Abstract

本发明涉及一种清除固化的粘结剂和涂层的新颖溶剂结构组成。它解决了只能使交链的聚合物膨胀以及必须用机械力去除粘结剂的问题。这种新颖的溶剂能够很快地溶化紫外线固化的交链聚合物,同时清洗基底。

Description

溶解固化的粘结剂的溶剂
技术领域
概括地说,本发明涉及一种新的化学配方,具体地说,本发明涉及一种用以清除构件上固化的粘结剂和涂层溶剂,这些粘结剂和涂层包括紫外线(UV)巯基酯改性的丙烯酸酯、UV丙烯酸酯、酸固化和热塑料;构件则包括电子产品的回收再用元件;这种溶剂可用以回收再用硬盘驱动器的磁头弹簧片组件的有线和无线型悬臂件。
背景技术
在磁头弹簧片组件(HGA)制造过程中,如图4中所示的那样,通常采用粘结剂粘合磁头滑块和悬臂件。例如,日本专利申请No.9-347678中公开了一种采用各向异性导电粘结剂等的方法,用以将磁头滑块固定地粘合到悬臂件上,使磁性滑块与悬臂件电连接。当必须对悬臂件或磁头滑块进行回收再用处理时,需要清除粘结剂。然而,先有技术的溶剂只能使粘结剂膨胀,然后再用机械力将之完全去除。由于悬臂件很精密,且又很软,回收再用率很低。
发明内容
因此,开发了本发明的新颖溶剂,以克服这些问题。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种不损坏零件上的轨迹就能完全去除零件上的粘结剂的溶剂。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种采用这种溶剂完全去除粘结剂的方法。
在本发明的一个方面中,一种用以去除电子产品回收再用的元件上固化的粘结剂和涂层的溶剂包括大约50Vt%体积的饱和的羟基乙醇钠溶液,大约50Vt%的丙酮和少量表面活性剂。
在本发明的另一个方面中,一种用溶剂去除电子产品回收再用的元件上固化的粘结剂的方法,包括:
将50Vt%的饱和羟基乙醇钠溶液、50Vt%的丙酮,以及少量表面活性剂一起充分混和,使它们形成均匀混和的溶液;
将需要去掉固化的粘结剂的元件完全浸入所述混和溶液,以清除所述元件上的所述粘结剂;以及
在水中清洗所述元件。
根据本发明的溶剂通过将构件浸入包括这种溶剂的溶液内就能很快地溶解构件上固化的交链粘结剂和涂层,清洗基底和防止基底褪色,使得这些过程非常紧凑和简单,而回收再用率则从大约50%增长至大约80%(以悬臂件计)。
而且,根据本发明的溶剂或包括这种溶剂的溶液对环境没有副作用。
本发明的其它目的,特征和优点从参照附图有关本发明实施例的详细描述中就会变得更加清楚。

具体实施方式
参阅图1和图2,图1示出了一种磁头弹簧片组件,图2则示出了带有要清除的粘结剂的磁头弹簧片组件。如图1和图2中所示,分别用标号1表示弹簧片,2表示磁头滑块,3则表示固化的粘结剂。
在本发明中,碱和溶剂对固化和粘结剂具有不同作用。溶剂能使固化的粘结剂膨胀,碱则能使固化的粘结剂分解和溶化。溶剂使粘结剂膨胀,有助于碱渗入固化的粘结剂,碱则使表面的粘结剂分解和溶化,有助于溶剂使较底层的固化粘结剂膨胀。它们两者互相配合而起作用。
本发明的溶剂的组成如下:
化学成分                含量(Vt%)
饱和的羟基乙醇钠溶液    约50%
丙酮                    约50%
表面活性剂              少量
溶剂的这些组分均匀地混和在一起,使它们形成形成一种混合溶液。在制造HGA过程中,需要清除固化的粘结剂的构件浸入这种混合溶液5-20分钟,以清除构件上的粘结剂,然后用水清洗这些构件。
图3示出了浸入溶液后清除了粘结剂的磁头滑块和悬臂件。
图4是根据本发明的HGA的剖视图。
如图4中所示,与图1和图2相同的标号表示相同的元件。
对于本领域的技术人员来说根据本申请所公开的教导是可以作各种改型的,只要不脱离所附的权利要求书中所限定的本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种用以清除电子产品回收再用的元件上固化的粘结剂和涂层的溶剂,包括50Vt%的饱和羟基乙醇钠溶液,50Vt%的丙酮以及少量表面活性剂。
2.一种用溶剂去除电子产品回收再用的元件上固化的粘结剂的方法,包括:
将50Vt%的饱和羟基乙醇钠溶液、50Vt%的丙酮,以及少量表面活性剂一起充分混和,使它们形成均匀混和的溶液;
将需要去掉固化的粘结剂的元件完全浸入所述混和溶液,以清除所述元件上的所述粘结剂;以及
在水中清洗所述元件。
3.根据权利要求2的方法,其特征在于,在所述将元件浸入所述混和溶液的步骤中,将所述元件浸入所述混合溶液中5-20分钟。
