轧辊轴颈1的相反的一端具有另一段外螺纹,在其上装上了一个螺母8。如图1所示,可临时地给所述螺母8分配一个液压预紧工具16。

Claims (10)
