Abstract

本发明属于耐火材料技术领域。尤其涉及一种轻质隔热耐火砖的制备方法。所采用技术方案是:将50~80wt%的刚玉莫来石与5~30wt%的生粘土、0.5~3wt%的聚苯乙烯球、5~20wt%的有机烧失物混合,外加15~25wt%的水,混练后放入模具[2]内,放下加压装置[1],启动振动装置[4]进行振动,加压、振动时间为0.1~3min,然后取出自然干燥。本发明原料来源广泛,且因所加水分少而不需烘干,由于一次成型而无切磨余料或切磨余料少,添加的有机烧失物能保证气孔分布均匀,因而具有成本低、抗热震性能好的特点。

Description

一种轻质隔热耐火砖的制备方法
一、技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域。尤其涉及一种轻质隔热耐火砖的制备方法。
二、背景技术
轻质隔热耐火砖是由固相和气相组成,气体在固体砖中形成孤立的气孔,因此,轻质隔热耐火砖的导热系数较低,在热工窑炉中起着隔热保温的作用。而隔热耐火砖的制备方法直接影响气相分布情况,决定了隔热耐火砖的性能。
目前,国内外生产轻质耐火砖的方法有:
1、浇注法。浇注法是将配置好的泥浆注入模型,经烘干制成砖坯。但因所加水份多,砖坯强度低,搬运易破损,烘干时间长,切磨余料多;
2、挤泥法。挤泥法通常是将预制好的泥料在抽真空挤泥机中挤压成型,将砖坯烘干,切割制成制品。但烘干时间长,切磨余料多;
3、机压法。机压法是利用压砖机将砖坯料压制成砖坯,机压法的成孔材料一般为天然或人造的含孔材料,如漂珠、珍珠岩、蛭石、硅澡土以及人造空心球等。这些轻质骨料的加入,一是来源受到限制;二是砖体内组织构成不均匀,基质部分较为致密,砖体导热系数增大;三是加入漂珠则会将其受热崩失炸裂性带入到砖中,使漂珠砖的抗热震性能降低,而抗热震性能是隔热耐火砖的一个重要性能。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种原料来源广泛、不需烘干、切磨余料少、抗热震性能好的轻质隔热耐火砖的制备方法
为实现上述目的,本发明采用技术方案是:将50~80wt%的刚玉莫来石与5~30wt%的生粘土、0.5~3wt%的聚苯乙烯球、5~20wt%的有机烧失物混合,外加15~25wt%的水,混练后放入模具内,放下加压装置,启动振动装置进行振动,加压、振动时间为0.1~3min,然后取出自然干燥。
所述的有机烧失物为木屑、稻谷壳、焦炭粉中的一种、或两种、或三种的混合物;加压装置的压强为0.001~0.2Mpa。振动过程始终有恒定的压力。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明原料来源广泛,且因所加水分少而不需烘干,由于一次成型而无切磨余料或切磨余料少,添加的有机烧失物能保证气孔分布均匀,因而具有成本低、抗热震性能好的特点。
与已有的隔热耐火砖相比,本发明还具有以下优点:
1、导热系数低,尤其在高温状态下,导热系数相对较低,保温隔热性能好;
2、热震稳定性好,在使用温度范围内,砖不变形,不剥落;
3、根据用途不同,选用合理的机械强度,使轻质砖各项性能最佳;
4、较高的荷重软化温度和较小的重烧线变化率,与类似材质的轻质隔热耐火砖相比较,使用温度更高,寿命更长,更安全;
5、生产周期短,产能大,及时满足客户需求。
本发明在具备以上优点和特点的同时,其应用领域也更加广泛。除传统意义上用作隔热保温层外,还可直接用于加热炉等多种工业炉的工作衬,炉顶,可大幅度提高工业炉保温效果,减少能耗,降低工业炉的炉体重量,改变炉体结构,为窑炉设计提供更多的选择。

五、具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述。
一种刚玉莫来石质轻质隔热耐火砖的制备方法,其具体实施方式是:
将55~80wt%的刚玉莫来石、5~20wt%的生粘土、1.5~3wt%的聚苯乙烯球和5~15wt%的木屑、稻谷壳、焦炭粉以任意重量百分含量混合后加水混练,加水重量为上述混合料重量的15~22%。
将混练后的混合料放入置于如图1所示的托板3上的模具2内,再放下加压装置1加压,加压装置的压强为0.01~0.018Mpa,加压的同时启动托板3下的振动装置4进行振动,加压、振动时间为0.1~2min,振动过程始终有恒定的压力。然后提起模具2,移走托板3,自然干燥。
经检测,干燥后的刚玉莫来石质轻质隔热耐火砖系列理化指标如表1所示。

Claims (4)

1.一种轻质隔热耐火砖的制备方法,其特征在于将50~80wt%的刚玉莫来石与5~30wt%的生粘土、0.5~3wt%的聚苯乙烯球、5~20wt%的有机烧失物混合,外加15~25wt%的水,混练后放入模具[2]内,放下加压装置[1],启动振动装置[4]进行振动,加压、振动时间为0.1~3min,然后取出自然干燥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质隔热耐火砖的制备方法,其特征在于所述的有机烧失物为木屑、稻谷壳、焦炭粉中的一种、或两种、或三种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轻质隔热耐火砖的制备方法,其特征在于所述的加压装置的压强为0.001~0.2Mpa。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轻质隔热耐火砖的制备方法,其特征在于所述的振动过程始终有恒定的压力。
