Abstract

紧凑型荧光灯,涉及一种荧光灯,尤其是一种采用新冷端技术方案的紧凑型荧光灯或表面负载大的带泡荧光灯等。设有至少1根灯管,灯管的两端设有阴极、芯柱和引线,灯管连通形成一个完整的放电腔体,至少1根灯管的至少1端延设空腔管,空腔管与灯管连通,使灯管形成发光区和冷端区。有利于在更大范围内调节灯的最佳工作温度;有利于调节灯管内的汞蒸气压,稳定工作状态;同时可快速启动阴极,克服已有的使用汞齐的荧光灯启动慢的缺点。

紧凑型荧光灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种荧光灯,尤其是一种采用新冷端技术方案的紧凑型荧光灯或表面负载大的带泡荧光灯等。
背景技术
已有的紧凑型荧光灯通常由至少1根灯管、阴极、芯柱和引线等组成。引线的一端和阴极固设于芯柱上,引线的另一端引出灯管。这样的荧光灯其内腔全部是放电空间,汞蒸汽压的调整往往通过局部最冷处管壁来实现,其缺点是:1、调整幅度较小,若状态已经严重偏离,则不可能起到很好的效果;2、对使用汞齐的荧光灯来说,由于汞齐和最冷处管壁的交叉作用使得调整状态变得异常困难。随着紧凑型荧光灯愈趋紧凑且多样化,旧的冷端方式在一定程度上不能满足更大范围的工作状态调节,大大影响荧光灯设计上的最佳效果。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种有利于在更大范围内调节灯的最佳工作温度和灯管内的气压,工作状态稳定,并可快速启动阴极的紧凑型荧光灯或表面负载大的带泡荧光灯等。其解决方案是在灯管上采用新的冷端技术。
本发明设有至少1根灯管,灯管的两端设有阴极、芯柱和引线,灯管连通形成一个完整的放电腔体,至少1根灯管的至少1端延设空腔管,空腔管与灯管连通,使灯管形成发光区和冷端区。在所说的空腔管的底端可设芯柱,在芯柱内可设汞齐。也可在空腔管的底端设芯柱、阴极、引线,引线的一端与阴极连接并固设于芯柱上,引线的另一端引出空腔管外。还可在空腔管的底端设芯柱、阴极、汞齐和引线,引线的一端与阴极连接并固设于芯柱上,引线的另一端引出空腔管外,汞齐设于芯柱上。
本发明的上述结构可适用于各种管径和各种外形的灯管。例如常用的6~25mm的管径,常用的U型、H型、∏型、佛手型、W型、SL型等形状的紧凑型荧光灯或表面负载大的带泡荧光灯等。
本发明的优点在于:有利于在更大范围内调节灯的最佳工作温度;有利于调节灯管内的汞蒸气压,稳定工作状态;同时可快速启动阴极,克服已有的使用汞齐的荧光灯启动慢的缺点。

具体实施方式
以下实施例将结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
如图1所示,本发明设有3根U型连通的灯管1,灯管1的两端设有阴极7、芯柱5和引线8,阴极7和引线8的一端固设于芯柱5上,在不设阴极、芯柱和引线的灯管1的一端延设空腔管3,空腔管3与灯管1成一体并连通,使灯管形成发光区2和冷端区4。空腔管3的管径与灯管1的管径相同,空腔管3的长度可根据实际要求设定。
实施例2
如图2所示,与实施例1相类似,其区别在于在空腔管3的底端设芯柱5,在芯柱5内设汞齐6。
实施例3
如图3所示,与实施例1相类似,其区别在于在空腔管3的底端设芯柱5、阴极7、引线8,引线8的一端与阴极7连接并固设于芯柱5上,引线8的另一端引出空腔管3外,阴极7采用加热丝。
实施例4
如图4所示,与实施例3相类似,其区别在于在芯柱5上设汞齐6。
实施例5
如图5所示,灯管1的两端设有阴极7、芯柱5和引线8,直接在灯管一端延设空腔管3,空腔管3与灯管1成一体并连通,使灯管形成发光区2和冷端区4,在空腔管3的底端设芯柱5(在芯柱5内设汞齐6)、阴极7、引线8,引线8的一端与阴极7连接并固设于芯柱5上,引线8的另一端引出空腔管3外。
实施例6
参见图6~8,与实施例5相类似,其区别在于采用一根W型灯管9,另外,在灯管一端延设的空腔管的管径小于灯管的管径。
实施例7
参见图9~11,与实施例6相类似,其区别在于采用SL型灯管10。
实施例8
参见图12~14,与实施例6相类似,其区别在于采用2π型灯管11。
实施例9
与实施例6相类似,其区别在于采用H型或佛手型灯管。

Claims (3)

1. 紧凑型荧光灯,其特征在于,在至少3根U型灯管连通或W型、SL型、2π型、H型、佛手型的灯管的两端设有阴极、芯柱和引线,灯管连通形成一个完整的放电腔体,灯管的其它端部中的至少一端部延设成空腔管,空腔管与灯管连通,使灯管形成发光区和冷端区,在空腔管的底端设有芯柱、阴极和引线,引线的一端与阴极连接并固设于芯柱上,引线的另一端引出空腔管外。
2. 如权利要求1所述的紧凑型荧光灯,其特征在于,在芯柱内设汞齐。
3. 如权利要求1所述的紧凑型荧光灯,其特征在于,所述的灯管管径为6~25mm。
