Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于固定基体上至少一个伸长体的装置,所述固定通过至少两个与基体相连,具有用于容纳所述或每个物体的支撑部分的固定元件,一个具有与支撑部分固定连接的导向件和一个可移动地与导向件啮合并与固定元件咬合的容纳部分的连接单元,以及另一个与另外一个固定元件咬合的连接单元来实现。
背景技术
一个类似的装置由DE8513784所公开。在已知的装置中,由导线构成的伸长体和带状体固定在作为支撑部分的伸长导轨上。已知装置具有一个第一连接单元,由与所述支撑部分固定连接的导向件组成。已知装置中的导向件是具有一钉头的销钉。其横截面直径大于销钉的杆切断面的钉头从伸长的导轨后方啮合,所述导轨具有用于与固定元件连接的容纳部分。所述导轨通过销钉的控制,使得容纳部分相对于导向件可移动。
虽然已知的装置易于固定,支撑部分也具有可移动性,可以校正固定元件间的间距误差,但是有关连接单元构造的空间占有率和制造成本还相对较高。
发明内容
本发明是以上述结构为基础,所述装置具有上述特征,并且构造小巧,利于制造。
本发明具有上述特征的设备通过以下方式解决,所述导向件由一个包围导向空腔的外部套筒构成,所述导向空腔具有一横截面,其纵向长度大于横向长度,所述容纳部分具有一个在导向空腔中可移动的内部套筒,其径向直径比外部套筒的径向直径小,啮合元件形成在导向件的侧壁与容纳部分的侧壁之间,使其相互啮合。
通过本发明所述装置的构造,容纳部分节省空间地设置了导向件的内部空间,导向空腔内的啮合元件直接通过导向件。这样,所述装置就可以在有限的安装条件插入并节约了制造成本。
通过合理地设置本发明所述装置的结构,啮合元件通过导向间隙和导向突出部沿径向插入。
为了尽可能简单的实现将容纳部分向导向件中的插入,在上述结构中进一步将导向突出部设置在导向件侧壁处,导向间隙设置在容纳部分侧壁处。
为了避免容纳部分从导向件中偶然掉出的可能性,上述结构,更确切地说是附加的进一步设置的优点在于,所述导向突出部具有一个三角的横截面,在固定元件上的插入装置中面向固定元件的面比背向固定元件的面陡。
为了实现本发明所述装置与固定元件的良好连接,一个合理的结构是所述容纳部分包围贯穿的容纳通道,并设置一个指向内部的棘轮止动销。
本发明所述构造的第二个目的尤其用于设置良好的间距平衡,设置对应于具有可移动的容纳部分的连接单元的另一个连接单元,所述容纳部分的径向相互正交对齐。这种结构非常便于校准。

具体实施方式
图1示出了由塑料制成的本发明第一个实施例的装置的三维视图,所述装置由一狭长的电缆沟1作为支撑部分。电缆沟1具有用于在图1中未示出的基体上固定伸长体的两个相互对置的侧壁2、3和底壁4,所述底壁4与侧壁2、3相连。电缆沟1上与底壁4相对设置的区域是敞开的,用于固定夹在侧壁2、3之间的物体,比如电缆,具有多根电缆的电缆束,软管或具有多根软管的软管束。基体上的电缆沟1根据规定的设置,其开放面面向基体并基本上露出。
如图1所示,考虑到转弯的侧壁3,从底壁4转弯的临界面设置一隔板5,所述隔板基本与侧壁3正交并向外侧偏离。所述隔板5以超过电缆沟1的一定长度延伸,比如基本上正好超过其截面长度的2/3。
在隔板5的末端设置一固定的第一连接单元6,其从隔板5沿与底壁4平行的方向向侧壁3延伸,并与底壁4分离地设置一固定套筒7。固定套筒7具有一圆形横截面,并可插到与基体相连,典型地是与基体焊接的由螺栓形成的固定元件上。
另外,在隔板5的另一末端设置一第二连接单元8。所述第二连接单元8具有与隔板5相连的导向件9,并设有一外部套筒10。所述第二连接单元8进一步设置有一具有内部套筒11的容纳部分12,如图1所示,按照本发明所述装置的安装,其间接地穿过隔板5,通过一连接边与外部套筒10相连。内部套筒11外壁相对设置有扁平面13,其中每个都具有一导向间隙14。
为了实现将第二连接单元8固定于基体上的设置,以牺牲向外部套筒10中的连接率为代价,使用专用模制成内部套筒11。
图2示出了具有可移动导向件8,并具有插入外部套筒10中的内部套筒11的第二连接单元8在相对于图1所示方向上放大的三维视图。由图2可知,根据实施例所述,外部套筒10的导向空腔15在插入隔板5的一个径向方向上具有一横截面,且大于与其正交的横截面。根据图2所示,通过本实施例,所述截面具有一个相对较大的几乎成直角的圆形角区域。
另外,如图2所示,与在其外壁上设有扁平面13的内部套筒11相同的,在外部套筒10的内壁也设有扁平的纵向切面16,由此,与外部套筒10相对的内部套筒11在导向间隙14的径向上,通过纵向切面16的引导,形成于导向空腔15的横截面之间,并且作为边界碰撞的横切面17是可移动的。
图3给出了根据图3所示的第二连接单元8沿导向空腔15的径向上的切面图。由图3可知,在内部套筒11的内侧设有一定数量的棘轮止动销18,它们设置于如图3所示的上部插入面。将第二连接单元8插入到例如由螺栓构成的固定元件上时,所述棘轮止动销18通过固定元件上设置的内部间隙将其固定,并且确保了本发明所述的装置在面对高的拉伸阻力时不会从基体上松下。
另外,从图3中清楚地看出外部套筒10的横切面17和内部套筒11之间的空隙,这使得内部套筒11相对于外部套筒10可移动。
最后,由图3可知,内部套筒11可以进一步无间隙地抓住贯穿容纳通道19的固定元件。
图4给出了根据图2所示的第二连接单元8沿导向空腔15的横向切面图。由图4可知,在位于外部套筒10的内壁的纵向切面16上设置有一导向突出部20,其填充了内部套筒11的导向间隙14并与之啮合。由此,所述内部套筒11确保了不会脱落,并可径向移动。在此实施例中,导向突出部20的齿面在图4所示的向上插入面方向上削平,由此可以简单地将其插入外部套筒10中,并与所述导向突出部20固定。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于固定基体上至少一个伸长体的装置,所述固定通过至少两个与基体相连,具有用于容纳所述伸长体的支撑部分的固定元件,一个具有与支撑部分固定连接的导向件和一个可移动地与导向件啮合并与固定元件咬合的容纳部分的连接单元,以及另一个与另外一个固定元件咬合的连接单元来实现,其特征在于,所述导向件(9)具有包围导向空腔(15)的外部套筒(10),所述导向空腔(15)具有一横切面,其径向大于横向,容纳部分(12)中包含一在导向空腔(15)中可移动的内部套筒(11),其径向直径小于外部套筒(10)的径向直径,在导向件(9)的侧壁(16)和容纳部分(12)的侧壁(13)之间设有啮合元件(14,20),它们相互啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述啮合元件通过导向间隙(14)和导向突出部(20),沿径向插入。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,导向突出部(20)设置于导向件(9)的侧壁(16)上,导向间隙(14)设置于容纳部分(12)的侧壁(13)上。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述导向突出部(20)具有一三角截面,在固定元件上的插入装置中面向固定元件的面比背向固定元件的面陡。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述容纳部分(12)包围容纳通道(19),并在其中设置一棘轮止动销(18)。
