Abstract

本发明涉及一种液晶板用位置可变式连接结构。其根据导槽的位置变化使围住液晶板的顶框的导槽的位置变化而组装。导槽形成在围住液晶板的顶框的侧面长度方向上。托架沿着导槽可移动位置被连接到上述顶框上。采用螺钉将外部组件连接用挡板和顶框连接。

液晶板用位置可变式连接结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液晶板用位置可变式连接结构,尤其涉及一种根据外部组件导槽的位置变化使围住液晶板的顶框的导槽变化而组装成的位置可变式连接结构。
背景技术
液晶显示装置由于与CRT不同,不是自身发光的元件,所以,为了在液晶面的背面呈现出视觉上的图象必须使用光源。作为这样的液晶显示元件的光源,目前利用采用荧光灯(CCFL)的背光元件。上述背光元件中,由作为光源的荧光灯所发出的光通过导光板(LGP)传播,并在液晶元件的正下方液晶元件面上成象。为了在导光板高效传播荧光灯的光而使用灯反射体,上述荧光灯和灯反射体一体成型被组装成背光元件。
图1为现有液晶板102和外部组件的组装示意图。
图2为表示现有液晶板102和外部组件的组装形态剖面图。
在上述背光元件的上面,设置液晶板102,然后在外部组装用于保护各零件的金属材料制成的顶框104。在上述顶框104的侧面形成导槽106,由穿过外部组件连接用挡板108的孔110,利用贯通导槽106的螺钉112,将上述顶框104与外部组件连接用挡板108组装连接。
由于在上述顶框104上所形成的导槽106中必须与外部组件的孔、即外部组件连接用挡板108的孔110一致,所以如果变更外部组件系统的孔的话,顶框104的导槽106也必须变更。基于上述理由,现在还没有作为一种顶框可以对应于多种外部组件系统,所以需要开发一种新型的顶框。
发明所要解决的技术问题
因此,本发明是为解决上述现有技术的诸多问题点而提出的,其目的是提供一种根据外部组件导槽的位置变化,可以改变围住液晶板的顶框的导槽的位置而组装的液晶板用位置可变式连接结构。
发明内容
为了达到上述目的,本发明由下列部件构成:围住液晶板的顶框;在该顶框的侧面在长度方向上所形成的导槽;沿着该导槽可移动位置被连接到上述顶框上的托架;形成有与导槽对应的孔的外部组件连接用挡板;穿过该外部组件连接用挡板的孔与托架连接并连接外部组件连接用挡板和顶框的连接部件。
上述连接部件包括螺钉。
上述托架含有:主体;在主体中央所形成的贯通孔;将从主体面突出形成的贯通孔围住的连接螺钉用螺孔台;从上述主体一端延长并围住上述顶框的一角的凸缘。
上述本发明目的以及其它的特征及优点等通过下面参照对应本发明优选实施例作出的说明将更加明确。

具体实施方式
下面,基于附图对本发明优选实施例进行更详细说明。
图3表示根据本发明实施例的液晶板用位置可变式安装托架结构立体图。图4为图3示出的顶框侧面图。图5为图3示出的液晶板与外部组件组装形态剖面图。
根据本发明实施例的液晶板用位置可变式安装托架结构含有顶框301、导槽302、托架304、与外部组件连接用挡板305和作为连接部件的螺钉306。
顶框301围住液晶板300边缘以保护液晶板防止外部冲击。导槽302形成在围住液晶板300的顶框301的侧面长度方向上。
托架304沿着上述导槽302,可移动位置被连接在上述顶框301上。
图6为图3示出的连接螺钉用托架放大立体图。图7为图6示出的螺钉连接用托架平面图。图8为图6示出连接螺钉用托架侧面图。图9为图6示出连接螺钉用托架背面图。
上述托架304含有主体308、在主体308中央所形成的贯通孔311、将从主体308面突出形成的贯通孔311围住的螺钉连接用螺孔台310、从主体308一端延长并围住上述顶框301的一角的凸缘312。
螺钉306将上述顶框301与外部组件连接用挡板305连接。
以下对根据本发明实施例位置可变式托架结构的液晶板和外部组件的连接操作进行说明。
上述螺钉306通过连接用挡板108,在托架304的连接螺钉用螺孔台310的中央部分与所形成的贯通孔311连接,这样,上述顶框301和外部组件连接用挡板305连接,上述液晶板300与外部组件也由此被连接。
此时,托架304可在顶框301上沿着所形成的导槽302左右位置移动。
以上已对本发明特定优选实施例作出了说明,本发明并没有被限定在上述的实施例中,其可适用于侧面安装式液晶板和正面安装式液晶板的托架组装及位置改变,在不超出本发明内容宗旨的前提下,本发明技术领域的普通技术人员都可对本发明作出各种变形。
发明效果
因此,本发明由提供了一种可主动对应外部组件导槽变更的液晶板顶框组装结构而具有可与多种外部组件组装连接的优点。

Claims (2)

1、一种液晶板用位置可变式连接结构,其特征在于,包括:
围住液晶板的顶框、
在该顶框的侧面在长度方向上所形成的导槽、
沿着该导槽可移动位置被连接到上述顶框上的托架、
形成与导槽对应的孔的外部组件连接用挡板、
以及通过该外部组件连接用挡板的孔与托架连接并将外部组件连接用挡板和顶框连接的连接部件,
上述托架含有:主体;在主体中央所形成的贯通孔;将从主体面突出形成的贯通孔围住的螺钉连接用螺孔台;从上述主体一端延长并围住上述顶框的一角的凸缘。
2、如权利要求1所述液晶板用位置可变式连接结构,其特征在于:
