Abstract

本发明公开了一种减速器,属机械减速技术领域,它由机壳、尺寸不等圆锥齿轮差速机构、T型轴套、轴、轴承组成,在机壳一侧机壳壁上固定一个固定圆锥齿轮,T型轴套的输入轴端安装在固定圆锥齿轮的轴孔内,T型轴套内的旋转轴两端安装主、从动圆锥齿轮,机壳另一侧机壳壁上安装输出轴,输出圆锥齿轮固定安装在输出轴上;输入轴转动,驱动主动圆锥齿轮在固定圆锥齿轮上啮合滚动,同时驱动从动圆锥齿轮与输出圆锥齿轮啮合扰动,带动输出轴转动;该减速器,传动比大,结构简单,维护方便,体积小,成本低。

本发明涉及一种机械传动中的周转轮系减速器。
背景技术
目前,人们公知的减速器中,有少齿差行星齿轮减速器、摆针减速器和谐波减速器等,上述减速器均结构复杂,机械加工难度大,传动比参数选取限制条件多,维护不方便,体积庞大,成本高。
发明内容
为了克服上述技术上的不足,本发明提供一种减速器,该减速器传动比大,不受选择范围限制,参数容易选取,结构紧凑,体积小。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:机壳一侧内壁上安装固定在内壁上的固定圆锥齿轮,T型轴套的输入轴端安装在固定圆锥齿轮的轴孔内,输入轴带有一段轴伸,轴伸露在机壳外,T型轴套内滑配合安装旋转轴,旋转轴两端分别固定安装主动圆锥齿轮、从动圆锥齿轮,机壳与固定圆锥齿轮同轴线对应的另一侧机壳壁上安装有一段轴伸的输出轴,其上固定有输出圆锥齿轮;T型轴套绕其输入轴轴线转动,驱动主动圆锥齿轮在固定圆锥齿轮上啮合滚动,同时驱动从动圆锥齿轮与输出圆锥齿轮啮合扰动,带动输出轴转动。
本发明的有益效果是:由于减速器内采用T型轴套,驱动固定在旋转轴上的两圆锥齿轮啮合滚动,带动输出轴转动,由选取齿数配比可得到任意大的传动比,该减速器结构简单,体积小,维护方便,成本低。

具体实施方式
在图1中,机壳(1)一侧内壁上定位安装固定圆锥齿轮(2),T型轴套(6)的输入轴端安装在固定圆锥齿轮(2)的轴孔内,输入轴带有一段轴伸,轴伸露在机壳外,T型轴套(6)内滑配合安装旋转轴(7),旋转轴(7)两端分别固定安装主动圆锥齿轮(3)、从动圆锥齿轮(4),机壳(1)与固定圆锥齿轮(2)同轴线对应的另一侧机壳(1)壁上安装有一段轴伸的输出轴(8),其上固定有输出圆锥齿轮(5);T型轴套(6)绕其输入轴轴线转动,驱动主动圆锥齿轮(3)在固定圆锥齿轮(2)上啮合滚动,同时驱动从动圆锥齿轮(4)与输出圆锥齿轮(5)啮合扰动,带动输出轴(8)转动。

Claims (1)

1、一种用于机械减速的减速器,包括机壳(1)、机壳(1)内装有尺寸不等圆锥齿轮差速机构,其特征在于,机壳(1)一侧定位一个固定在机壳(1)壁上的固定圆锥齿轮(2),旋转轴(7)两端分别固定一个主动圆锥齿轮(3)、一个从动圆锥齿轮(4),与固定圆锥齿轮(2)同轴线对应的另一侧机壳(1)壁上安置输出轴(8),输出轴(8)定位有输出圆锥齿轮(5),通过固定圆锥齿轮(2)同心孔安置一个带有输入轴的T型轴套(6),输入轴绕T型轴套(6)的输入轴轴线转动,使旋转轴(7)在轴套内转动,使主动圆锥齿轮(3)在固定圆锥齿轮(2)上啮合滚动,同时驱动从动圆锥齿轮(4)与输出圆锥齿轮(5)啮合扰动。
