Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种人员检查装置,所述装置包括身体检查装置,其设有检查空间,受检查人员支承件,和移动机构,可沿移动方向移动支承件,可使位于支承件上的受检查人员移进和移出检查空间。所述移动机构包括齿轮,其受到驱动时,与连接到支承件的齿条啮合,使齿条相对齿轮移动,
在本发明的范围内,上面提到的身体检查装置具体是核磁共振成像装置(MRI),通过该装置可得到位于MRI装置检查空间的人身体内部的图象。当使用这种身体检查装置时,受检查的人员通常位于检查空间外的支承件上,然后支承件沿检查空间方向移动,使受检查的人员进入检查空间,以便进行可疑项目的检查。
背景技术
在引言部分介绍的装置在美国专利No.5,272,776公开。该装置是封闭型MRI扫描装置,具有圆形壳体的特征,在壳体的中心设有检查空间。所介绍的MRI装置包括台座系统,其支承于MRI装置内部设置的滚轮件。台座系统可从检查空间外的位置移动到台座系统的基本上位于检查空间的位置,接受检查的人员可以位于台座上。为了进行移动,台座系统设置了沿移动方向延伸的齿条,齿条与齿轮啮合,通过构成MRI装置一部分的驱动单元,齿轮传动进行转动。齿轮设置在MRI装置的轴向长度以外的位置,移动时,台座系统的一端不能通过所述齿轮。这意味着台座系统的一端总是位于MRI扫描装置的轴向长度的外侧,位于齿轮的外侧,即使台座系统尽可能地移动到检查空间内。在所述端部,下端安装了轮子的支腿支撑台座系统。轮子可在支撑表面上滚动,支撑表面也支撑MRI装置。在台座系统已经尽可能移出检查空间的情况下,台座系统仍有部分在MRI装置的轴向长度内延伸,并需要受到滚轮件的支撑,滚轮件位于MRI装置的轴向长度内的位置。
上面简单介绍的现有技术的MRI装置具有许多的缺点。第一点,台座系统的结构使得台座系统必须具有比较大的长度,以便足够远地移动受检查人员进出检查空间。此外,一个重大缺点是使用时受检查人员必须自己在台座系统上相对MRI装置定位,或者通过护理人员来定位。这很花费时间,在这期间,身体检查装置,即MRI装置,不能有效地利用。很明显,从经济和能力利用角度考虑,身体检查装置最好能够检查尽可能多的人。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,通过优选实施例的形式,提供一种解决方案,或至少显著地改进前面提到的缺点。
为了实现这个目标,提供根据本发明的人员检查装置,其中移动机构包括辅助移动机构,当齿轮受到驱动时,齿轮可沿移动方向移动,其速度低于支承件的移动速度。这个特征在原理上可延长支承件的行程,甚至支承件的可移动距离将超过支承件自身的长度,或者至少支承件的一端越过处于极端位置的齿轮空间位置,这是现有技术的装置做不到的。这样还可以使用较短的支承件,其长度不超过支撑受检查人员所需的长度。
辅助移动机构包括从动辅助齿轮,其与辅助齿条啮合,当所述辅助齿轮受到驱动时,所述辅助齿条可相对所述辅助齿轮移动,齿轮相对所述辅助齿条枢轴连接。从而得到根据本发明的移动齿轮结构的简单和可实施的实施例。
根据本发明,得到可转动齿轮的适当结构(因为其结构简单),因为移动机构包括另外的辅助移动机构,可沿移动方向以低于辅助齿条和相互枢轴连接的齿轮的速度移动另外的辅助齿条,所述另外的辅助齿条与所述齿轮啮合。齿轮作为另外的辅助齿条和连接到支承件的齿条之间的传动件。另外的齿轮可设置在齿轮和所述另外的辅助齿条之间,其中所述齿轮和所述另外的齿轮绕共用轴可转动地连接,或所述齿轮和所述另外的齿轮具有不同的直径,或者所述齿轮和所述另外的齿轮互相啮合。
所述另外的辅助移动机构最好包括另外的辅助齿轮,其与所述另外的辅助齿条啮合。因此,所述另外的辅助齿条的移动可以简单方式来实现。
当所述辅助齿轮和如上所述另外的辅助齿轮在本发明的实施例中组合使用时,所述辅助齿轮和所述另外的辅助齿轮最好绕共用旋转轴可转动地枢轴连接。通过这种方式,所述辅助齿轮和所述另外的辅助齿轮可以简单的方式以同样的角速度进行驱动。
根据非常特殊的实施例,当支承件未位于检查空间时,自由轮式机架支撑支承件。这样可带来重大优点,受检查人员可使支承件上的自己位于空间内:该空间不是身体检查装置所在的空间,其后受检查的人员通过滚轮送到身体检查装置,从而可以尽可能短的时间进行身体检查,受检查人员可通过滚轮再送到另外的空间。所具有的重大优点是,可以使用多个自由轮式机架,分别设置支承件,使得下一个受检查的人员在前一个人接受身体检查装置检查后马上可进入身体检查装置进行检查,第一个人仍处于支承件上。
对于这点,机架最好包括移动机构和/或驱动机构。可用电池向驱动机构提供动力,电池还构成机架的一部分,或简单地通过电源插头连接驱动机构到电网。
如上所述,在根据本发明的装置的优选实施例的范围内,其中使用了自由轮式机架,本发明还涉及用于根据本发明的优选实施例的机架和支承件的组合,这种组合的优点已经在根据本发明的装置的各优选实施例的范围内进行了说明。

具体实施方式
图2和图3是不同的支承件1的底视透视图。支承件1的稍微下凹的上侧2设计用于支承躺下的人。在支承件1的底侧设有多齿条齿轮机构3,其在图1的顶视透视图中显示,图中省去支承件1。
多齿条齿轮机构3包括3个互相平行延伸的齿条4,5,6,以及3个齿轮7,8和9。齿轮7可转动地安装到位于其上侧的齿条6。齿条6位于齿条4和齿条5之间,从顶视图看位于较低的位置。齿条4,5位于相同的垂直平面,即位于齿轮7的垂直平面,其结果是齿轮7可与齿条4和齿条5啮合。齿条4刚性连接到支承件1,使得支承件1和齿条4只能够共同移动。齿条5在两个相对侧面设置齿。齿轮8与齿条5在与齿轮7所在侧面相对的侧面啮合。齿轮9的直径比齿轮8的直径大,其与齿轮8同心,齿轮9低于齿条5延伸,以便与齿条6的齿啮合。齿轮8和9刚性连接到驱动轴(未显示),可以相同的角速度转动齿轮8和9。因为齿轮8和9具有不同的直径,齿轮8和9的共同转动将导致齿条5和6以不同的速度沿纵向移动。在这种情况下,齿条6以及齿轮7的移动速度将大于齿条5的速度,其结果是,齿轮7将沿齿条5转动。由于齿轮7与齿条4啮合,齿轮7产生的转动将使得齿条4沿其纵向相对齿轮7移动,移动速度大于齿条6的移动速度(逻辑上大于齿条5的速度)。
上面介绍的多齿条齿轮机构3在使支承件1移进移出身体检查装置,如MRI扫描装置,的检查空间上具有很大的优点。将参考图4a到图4f进行更详细的说明。虚线10a,10b表示封闭型MRI扫描装置11的端部,如所属领域的技术人员已知道的。检查空间12的端部位于MRI扫描装置11内,受检查人员(其一部分)必须位于其中以便MRI扫描装置11进行检查,端部用点划线13a,13b表示。
支承件1(其上带有受检查人员)初始(见图4a)位于MRI扫描装置11的旁边,支承件1受到移动机架的支撑(未显示)。驱动齿轮8,9的驱动轴安装在所述机架的轴承上,机架还包括所要求的电动马达,以驱动所述驱动轴。可通过电源插头连接所述驱动马达到电网向所述驱动马达提供电力。或者,可以使用安装在机架的电池。很重要的一点是使得齿轮8,9在支承件1相对MRI扫描装置11移动期间连续地具有相同的空间位置,如图4a-4f所示,下面将进行更详细的说明。
当驱动马达带电后,齿轮8,9开始以相同的速度转动,其结果是齿条5,6将沿MRI扫描装置11的检查空间12的方向移动。齿条6的速度高于齿条5的速度,其结果是齿条4也与支承件1一起沿检查空间12的方向移动,齿条4的速度高于齿条6的速度。图4a-4f显示了支承件1一步一步连续移动进入检查空间12的位置。很明显导向件设置在MRI扫描装置11内引导和支撑支承件1。这种导向件也可从美国专利5,272,776了解,其中的导向件用9表示。对于所属领域的技术人员很明显,导向装置具有防止齿条4,5,6在沿各自纵向移动时旋转的功能。
根据图4b,显示出支承件1进入检查空间12,当支承件完全进入所述检查空间12,处于图4f所示的位置,支承件1的端部大部分位于MRI扫描装置内。图4f还显示出支承件1已经完全通过齿轮9,以及图4a所示的齿轮7的初始位置;与图4a所显示的位置比较,支承件1移动的距离大于其自身长度。
支承件1通过反转齿轮8,9的旋转方向以简单的方式缩回,支承件连续地移动通过图4f-图4a所显示的位置。一旦到达图4a所显示的状态,支承件1和MRI扫描装置11不再连接,使得支承件1可在移动机架上驱离。
在本发明的范围内可对上面介绍的的优选实施例进行各种变化。因此,可设置第四齿条,例如,与可旋转地安装在齿条4上的齿轮啮合;第四齿条可比齿条4移动的更快。此外,本发明还可包括辅助移动机构的结构不包括齿条5和齿轮8的实施例,其中辅助移动机构可沿移动方向移动齿轮7。齿轮7安装在载体的轴承上,齿轮通过另外的移动机构进行移动,其中驱动齿轮7的驱动机构同样安装在载体上,并可包括单独的马达。
Claims (6)
1.一种人员检查装置,所述装置包括身体检查装置(11),其设有检查空间(12)、受检查人员支承件(1)和移动机构(3),所述移动机构(3)可沿移动方向移动支承件,使得所述支承件上的受检查人员可移进移出所述检查空间,所述移动机构包括齿轮(7),其可受驱动机构(5,8)的驱动,所述齿轮与固定到所述支承件的齿条啮合,在齿轮受驱动时,使齿条相对齿轮移动,所述移动机构(3)包括辅助移动机构(6,9),当齿轮受驱动时可沿移动方向以低于支承件(1)的移动速度移动齿轮(7),所述辅助移动机构(6,9)包括从动辅助齿轮(9),其与辅助齿条(6)啮合,当所述从动辅助齿轮受到驱动时,所述辅助齿条相对所述从动辅助齿轮移动,所述齿轮(7)与所述辅助齿条枢轴连接,所述移动机构(3)包括另一辅助移动机构(5,8),用于沿移动方向以低于所述辅助齿条(6)和相连的齿轮(7)的速度移动另一辅助齿条(5),所述另一辅助齿条(5)与所述齿轮啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的人员检查装置,其特征在于,所述另一辅助移动机构(5,8)包括另一辅助齿轮(8),其与所述另一辅助齿条(5)啮合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的人员检查装置,其特征在于,所述从动辅助齿轮(9)和所述另一辅助齿轮(8)围绕共用旋转轴可转动地枢轴连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的人员检查装置,其特征在于,当支承件不在所述检查空间(12)时,所述支承件(1)受到自由轮式机架的支承。
5.根据权利要求4所述的人员检查装置,其特征在于,所述自由轮式机架包括移动机构(3)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的人员检查装置,其特征在于,所述自由轮式机架包括驱动机构(5,8)。
