Abstract

一种废旧塑料炼油防堵塞冷却系统,其关键技术是:在炼油器分气包后面用输气管连接一组罐式冷凝器,将罐式冷凝器全部安置在一个大水池内,水池里面的水始终保持在一定温度,每一个罐式冷凝器均有连接管连接,输油气管连接在第一个冷凝器的中上部,出油口设在最后一个罐式冷凝器的下部,并经输油管自然流入中间油水分离器,废气净化处理后经管道送炼油处理器回烧。本发明的系统设计简单,加工、安装、维修方便,冷凝效率高,一般不会发生堵塞,即便堵塞,清理起来也很方便,因此比较安全。

废旧塑料炼油防堵塞罐式冷却系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用废旧塑料炼油生产中的冷却系统。
背景技术
随着社会、经济的不断发展,城市生活垃圾中的废旧塑料占据了一定分量,而且每年都在增长,这些垃圾塑料不仅污染环境,而且又无法降解,所以近年来有人发明了利用废旧塑料炼油技术,不仅解决了垃圾污染问题,又可以废物利用。废旧塑料炼油一般采用高温裂解技术,使废旧塑料在高温下裂解为混合油气,然后再冷凝、精馏。在现有技术中,冷凝大多采用列管式冷凝装置,由于垃圾塑料中废旧塑料成分比较复杂,在高温裂解中会有蜡质和胶质成分出现,还有随着油气输送出来的一些细小杂质,它们会对列管式冷凝器产生堵塞,造成整个冷却系统乃至整个生产系统瘫痪,如稍不注意,还有爆炸的危险。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是:设计一种利用废旧塑料炼油的具有防堵塞作用的罐式冷却系统,利用这种冷却系统冷凝油气,可以彻底解决冷却系统堵塞的问题。
解决本发明技术问题所采取的技术方案是:在炼油器处理的分气包后面用输气管连接一组罐式冷凝器,罐式冷凝器全部安置在一个大水池内,水池里面的水温保持在30±3度;每个相邻的罐式冷凝器上部均有一连接管连接,每个相邻的冷凝器下部也均有一连接管连接,输油气管连接在第一个冷凝器的中上部,出油口设在最后一个罐式冷凝器的下部,并经输油管自然流入中间油水分离罐。
在每一个罐式冷凝器里面都放有一个带提手的渣盘,可定期取出进行清理。
中间油水分离器顶部的废气出口连接一废气净化处理器,净化处理后的废气经管道送炼油处理器回烧。
本发明的废旧塑料炼油防堵塞罐式冷却系统,一组罐式冷凝器的数量,是由日产量、罐式冷凝器的直径、高度所决定的,同行技术人员可根据炼油器的日产油量以及所选择罐式冷凝器的几何尺寸,来确定罐式冷凝器的个数。
本发明的积极效果是:设计简单,加工、安装、维修方便,冷凝效率高,一般不会发生堵塞,即便堵塞,放掉水池内的水,打开罐式冷凝器顶部的法兰即可进行清理,而且清理起来也很方便,因此比较安全。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,这是一日产2吨燃料油的废旧塑料炼油工艺设备图,在炼油处理器1的分气包2后面用直径为219mm的输气管3连接7个罐式冷凝器4,罐式冷凝器4上口盖板由密封垫和法兰进行连接,在每一个罐式冷凝器4里面都放有一个带提手的渣盘,打开法兰可定期取出进行清理。罐式冷凝器4高800mm,第一个罐式冷凝器直径600mm,第二个到第五个罐式冷凝器直径500mm,第六个到第七个罐式冷凝器直径400mm,全部安置在一个大水池内,水池里面的水保持在30±3度,有一个温控器控制一个水泵开关,当水池里面的水温超过控制温度时,水泵自动开启,从池底补入冷水,热水从池口溢出。每一个罐式冷凝器4上部都有一直径159mm的第一连接管5连接,连接管5的安装位置距罐式冷凝器上口100mm,每一个冷凝器4下部有一直径108mm的第二连接管6连接,连接管6的安装位置距罐式冷凝器下底平面80mm;输油气管3连接在第一个罐式冷凝器上,距罐式冷凝器上口200mm,出油口设在最后一个罐式冷凝器的下部,并经输油管自然流入中间油水分离罐7。油水分离罐7顶部的废气出口连接一废气净化处理器8,净化处理后的废气经管道送炼油处理处理器1回烧。
本发明的系统的工作原理是:经炼油处理器热解出来的油气,经过分气包2、输油气管3进入罐式冷凝器4,油气在罐式冷凝器中被扩容和减速,被冷凝下来的油落入罐式冷凝器底部,气体部分经上部的连接管5进入下一个罐式冷凝器,油气在通过冷凝系统的过程中温度逐渐降低,到通过最后一个罐式冷凝器时,油气中的可冷凝成分全部被冷凝下来,冷凝下来的混合油落入了各个罐式冷凝器底部自然静置,再经底部的连接管6流入中间油水分离罐7,不能被冷凝的废气被排入废气净化处理器。

1、一种废旧塑料炼油防堵塞罐式冷却系统,其特征在于:在炼油处理器(1)的分气包(2)后面用输油气管(3)连接一组罐式冷凝器(4),罐式冷凝器(4)全部安置在一个大水池内,水池里面的水温保持在30±3度,相邻罐式冷凝器(4)上部由第一连接管(5)连接,相邻罐式冷凝器(4)下部由第二连接管(6)连接,输油气管(3)连接在第一个罐式冷凝器的中上部,出油口设在最后一个罐式冷凝器的下部,由出油口流出的油经输油管自然流入中间油水分离器(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的废旧塑料炼油防堵塞罐式冷却系统,其特征在于:在每一个罐式冷凝器(4)里面都放有一个带提手的渣盘,可定期取出进行清理。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的废旧塑料炼油防堵塞罐式冷却系统,其特征在于:中间油水分离器(7)顶部的废气出口连接一废气净化处理器(8),净化处理后的废气经管道送炼油处理器(1)回烧。
