技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺旋压缩机,尤其是涉及螺旋压缩机排出口损失的降低。
背景技术
当螺旋压缩机转速增加时,压缩机排出口的动压损失增加。排出口的流动以汇集流为特点,排出下游横截面上产生差别很明显的流动。这导致大的损失和/或需要尽可能大的扩散器。
显然需要在结构上进行改进以降低压缩机这部分的损失。
因此本发明的主要目的是提供一种压缩机,其中排出口的损失降低。
本发明的其他目的和优点将在下文描述。
发明内容
依照本发明,前述的目的和优点容易地得以实现。
依照本发明,提供一种螺旋压缩机,包括:一壳体,其设有一排出口;和至少两个转子,其安装在所述壳体内,用来产生相对的排出流穿过所述排出口,其中,所述排出口设有限定排出孔的边缘,所述边缘是圆弧形的,这样使得经由所述边缘的排出流平稳流动,其中所述壳体有一内表面,内表面限定了大体上为圆筒形的空间,所述空间可转动地接收所述转子,所述圆弧形边缘由边缘表面限定,边缘表面从与所述内表面正切的部分延伸,弯曲至与穿过所述排出口的所述流的流向大体上对齐的部分,由此降低所述排出口的所述流的收缩。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种螺旋压缩机,尤其是涉及对穿过螺旋压缩机排出口的流体的改良型导向结构,以此来降低排出口的动力损失,从而提高压缩机效率。
图1显示了现有技术的结构,其中转子1、2在壳体内旋转,壳体的一部分由3来表示,产生排出流的流线4、5,流线4、5经由排出口6流出。
依照常规的结构,急剧的转角7典型地设置在排出口6上,这样的急剧的转角7导致排出流方向上相当大的流动收缩。这是不希望的,会导致效率低的运行和/或需要尽可能大的扩散器结构和类似的结构。
参照图2,依照本发明,提供了这个问题的解决方法,其中螺旋压缩机10有转子12、14,两转子可转动地安装在壳体16内,壳体16有一内表面18,内表面18限定了大体上为圆筒形的空间,转子12、14在其内部旋转。
对于常规压缩机,转子12、14一般产生相对的排出流20、22,依照本发明有利于引导排出流20、22穿过排出口24,与所希望的一样,以降低穿过排出口24的流动收缩。
依照本发明,壳体16设有边缘26,边缘26限定了排出口24,以及排出流通过的出口和边缘26优选地为圆弧形,以使得从转子12、14产生的排出流平稳流动并通过边缘26。这有利地降低了排出口24流动下游的收缩,由此带来更高效率的压缩机运行。
应该注意到,图1现有结构中的尖端7和图2中所示的依照本发明的圆弧形边缘26的开始部分即尖端28,基本处于同样的位置,由此保持压缩机的设计内部压力比或体积指数(Vi)不变。依靠压缩机的其他特性降低内部压力比,由此获得更高的效率,这也许是所希望的,这可以通过在不同的开口位置安装圆弧形边缘26和同样的尖端28来实现。
依照本发明的边缘26从第一部分到第二部分30优选地为平滑的过渡曲线,第一部分与内表面18大体上对齐或正切,第二部分30与穿过排出口24的流向大体上对齐或正切。圆弧形边缘26优选地为平滑曲线或在第一部分28和第二部分30之间过渡,如图所示,这样来自转子12、14的流体更加逐步地被导向排出流方向,由此如所希望的一样降低流动收缩。
很容易知道,依照本发明的排出口24的圆弧形边缘26有利于用作提供对穿过排出口24的流动收缩的降低,这有利于提高具有这样的圆弧形边缘的压缩机的效率和运行。这些圆弧形边缘可设计在新制造的压缩机和/或制造在现有结构中,以如所希望的一样来改进现有设备的运行。
依照本发明,优选地还提供了附加的圆弧或其他的流导向结构,其延伸入轴向排出区域来对从轴向口到轴向和/或径向方向的正切流重新定向。
图3是依照本发明的压缩机的侧视示意图,显示了同样的轴向排出口的流动。
图3还显示了依照本发明的一个实施例,其中压缩机10包括带有圆弧形边缘26a的壳体16,边缘26a限定了轴向的排出口32。圆弧形边缘26a在结构上和图2的圆弧形边缘26类似,优选地从与离开转子的轴向边缘的流向大体上正切的第一部分或尖端延伸,并逐渐过渡到与进入轴向排出区域32的流大体上正切的尖端或部分。
同样的圆弧形的结构应用在轴向排出口32。由此,如图3所示包括圆弧形边缘26a的实施例能降低排出口的流动收缩损失,优选地在径向排出口和轴向排出口都可以设置圆弧形边缘以使依照本发明获得的优点最大化。
可以理解,本发明不局限于在这里显示和描述的例子,这仅仅是实施本发明的最佳方式,允许部件和运行细节的形式、尺寸和排列的改变。本发明更确切地旨在所有包含在权利要求所限定的精神和范围内的改进。

Claims (2)

1.一种螺旋压缩机,包括:
一壳体,其设有一排出口;和
至少两个转子,其安装在所述壳体内,用来产生相对的排出流穿过所述排出口,其中,所述排出口设有限定排出孔的边缘,所述边缘是圆弧形的,这样使得经由所述边缘的排出流平稳流动,其中所述壳体有一内表面,内表面限定了大体上为圆筒形的空间,所述空间可转动地接收所述转子,所述圆弧形边缘由边缘表面限定,边缘表面从与所述内表面正切的部分延伸,弯曲至与穿过所述排出口的所述流的流向大体上对齐的部分,由此降低所述排出口的所述流的收缩。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,其中所述排出口具有轴向孔和径向孔,轴向孔由轴向边缘限定,径向孔由径向边缘限定,所述轴向边缘和所述径向边缘是圆弧形的。
