Abstract
本发明涉及一种去除包含在饮料或蔬菜制品中的、不需要的亲油性杂质和/或残留物的方法,其特征在于:第一步,所说的饮料或所说的蔬菜制品和一种亲油相混合,使需要去除的杂质和/或残留物溶解在这种亲油相中并且在其中近似定量地浓缩,第二步,此时含有杂质和/或残留物的亲油相从相应的饮料或相应的蔬菜制品中分离出来,并且,第三步,获得用这种方法提纯的饮料或提纯的蔬菜制品。
Description
本发明涉及一种去除包含在饮料或蔬菜制品中的、不需要的亲油性杂质和/或残留物的方法。
将有机亲油性化合物作为植物保护用品、害虫抑制化合物和农药使用已有十年的历史。
其中一些这种高活性的毒性物质降解时在植物的亲油部位积累下来后具有不希望的特性,或者降解不足或者根本没有降解。
众所周知,植物保护化合物五氯硝基苯降解后转化形成的降解产物为五氯苯胺、五氯甲氧基苯和五氯苯。
这些降解产物也是有毒的。
因此,所说的降解不足或根本没有降解的高活性毒性化合物,在土壤、水和人体或动物体内积累下来,并产生相应的副作用。于是,整个食物链都被污染,而食物链的末端是人类。
正是由于这些原因,某些活性化合物如DDT和林丹,都被强烈限制或禁止使用。
超临界二氧化碳(CO2)能去除这些不希望有的高活性毒性物质,但其使用起来却受到一定程度的限制,参见例子EP PS 0 382 116B1。
受污染的水可以用活性炭来纯化。
但这个纯化过程非常昂贵而且没有选择性。
亲油性杂质,尤其是上述类型的亲油性有毒物质可以用卤代烃除掉,例如用二氯甲烷、氯仿、四氯化碳,或者用包括5至7个碳原子的烷烃去除,例如用石油醚、己烷。
但是,用来去除所说类型的亲油性有毒物质的这些物质本身就有毒、对环境有危害并且在某种程度上极易爆炸。由此,使用这些物质会带来较高的危险性。
由于人们没有考虑到以上所说的情况,所以为了在使用这些有毒化合物时不再进一步污染食物链,制定了各种国家和国际法律及实施细则规定有毒物质的最大用量。
本发明的目的是提供一种方法,该方法可以近似定量地并选择性地从饮料或蔬菜制品中去除这些高活性毒性化合物。
该方法还比较经济而且在实施中简单安全。
该方法中不使用有毒的和/或易燃的试剂。
该方法不会对环境造成不良影响。
该方法使用有毒物质的最大量至少符合国家或国际法律及实施细则所规定的用量,优选的用量明显低于规定的用量。
本发明的方法正好符合上述目的。
本发明的方法用来去除包含在饮料或蔬菜制品中的、不需要的亲油性杂质和/或残留物,其特征在于
-第一步,所说的饮料或所说的蔬菜制品和一种亲油相混合,使需要去除的杂质和/或残留物溶解在这种亲油相中并且在其中近似定量地浓缩,
-第二步,此时含有杂质和/或残留物的亲油相从相应的饮料或相应的蔬菜制品中分离出来,以及
-第三步,获得用这种方法提纯的饮料或提纯的蔬菜制品。
本发明的从属权利要求限定了优选的实施方案。
在上面所述的方法中不需要的亲油性杂质和/或残留物是指农药、植物防护用品、害虫抑制剂,特别是指杀菌剂、杀虫剂、杀螨剂、杀线虫剂、除草剂或对环境有毒的物质,例如多卤化的尤其是多氯化的联苯、二羟基喹啉;或有机溶剂如苯、氯仿、四氯化碳;或合成残留物如烷基卤、卤化芳香化合物和杂原子芳香化合物例如氯吡啶;还包括这些物质的任何混合物。

优选的是上面方法中所说的亲油相来自于动物、植物、无机源或有机源,特别是那些无毒、不易燃、不易爆且不易挥发的物质,亲油相选自:
-脂肪,如可可脂、椰子脂;
-油脂,如中性油、向日葵油、分馏椰子油例如miglyol;
-蜡脂,如硬脂精、yoyoba油、蜂蜡、鲸蜡、巴西棕榈蜡;
-石蜡,包括凡士林;
-类脂;及
甾醇,
以上所指的所有这些化合物,或者以简单化合物形式或者以混合物形式存在,优选的化合物满足“Deutshes Arzneibuch,DAB”的要求/规定,或者满足大英药典,BP;或根据美国食品化学药集,FCC的要求/规定,或者这些化合物必须分别符合这些要求/规定。
特别优选的是,所说方法的第一步,组分的混合是在位于各个混合物的凝点和沸点之间的温度下实现的,优选的温度范围是从室温到70℃。
特别优选的是,所说方法的第一步,组分要经过约1小时的时间才混合在一起,特别是要经过摇动或搅拌。
特别优选的是,所说的第二步,其中分离过程通过以下方法实现的,即通过两个液相的分离方法或者通过液相与固相的分离方法。
特别优选的是,所说的第二步两个液相的分离过程是通过薄膜-分离的方法实现的,其中薄膜微孔大小从0.001-1.0微米,优选0.1-0.3微米;特别选择玻璃-、金属-、陶瓷-和合成的薄膜,例如用聚丙烯或特氟隆生产的薄膜。
特别优选的是,第二步中所说的被分离的含有杂质和/或残留物的亲油相物质,用水蒸气蒸馏,得到含有亲油性、蒸汽中挥发性嗅觉成分和/或味觉成分的馏出液,馏出液直接地或者先除去水分再和第三步结束时得到的提纯饮料或第三步结束时得到的提纯蔬菜制品混合。
特别优选的是,所说的含有生物碱的蔬菜制品在第一步处理前加入一种生理学可接受的酸,例如抗坏血酸、柠檬酸、醋酸、酸的加入量能使其得到的PH值足以让生物碱以盐的形式存在。
以下将更详细地解释本发明方法。
其中如从属权利要求限定的实施方案一般就不再重复了。
本发明方法中第二步的任务是分离两个物相。
其中所分离的物相或者是两个液相或者是一个固相和一个液相。
当两个液相互相分离时,优选通过膜技术的方法实现这个过程。
其中的薄膜优选管状薄膜,即通称为“错流”-薄膜。
因此所用薄膜优选是预先调湿的。
当分离得到的滤液是亲水相而亲油相是滞留物时,下一步在室温下用亲水溶剂尤其用水,或用溶剂的亲水混合液如85%体积水与15%体积乙醇混合液调整薄膜,时间为几分钟,例如5至20分钟,尤其为10分钟。
原则上还可以用亲水相本身调整薄膜。
当分离得到的亲油相是滤液而亲水相是滞留物时,下一步与以上提到的情况相似,薄膜用亲油性溶剂或溶剂混合物或者用亲油相本身来调整。
优选的情况是得到的滤液为亲水相。
薄膜经调整后,将要分离的混合物,例如9份亲水性产物和1份亲油相的混合物,进行如上所述的连续膜分离,分离的时间长到产生所需数量的滤液形式的提纯亲水产物。
当液体相和固体相相互分离时,通过常规技术便可以实现这个过程。
这种情况的优选亲油相是可可脂。
其中熔化状态的可可脂搅拌加入至欲提纯的亲水产物中,其中所说亲水相的优选温度约为50℃。
该混合物在约50℃温度下搅拌约1小时。
然后将该混合物冷却至室温或冷却至5℃到10℃范围的温度,特别是8℃。
在该温度下可可脂冷凝成固体并且可以从提纯的亲水产物中分离出来。
在本发明方法的提取过程中,亲水相和亲油相优选的状态都是聚集的液体状态。
以下是用来阐述本发明的实施例。
实施例1
400g的人参抽提液(如:根精髓浓缩液)中加入800g蒸馏水混合并搅拌升温至50℃。
达到此温度后搅拌加入40g熔化状态的可可脂,混合物继续在50℃下搅拌1小时。
然后混合物在8℃下贮存两天。
然后混合物表面出现固体块,这个固体块中含有可可脂和杂质,去除并处理掉这个固体块。
剩余部分是液态抽提溶液,用折纸漏斗过滤该液体。
得到的滤液在最高50℃下真空浓缩至开始时的重量,即400g。
表1呈列了如此得到的产品其农药的含量值。
实施例2
1000g的人参抽提液(如:根精髓浓缩液)中加入4000g蒸馏水混合并搅拌升温至50℃。
达到此温度后搅拌加入100g熔化状态的可可脂,混合物继续在50℃下搅拌1小时。
然后混合物冷却至30℃并且用超滤设备中错流方法过滤此混合物2小时。
错流-设备的薄膜(聚丙烯-管单元)预先用蒸馏水调整10分钟,调整温度为30℃至42℃。
过滤得到的滤液在最高50℃下真空浓缩至开始时的重量,即1000g。
表1呈列了如此得到的产品其农药的含量值。
实施例3
500g的人参抽提液(如:根精髓浓缩液)中加入2000g蒸馏水混合并在50℃下搅拌15分钟。
然后加入50g的miglyol812,混合物在50℃下再搅拌1个小时。
室温下混合物静置过夜。
然后用超滤设备中错流方法过滤此混合物1小时。
错流设备的薄膜(聚丙烯-管单元)预先用蒸馏水室温下调整10分钟。
过滤得到的滤液在最高50℃下真空浓缩至开始时的重量,即500g。
表1呈列了如此得到的产品其农药的含量值。

Claims (17)
1.一种去除包含在饮料或蔬菜制品中的、不需要的亲油性杂质和/或残留物的方法,其中所说的饮料是指饮用水、佐餐水、矿泉水、葡萄酒、啤酒、果汁、茶或柠檬水,所说的蔬菜制品是指浸渍品、灌注品、流体、浓缩抽提液、干燥抽提液、点滴溶液、汁、补剂、注射制剂,其特征在于:
-第一步,将所说的饮料或所说的蔬菜制品和一种亲油相混合,使需要去除的杂质和/或残留物溶解在这种亲油相中并且在其中近似定量地浓缩,所说的亲油相是选自以下的无毒、不易燃、不易爆且不易挥发的物质:脂肪、油脂、蜡脂、石蜡、类脂及甾醇,
-第二步,此时含有杂质和/或残留物的亲油相从相应的饮料或相应的蔬菜制品中分离出来,以及
-第三步,获得用这种方法提纯的饮料或提纯的蔬菜制品。
其中所说的不需要的亲油性杂质和/或残留物是卤化芳香化合物、杂原子芳香化合物或者它们的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于所说的不需要的亲油性杂质和/或残留物选自:
α-六氯化苯,
β-六氯化苯,
γ-六氯化苯,
δ-六氯化苯
五氯硝基苯以及它的降解产物,包括五氯苯胺、五氯甲氧基苯、五氯苯。
3.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于所说的亲油相选自以下化合物:
-可可脂、椰子脂;
-中性油、向日葵油、分馏椰子油;
-硬脂精、yoyoba油、蜂蜡、鲸蜡、巴西棕榈蜡;
-凡士林。
4.根据权利要求3的方法,其中所述分馏椰子油为miglyol。
5.根据权利要求3的方法,其中所述的全部化合物或者以简单化合物形式或者以混合物形式,满足“Deutshes Arzneibuch,DAB”的要求/规定,或者满足大英药典,BP;或根据美国食品化学药集,FCC的要求/规定,或者这些化合物必须分别符合这些要求/规定。
6.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于所说方法的第一步,组分的混合是在位于各个混合物的凝点和沸点之间的温度下实现的。
7.根据权利要求6的方法,其特征在于所说方法的第一步,组分的混合是在从室温到70℃之间的温度下实现的。
8.根据权利要求6的方法,其特征在于所说方法的第一步,组分要经过约1小时的时间才混合在一起。
9.根据权利要求8的方法,其中所述的组分经过摇动或搅拌才混合在一起。
10.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于所说的第二步,其中分离过程通过以下方法实现的,即通过两个液相的分离方法或者通过液相与固相的分离方法。
11.根据权利要求10的方法,其特征在于所说的第二步两个液相的分离过程是通过薄膜-分离的方法实现的,其中薄膜微孔大小为0.001-1.0微米。
12.根据权利要求11的方法,其中所述薄膜微孔大小为0.1-0.3微米。
13.根据权利要求12的方法,其中所述薄膜选自玻璃-、金属-、陶瓷-和合成的薄膜。
14.根据权利要求13的方法,其中所述薄膜为用聚丙烯或特氟隆生产的薄膜。
15.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于第二步中所说的被分离的含有杂质和/或残留物的亲油相物质,用水蒸气蒸馏,得到含有亲油性、蒸汽中挥发性嗅觉成分和/或味觉成分的馏出液,馏出液直接地或者先除去水分再和第三步结束时得到的提纯饮料或第三步结束时得到的提纯蔬菜制品混合。
16.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于对于含有生物碱的蔬菜制品在第一步处理前加入一种生理学可接受的酸,酸的加入量能使其得到的pH值足以让生物碱以盐的形式存在。
17.根据权利要求16的方法,其中所述的酸为抗坏血酸、柠檬酸或醋酸。
