背景技术
在汽车领域中,摆动支承用来连接汽车的稳定器与枢轴承或轴。摆动支承在这方面的特点是,它在耐蚀的同时有高的动态承载能力。轿车领域所用的摆动支承目前都是用金属或塑料制成的。塑料制的摆动支承的优点在于重量轻。但对注塑的摆动支承来说,纵弯力要求成问题。
摆动支承有各种实施形式。为确保各部件彼此间能够运动,摆动支承例如在一侧或两侧具有球头销或万向球节。为了使这种球节发挥良好作用,各个组成部件如球窝和球头颈都应是很精密加工而成的。为此,还需要一种例如成密封套形式的密封系统,以便保护通常被润滑的万向球节不被弄脏和被腐蚀。
已知的摆动支承的缺点是,摆动支承是由太多的部件组成,因而其制造和装配成本都特别高。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种摆动支承,它的结构简单并且组成部件较少,因而容易装配。
根据本发明,该任务通过一种用于汽车的摆动支承来完成。所述摆动支承有一个长形的且空心的基体,其中该基体具有对置的内壁以及至少一个区域,该区域形成或具有万向球节的一个球碗,其中,所述基体的壁在所述形成或具有球碗的区域中成形,一方面形成所述球碗,并且另一方面形成所述对置的壁,即所述对置的壁以内壁碰到形成或具有球碗的部位的内壁。
本发明的基本构思在于,摆动支承由一个基本略呈长形的基体构成,它有至少一个用于万向球节的球碗。在这里,球碗本身能由基体外壁形成,其中,外壁在这里有一相应的空腔,该空腔最好呈球形。

如果基体由基本呈管状的型材构成,则例如管的一端或两端加以压缩,使端部具有的直径小于基体的中段。还可以考虑这样一点:管体的端部不从直径上加以改变,而是例如利用空心体吹制法将基体的中部加以扩大。这样也可有利地提高基体的刚性。
视要求而定,最好使基体的至少一个端部形成万向球节的球碗。如果摆动支承必须借助两侧支承的万向球节来安装的话,则基体的两个自由端最好具有相应的球碗。
为保护万向球节免受污染和其它机械影响,最好配置一个密封套,它可以固定在基体或一个嵌入的球碗上。它也能借助张力保持在基体或球碗上。当然,也可以设置一个附加的夹紧环来固定该密封套。
本发明的主题也是在基体的一个自由端上安置一个固定件,通过该固定件又能安置其它的汽车部件或接头。因此,该固定件例如能借助卡接被固定在基体上。为此,基体最好在其内壁或外壁上有回缩部,回缩部与相应的突起部配合以便实现卡定连接。

具体实施方式
图1表示一个由基体1构成的摆动支承的一端部及其自由端1a的横断面图,基体自由端形成用于万向球节的球2的球碗1b。基体1是一个特别用塑料制成的略呈长条形的部件,它的横断面可具有任意形状。如图1、1a举例所示的基体从横断面来看基本呈空心和圆形,其中,基体1的至少一端的直径小于基体中部。不过直径比可以是任意的,因而也可能在摆动支承的整个长度上有一个稳定不变的直径。基体1壁部在区域1a中是如此成形的,即一方面形成了球碗1b,另一方面,对置壁部是如此成形的,即它以其内壁1g碰到形成球碗1b的那个部分的内壁1g,因而对基体1的强度和稳定性产生积极影响。成形在万向节球2上的球头颈在图中未示出。从中部起,基体1在区域1K中逐渐变小到区域1a。基体1的端头1e例如可以利用一个在图中未示出的堵头加以密封,或者也可利用一个工具例如通过挤瘪来封死。如图1a所示,基体1的内壁1g在区域1j或截面A-A中是相互接触,结果,在球碗1b区域中的内腔1m几乎被完全闭合。由于成型部1b被构造成球窝状,所以,万向节球2通过一个很大的部位贴在基体1的外壁1f上。

Claims (20)
