背景技术
目前，所使用的大型立式车床，主要功能是加工产品的平面、角度和内外圆，但其只能加工25度以内的角度。加工25度以外的角度，需要订购专用设备，造成资金的占用和设备的闲置。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种可在任意大型立车设备上配套使用，并且拆卸、安装方便，操作简单的万能角度加工总成。
本实用新型的技术方案是：刀架总成包括刀架底座、刀架拖板、刀架；刀架底座下端装有连接旋转盘；电机动力输出轴与传动丝杆一端相连接，传动丝杆另一端与刀架拖板相连接。
所述连接旋转盘包括上连接旋转盘、下连接旋转盘；所述下连接旋转盘上设有一圈T型槽；所述上连接旋转盘上设有一个以上与T形槽配合限位并能在T形槽内滑动旋转的T型螺杆；所述上连接旋转盘经T型螺杆与刀架底座相连。
所述T型螺杆为四个。
本实用新型可与任何型号的大型立式车床设备上配套使用，解决了立式车床不能加工任意角度的不足，并且拆卸，安装方便，结构简单易操作，不影响原设备使用功能。使用本实用新型可以拓宽原设备的使用功能，提高原设备的使用价值，满足所需产品的技术要求。

具体实施方式
图1、图2中，刀架总成1包括刀架底座、刀架拖板、刀架；刀架底座下端装有连接旋转盘3；电机4动力输出轴与传动丝杆2一端相连接，传动丝杆2另一端与刀架拖板相连接。电机4为步进电机，5为减速器，6为传动链条。
图3中，连接旋转盘的结构是：在下连接旋转盘9上开挖一圈T型槽10，上连接旋转盘8相对应有四个T型螺杆7，配合安装在T型槽10内起到连接固定并且可以任意滑动旋转，达到可以任意旋转360度。
在使用时，本实用新型直接安装在大型立式车床刀臂上，调整连接旋转盘，锁定所需要的角度。设置适当的加工量，加工速度，保证加工安全与精度。

1.一种万能角度加工总成，其特征在于：刀架总成（1）包括刀架底座、刀架拖板、刀架；刀架底座下端装有连接旋转盘（3）；电机（4）动力输出轴与传动丝杆（2）一端相连接，传动丝杆（2）另一端与刀架拖板相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的万能角度加工总成，其特征在于：所述连接旋转盘（3）包括上连接旋转盘（8）、下连接旋转盘（9）；所述下连接旋转盘（9）上设有一圈T型槽（10）；所述上连接旋转盘（8）上设有一个以上与T形槽（10）配合限位并能在T形槽（10）内滑动旋转的T型螺杆（7）；所述上连接旋转盘（8）经T型螺杆（7）与刀架底座相连。
