Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种在机器盆内的水位位置传感器。
背景技术
水位位置传感器适用于滚筒式洗衣机或者洗碗机及其类似机器中,其将与机器的盆部中的水位有关的信息转化为电信号来触发执行元件以打开/关闭水,水位位置传感器具有通过紧密接合于传感器壳体上的隔膜而被互相隔开的功能性的上游/下游部分,上述上游部分包括导入机器的盆部中的管子,其中它的第一自由端进入并位于盆部的底部并且它的第二端紧紧地固定于传感器的壳体,并且上述下游部分包括固定于上述隔膜上的弹簧支撑的衔铁(armature),其中上述衔铁可轴向自由移动地被插入到稳定地保持在上述传感器的壳体内的感应线圈的中心支撑内,且基本上平的电路装置也稳定地被保持在传感器的上述壳体内并且被安装在传感器的上述壳体的横向部分区域内,其中它的其中一侧具有两个销来连接上述感应线圈的端部并且它的另一侧具有插入点来容纳连接器,这样,上述传感器就被整合到机器的处理装置中。
水根据机器的程序设计流入和流出机器,其中本传感器按照上述机器的程序设计来产生与水位有关的信息。基于平衡传感器的上游部分内空气的静压和盆部中的水的静压来产生各自的信息。
如果在盆部中没有水,则大气压高于传感器的上游部分。在所有的技术状况下,正压高。运行期间水位越高,上述正压越高。在传感器上游部分的空气压力的改变导致了隔膜的变形;隔膜的变形导致了衔铁的转换;衔铁的转换导致了感应线圈的感应的改变,这导致在上述电路中产生电信号,电信号是以打开/关闭水的命令的形式,通过连接器、机器的各个电缆和机器的程序设计而传输到执行装置。
上面陈述的位置传感器可从WO03/078951 A1(Bindocci等人)中获知。
在上述现有技术的解决方案中公开的电路装置的实施例为形成具有附加于它的插入点上的相对缩小的连接器(本公开文件中未示出)的印刷电路板。与拆卸相对的定位,虽然在本公开文件中未示出,但是因为传感器受到震动所以是必要的,该定位是通过把印刷电路板在隔膜对面侧上固定于传感器支撑体的一个末端面完成的。这样设计的一个缺点是只能使用其主要的组装平面与印刷电路板的主平面一致或者平行的此类连接器。但在实践中这不总是最好的解决方案。
德国第19754616号(Nomural等人)专利文件和德国第4104477号(Loevel)专利文献及其国际公布号为2005/002887(陈等人)的专利文献可看作为本发明的技术背景。
发明内容
从而,本发明的一个目的是提供一种与拆卸相对的连接器的定位,其中,连接器的主装配平面关于电路的主平面是不变的,且传感器的壳体实质上不包含在与拆卸相对的定位中。这实际上意味着仅仅是通过连接器的一个末端部分,即没有涉及壳体,来实施充分的定位。
根据本发明,通过提供上述类型的传感器来实现该目的,其中上述电路装置是具有电子元件的一个嵌入式接触薄片。上述电路装置包括通过形成于接触薄片的凹槽中的材料带来互相连接的上部成形的模层和下部成形的模层,在此至少在两个模层中的一个上,可预先形成装配电子元件的缝隙。
提供这样一种电路装置的技术还使得提供一种不能由印刷电路技术获取的三维结构成为可能。从而,根据本发明,与嵌入步骤一起,提供切断装置用以接合并保持位于插头点侧的连接器。

具体实施方式
传感器包括三部分的壳体1,其中它的功能性外表及其内部设备组成了上游部分A和下游部分B。
具有突起1a’的壳体1的较低部分1a和连接于上述突起1a’的管子(图中未示出)构成了传感器的上述上游部分A。
具有关联单元的壳体1的较高的内部1b和壳体1的较高的外部1c构成了传感器的上述下游部分B。
隔膜2密封地安装在壳体1的较低部分1a和较高的内部1b之间,隔膜2将功能性部分A,B物理分割为腔室P和Q,上述腔室分别存在于隔膜2的上游侧和下游侧。两个腔室中都有空气。
类似于较低部分1a增加了一个突起1a’,将多重目的的管状支撑物1b’添加到壳体1的较高的内部1b中。在上述支撑物1b’的端部靠近隔膜2处的外侧具有感应线圈3,并且沿轴向在其横截面上从感应线圈3远离的位置存在一个用来连接电路的导向装置4,具有接触薄片(集成电路的类似物)和电子配置的盘片5被插入导向装置4,并且保护其免于被卸下,在本实施例中上述盘片5是马蹄铁状。关于多重目的管状支撑物1b’的内侧,依次地,一个圆柱状的衔铁6被固定于下游腔室Q内的隔膜2上,衔铁6的直径适合管状支撑物1b’的公称直径,并且衔铁6靠压力弹簧7支撑于隔膜2上。一个透气的并且保持在管状支撑物1b’的自由端的稳定栓8支撑着上述压力弹簧7的另一端。
壳体1的多重目的较高的外部1c用作覆盖壳体1的较高的内部1b和附属元件的盖子,并用作将各个传感器扣紧于机器上的元件。除此之外,在上述较高的外部1c中有预留的开口1c’,连接器K通过该开口从外侧连接于上述盘片5,通过连接器K上述传感器被合并进机器的程序设计中。
在启动机器之前,不包括水且大气压力在传感器的上游部分A占优。在开始供应水之后,连接于突起1a’的传感器的管子被注满并且传感器的上游部分A内的空气被堵住。被堵住空气的压力是通过增加/减少机器盆部中的水位的静压来增加/减少。在各个压力状况下空气的可压缩性由传感器的调整来补偿。在传感器的上游部分A的气压的改变导致了隔膜2的改变。由于衔铁6与隔膜2一起移动,所以由感应线圈3产生的磁场改变。磁场的改变在盘片5的电子装置中被转化为电信号且上述电信号由机器的处理装置发送到执行单元以作为打开/关闭水的命令。

Claims (2)

1. 一种机器盆部的水位位置传感器,适用于滚筒式洗衣机或者洗碗机及其类似机器中,其将涉及于机器的盆部中水位的信息转化为电信号来触发执行元件以打开/关闭水,水位位置传感器具有通过紧密接合于传感器壳体(1a,1b)上的隔膜(2)而被相互隔开的功能性的上游/下游部分(A,B),所述上游部分(A)包括导入机器的盆部中的管子,其中它的第一自由进入端位于盆部的底部并且它的第二端紧固于传感器的壳体(1a),并且所述下游部分(B)包括固定于上述隔膜(2)上的弹簧支撑(7)的衔铁(6),其中上述衔铁可轴向自由移动地被插入到感应线圈(3)的中心支撑内,感应线圈(3)稳定地保持在上述传感器的壳体(1b)内,且基本上成平板的电路装置(5)也稳定地保持在传感器的上述壳体(1b)内并且被安装在传感器的上述壳体的横向部分区域内,其中电路装置(5)的一侧具有两个销来连接所述感应线圈(3)的端部并且另一侧具有插入点来容纳连接器(K),上述传感器结合到机器的处理装置中,其特征在于:
所述电路装置(5)是具有电子元件的嵌入式接触薄片,上述嵌入式接触薄片包括通过形成于接触薄片的凹槽中的材料带互相连接的上部成形的模层和下部成形的模层,在此至少在两个模层中的一个上,可预先形成装配电子元件的缝隙。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的传感器,其特征在于:
与嵌入步骤一起,提供切断装置用于接合并保持位于插入点侧的连接器。
