技术领域
本发明涉及一种将双面拉舍尔(double raschel)经编织物用作鞋面(鞋帮)材料的鞋及该鞋中所用的双面拉舍尔经编织物。
背景技术
以往的鞋中使用经编织物、织物、网状材料等(见以下的专利文献1-2)。特别是运动鞋要求具有轻量性和透气性,网眼结构的经编织物对于上述特性是很合适的,但是因为强度低,必须对整体进行加固。目前,这种加固多数情况下是在鞋的表面粘附人造皮革、皮、树脂薄片、树脂、织物等。因此,通常运动鞋的重量,一般一只鞋就有150-500g左右。
专利文献1:日本实用新型专利第2548713号;专利文献2:日本特开平5-176804号公报。
但是,上述以往的运动鞋的重量,在像马拉松、赛跑、羽毛球或乒乓球等室内运动中存在过重的问题,寻求进一步的轻量化。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,为解决上述以往的问题,提供一种不仅具有轻量性和透气性,而且还具有良好耐久性的鞋及在该种鞋中所使用的双面拉舍尔经编织物。
为达到上述目的,本发明的鞋是将双面拉舍尔经编织物用作鞋面材料的鞋,其特征在于:
上述鞋面材料,背面是非网状结构,表面包含表面非网状结构部分A、表面网状结构部分B和表面网状结构部分C,
上述A~C的破裂强度为A>B>C,
上述表面非网状结构部分A部分地配置在脚尖部分周围和脚两侧,
上述表面网状结构部分B配置在脚趾的表面附近,
上述表面网状结构部分C部分地配置在脚两侧,其呈条纹状。
本发明的另一种将双面拉舍尔经编织物用作鞋面(鞋帮)材料的鞋,其特征在于:
上述鞋面材料的表面包括网状结构的部分,背面是非网状结构,

具体实施方式
本发明是将双面拉舍尔经编织物用于鞋面材料的鞋。这里所述的双面拉舍尔经编织物是由表面和背面的各底布、连接各底布之间的连接线构成的3层结构的经编织物。这种经编织物是利用双头舌针(doubleneedle)列经编机,将一面的底布进行提花控制,编织成包括非网状结构部分(A)和网状结构部分(B,C)的被分别控制的变化组织。另一面的底布编织成同样的非网状结构。另一面,可以是同一组织的,也可以是不同组织的。用于编织这种编织物的经编机,由德国的玛伊雅公司(也包括日本法人的日本玛伊雅公司)销售。
若将包含上述编织物的非网状结构部分(A)和网状结构部分(B,C)的面用于鞋的表面,则不仅美观,而且会使表面积增大,因此,增强透气性。另一方面,若将另一面的非网状结构用于鞋的表面,则可易于防止水从表面渗入。
上述双面拉舍尔经编织物的A~C部分的破裂强度是A>B>C。而且,必需强度的部分,即脚尖周围和鞋底相连接,并且在脚两侧面(两侧)例如呈条纹状地配置了表面非网状结构部分(A)。另外,强度和透气性要求不高的部分,即在脚趾的表面附近配置表面网状结构部分(B)。而且,在必需透气性的部分即脚两侧面(两侧),例如呈条纹状地配置表面网状结构部分(C)。由此,整体上可以获得轻量性、透气性、耐用性的平衡。
上述表面非网状结构部分(A)的破裂强度,对于如马柆松鞋那样特别要求轻量性的鞋,最好为根据JISL1096A法的破裂试验中的1400~1550kPa左右。一般的赛跑鞋或慢跑鞋,最好在1600kPa左右。另外,像羽毛球鞋或乒乓球鞋等室内运动等中经常穿着的鞋,最好在2400kPa左右。
上述表面网状结构部分(C)最好在900~1000kPa左右。上述表面网状结构部分(B)的破裂强度可以是A部分和C部分之间的任意强度。
对上述运动鞋的脚尖部、脚后跟部和扣眼(穿鞋带的眼)部最好进行加固。其中,脚后跟部分如寻求轻量性,则也可以不进行加固。
上述运动鞋的舌部最好包含表面网状结构部分(C)。也可以在舌部上存在破裂强度比C部分更低的表面网状结构部分(D)。
上述双面拉舍尔经编织物可以具有向脚的宽度方向拉伸、而不向脚的长度方向延伸的特性。这样,易于做出一定大小的鞋,穿鞋时即使脚趾接触到鞋的脚尖部分,鞋也不易拉长。相反,上述双面拉舍尔经编织物也可以具有不向脚的宽度方向延伸、而向脚的长度方向延伸的特性。这样,不仅可以使横方向具有适合性,而且用折边式(吊り込み式)方法制造鞋时,特别是折边制作两侧部时比较容易。
本发明的双面拉舍尔经编织物的至少A~C部分配置在一整块织物上。这样,可以和印花纸版一同剪裁成形鞋,也可提高制作效率。
其次,本发明的另一鞋面材料(相当于鞋帮)的表面使用低熔点纤维,使其至少一部分粘附。粘附部分通过固定针迹被加固,例如希望加固脚后跟部分或脚的两侧面部分等时,将仅这些部分通过从外侧加热,可以加固针眼。这时,仅粘附加工鞋面材料的外侧是非常重要的。因为鞋面材料的内侧包着脚,为了保持柔软状态,最好不要进行粘附加工。低熔点纤维,有例如乙烯-乙烯醇(ethlene vinyl alcohol)纤维线,但并不限于此。最好使用熔点在150℃~200℃的纤维。低熔点纤维可以用在双面拉舍尔经编织物的整个表面部分,也可以和不低于20质量%比率的聚酯纤维等高熔点纤维混合使用。如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的熔点是260℃。
构成双面拉舍尔经编织物的背面的线及连结表面和背面的连结线最好是聚酯纤维线,特别是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维线。其他构成与本发明的上述基本发明的构成一样。
本发明提供一种不仅具有轻量性和透气性,而且还具有很强的耐久性的鞋及用于其上的双面拉舍尔经编织物。
实施例
以下通过实施例进行更详细的说明。另外,本发明并不限定于下述的实施例。
(实施例1)
图1是用于本发明一实施例的运动鞋的双面拉舍尔经编织物(薄织物网状物、背面组织半网状物)。与印花纸版一致的鞋的图案10如图1所示配置在一块针织物上。该鞋图案10的脚尖周围和鞋底连接,并且在脚的两侧面(两侧)呈条纹状的部分配置了表面非网状结构部分(A)1a~1e。即,1a是连接脚尖周围和鞋底的部分,1b~1e是脚两侧面(两侧)上的呈条纹状的部分,1f~fg是折入鞋底(底面)的部分。前端剪裁部分13是在折入鞋底(底面)时,在脚尖形成圆形的部分。构成该双面拉舍尔经编织物的表面及背面的线是由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯形成的复丝纤维线(总纤维度:84dtex,丝数:24根),及连结表面和背面的连结线是由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯形成的单丝纤维线(总纤维度:33dtex,丝数:1根)。织机的隔距为24,织物整体的目付为258.4g/m2
在强度和透气性要求不高的部分,即在脚趾的表面附近配置表面网状结构部分(B)2。
在必需透气性的部分,即脚两侧面(两侧)呈条纹状地配置表面网状结构部分(C)3a~3d。
舌部12是由表面网状结构部分(C)4和具有透气性更好的网状结构部分(D)5构成。
背面采用和表面非网状构造部分(A)相同的组织。
该双面拉舍尔经编织物具有向X方向延伸、而不向Y方向延伸的结构。
根据JISL1096A法所做的破裂试验中,鞋的各部分所能承受的压强分别是:表面非网状结构部分(A)为1600kPa,表面网状结构部分(B)为1500kPa,表面网状结构部分(C)为1000kPa,表面网状结构部分(D)为930kPa。而且根据JISL1096A法所做的透气性试验“弗雷泽法”中,鞋的各部分的透气性分别为:表面非网状结构部分(A)为240cm3/cm2/s,表面网状结构部分(B)为255cm3/cm2/s,表面网状结构部分(C)为278cm3/cm2/s,表面网状结构部分(D)为340cm3/cm2/s。该织物的厚度为5mm。并且,用于26.0cm长的一只鞋的双面拉舍尔经编织物的重量为20g。
(实施例2)
使用上述实施例1中编制的经编织物形成了运动鞋。图2是右脚鞋的侧面图。对图1的鞋图案所标注的符号以外的符号进行如下说明:6是脚尖部的加固布(人工皮革),7是对编带11的扣眼进行加固的加固布(人工皮革),8是加固脚后跟的皮部,9是包住踝的衬垫部,14是由合成橡胶(EVA树脂)形成的鞋底部。图3是将图2的鞋的舌部翻出时的斜视图。图4是从图2的相对侧看到的侧面图。
所得到的26cm长的鞋中一只鞋的重量为133.1g。这比已有的同种的一只运动鞋的重量为150~200g,轻很多。那是因为,尽量没有使用加固材料,将必需强度的部分和必需透气性的部分配置在连续的经编织物上,减少缝接部,使鞋面材轻量化。
使用所得到的26cm长的鞋实际做了连续一个月的试穿试验,穿着感觉、透气性及耐久性都很好,确认了作为运动鞋的优秀的功能性。特别是适合于马拉松等长距离用鞋。
(实施例3)
图5是本发明一实施例的运动鞋中所用的双面拉舍尔经编织物(薄地メロンネツト、バツク組織ハ一フネツト),构成该双面拉舍尔经编织物表面的线是由乙烯-乙烯醇纤维线构成的复丝纤维线(总纤维度:84dtex,丝数:24根,线量:78.76g/m2,整体的比率:30.4%),构成背面的线是由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯形成的复丝纤维线(总纤维度:84dtex,丝数:24根,线量:94.52g/m2,整体比率:36.5%),连结表面和背面的连结线是由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯形成的单丝纤维线(总纤维度:33dtex,丝数:1根,线量:85.73g/m2,整体的比率:33.1%)。织机的隔距为24,织物整体的目付为259.0g/m2。该织物的厚度为5mm。
在图5中,30是鞋图案织物,在一块织物上连续配置各个部分。替换图1的配置是为了减少浪费的部分,并提高合格率。31是包住脚前半部分的部分。32是包住脚后半部分的部分,和图1的不同点是将两块连接成一块。33是舌部,34是贴附在脚后跟后侧面的部分。各部分的破裂强度大致和实施例1相同。各部分的网眼数(每1英寸(25.4mm)内的网眼的数量)如下。下述中,横向为图5的X方向,纵向为Y方向。
(1)位于脚趾间上部的部分31a1,脚侧部的条纹部分31a2、32a1,包住脚后跟的部分32a2,舌部的编带通过部33c:横向5.5个网眼,纵向3个网眼。
(2)脚趾前端部31b,脚侧部32b1和条纹部分32b2,贴附在脚后跟后侧面的部分34:横向11个网眼,纵向6个网眼。
(3)折入鞋底(底面)的脚的前半部分31c1和条纹部分31c2,脚后跟侧部的加固部分32c1和边缘部分32c2:横向12个网眼,纵向12个网眼。
(4)舌部中央部分33a:横向5个网眼,纵向2个网眼。
(5)舌部中央部分和编带通过部以外的部分33b:横向6个网眼,纵向3.5个网眼。
该双面拉舍尔经编织物具有在X方向和Y方向上均不延伸的结构。
使用该鞋的图案织物30,制作出与图2~4所示的鞋同样的鞋。之后,对相当于图2的1c,1d的脚侧部呈条纹状地加热至170℃,进行粘附加工。其结果,加热部分通过粘附使针迹结构刚硬化,可达到加固的效果。
所得到的26cm长的鞋中一只鞋的重量为133g。用该鞋实际做了连续一个月的试穿试验,穿着感觉、透气性及耐久性都很好,确认了作为运动鞋的优秀的功能。特别适合于马拉松等长距离用鞋。

1. 一种鞋,将双面拉舍尔经编织物用作鞋面材料,其特征在于:
上述鞋面材料,背面是非网状结构,表面包含表面非网状结构部分A、表面网状结构部分B和表面网状结构部分C,
上述表面非网状结构部分A、上述表面网状结构部分B和上述表面网状结构部分C的破裂强度满足A>B>C的关系,
上述鞋包括脚尖部分、位于上述脚尖部分附近的脚趾部分、脚后跟部分、上述脚后跟部分和上述脚尖部分之间的脚两侧部分,
上述表面非网状结构部分A部分地配置在上述脚尖部分周围和上述脚两侧,
上述表面网状结构部分B配置在上述脚趾的表面附近,
上述表面网状结构部分C部分地配置在上述脚两侧。
2. 如权利要求1所述的鞋,其特征在于:在根据JISL1096A法的破裂试验中,上述表面非网状结构部分A的破裂强度不低于1400kPa,上述表面网状结构部分C的破裂强度在900~1200kPa的范围内。
3. 如权利要求1所述的鞋,其特征在于:上述鞋的脚尖部、脚后跟部和扣眼部被加固。
4. 如权利要求1所述的鞋,其特征在于:上述鞋的舌部包含上述表面网状结构部分C。
