一种可调冲程碱性电池封口机,包括罩封装置、旋封装置、转台、分度箱、传动机构,其特征在于:在罩封装置和旋封装置上分别装有升降机构,由于在罩封装置和旋封装置上装有升降机构,在需要调整封头冲程时只需调整吊钩位置即可改变封头冲程,操作十分简便,调整冲程精度高确保封口质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池加工机械设备。
背景技术
碱性电池是目前电池消耗量最大的电池品种,因而电池生产竞争激烈,生产厂家为提高电池容量往往采取增加电池长度的方法增加充填物料,该方法虽然电池长度增加很少但在电池封口加工时极易造成电池口卷边,影响产品质量。日前本发明人在ZL00267137.9碱性电池封口机专利中所设计的罩封头和旋封头与电池工件的冲程是固定不变的,如需调整冲程则需对封口机构进行拆装,更换封头,操作十分繁杂,直接影响生产效率。
发明内容
本发明根据现有封口机存在的缺陷提出一种调整封头冲程简便的封口机。
本发明解决现存问题的具体技术方案是:一种可调冲程碱性电池封口机,包括罩封装置、旋封装置、转台、分度箱、传动机构,其特征在于:在可调冲程碱性电池封口机转台下装有分度箱,在转台一侧装有罩封装置,在罩封装置的两根罩封立轴下端用螺母固定封口下板,在封口下拉板上用调整螺母固定吊钩,在吊钩的钩槽内装有滚轮轴承,滚轮轴承与传动机构的槽型凸轮相切;
在转台另一侧装有旋封装置,在旋封装置的两根旋封立轴下端用螺母固定封口下拉板,在封口下拉板上用调整螺母固定吊钩,在吊钩的钩槽内装有滚轮轴承,滚轮轴承与传动机构的槽型凸轮相切。
本发明的有益效果:由于在罩封装置和旋封装置上装有升降机构,在需要调整封头冲程时只需调整吊钩位置即可改变封头冲程,操作十分简便,调整冲程精度高确保封口质量。

具体实施方式
本发明的可调冲程喊性电池封口机包括通常封口机的罩封装置、旋封装置、转台、分度箱、传动机构。
本发明是在现有碱性电池封口机的罩封装置和旋封装置上装有升降机构,其升降机构的构造和与罩封装置及旋封装置连接关系结合附图做详细说明:
在可调冲程碱性电池封口机的转台16下装有分度箱17,在转台16一侧装有罩封装置1,在罩封装置1上装有罩封头2,在罩封装置1的罩封立轴一5和罩封立轴二6的下端制有外螺纹,封口下拉板7用螺母固定在罩封立轴上,封口下拉板7上制有通孔,吊钩12上部钩杆上制有外螺纹,用两个调整螺母11将吊钩12固定在封口下拉板7上,吊钩12的钩槽内装有滚轮轴承13,滚轮轴承13与罩封传动机构槽型凸轮相切;
在转台16的另一侧装有旋封装置3,在旋封装置3上装有旋封头5,在旋封装置3的旋封立轴一8和旋封立轴二9的下端制有外螺纹,封口上拉板10用螺母固定在旋封立轴上,封口下拉板10上制有通孔,吊钩12上部钩杆上制有外螺纹,用两个调整螺母11将吊钩12固定在封口下拉板10上,吊钩12的钩槽内装有滚轮轴承13,滚轮轴承13与旋封传动机构槽型凸轮相切。
本发明的可调冲程碱性电池封口机操作方法与通常的封口机相同,当需要调整罩封头2或旋封头4冲程时,只需拧动吊钩12上的调整螺母11,改变吊钩位置即可改变罩封头或旋封头的冲程。

1. 一种可调冲程碱性电池封口机,包括罩封装置、旋封装置、转台、分度箱、传动机构,其特征在于:在可调冲程碱性电池封口机转台下装有分度箱,在转台一侧装有罩封装置,在罩封装置的两根罩封立轴下端用螺母固定封口下板,在封口下板上用调整螺母固定吊钩,在吊钩的钩槽内装有滚轮轴承,滚轮轴承与传动机构的槽型凸轮相切;
在转台另一侧装有旋封装置,在旋封装置的两根旋封立轴下端用螺母固定封口下拉板,在封口下拉板上用调整螺母固定吊钩,在吊钩的钩槽内装有滚轮轴承,滚轮轴承与传动机构的槽型凸轮相切。
