Abstract

技术领域
本发明的目的在于一种部件,该部件能应用于给水设备的阀芯(cartridge),用于接收一个旋转操作件,以便尽可能多地促进组成阀芯的部件的结构统一。
背景技术
给水设备阀芯的设计者面对的一个问题是,购买者(一般为水龙头生产公司)往往把他们自己生产或设计的一些操作件(如手柄、把手、长或短的杠杆等等)应用于阀芯的控制杆上。为了与阀芯的控制杆连接,这些操作件带有不统一装置因此具有多种不同直径和外形,并且必须联接到不同的阀芯的控制杆上,其与阀芯本体也不同。这使阀芯的设计者通过适用于不同操作件的多种模型,来生产购买者所需的每种类型的阀芯。因此,这些阀芯的控制杆又必须制成多种形状,同时阀芯的多个其它部分能在结构上统一。然而,根据现有技术的现状,阀芯的控制杆仅被制成一件并且带有一个内部旋转件,该配件具有或多或少的组合结构,并因此由控制杆和内部旋转件组成的整个组件必须以不同形状制造,因而产生大量工作。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于,为给水设备阀芯的经济生产提供合理支持,由此可能减少上述大部分的工作。本发明的另一个目的在于使控制杆能够插入阀芯中,该控制杆除将运动从一个操作件传递到一个内部可动配件的操作之外还能进行其它操作,而不需要修改阀芯的其它部分。
本发明的主要目的是这样实现的:用于给水设备的阀芯,其用于接收一个旋转操作件,以促进尽可能多数量的构成阀芯的部件的结构统一,其中:阀芯的内部旋转件本身没有控制杆;阀芯的控制杆与内部旋转件分开制成;阀芯的内部旋转件具有联接装置;阀芯的控制杆具有一个内部联接装置,该内部联接装置与内部旋转件所提供联接装置互补,以及一个外部联接装置,该外部联接装置用于满足为阀芯准备的操作件的需要;其中,该内部旋转件所提供联接装置和/或控制杆所提供内部联接装置是由一金属插入件构成;在控制杆内部,有一个借助于一个螺纹部分能放置在阀芯可动堵塞板的单一通道前面的可调节轴向位置中的柱塞,以调节能从设备导出的最大水流速值。
换言之,本发明阀芯的内部旋转件其本身中没有任何控制杆,而是代之以一个联接装置,并且阀芯的控制杆与内部旋转件分开制造,并且带有一个内部联接装置,其是对内部旋转件所提供的联接装置的补充、以及一个外部联接装置,其可满足为阀芯准备的一个操作件的需要。
最好,旋转件和控制杆的所述联接装置由几个部分组成,这些部分不具有完全圆形的截面,特别是具有由凸纹、凹部或镶边断开的下凹或棱形截面或圆形截面,在它们相互接合情况下,把旋转运动从控制杆传递到内部旋转件中时。
这样,某些类型的阀芯旋转件也能像该阀芯的其它多个零件一样进行统一,并且能具有一个统一的联接装置,同时通过制造差异化(differentiated)的零件以满足购买者各种需要提供不同控制杆的要求,这些零件仅包括控制杆,其带有所有统一装置以联接到旋转件上,而其不同仅在于形状和外部尺寸的特性上,以对应于为阀芯准备的操作件所要求的这些特性。这导致主要生产成本的大大降低,该成本是由于阀芯完全统一的不可能性而造成的。
有利的是,阀芯的控制杆布置成在进行阀芯的装配期间从内向外插入在旋转件中,并且在其联接到旋转件上之后,借助于诸如插入在控制杆外部中的弹性环之类的固定件,将其固定在其轴向位置中。
本发明能用在其操作件仅经受旋转运动的所有种类的给水设备中,因此,它能用在简单的水龙头、旋塞阀、恒温混合器、连续混合水龙头、偏转装置(deviation device)、以及水龙头控制器中等等。

具体实施方式
图1所示的给水设备是基于相同发明者以前专利的连续混合水龙头。它包括一个本体1,在该本体中形成有热和冷水进口(在图中只有其中一个是可见的)和用于排出混合水的通道。本体1装有一个盖2,放置成可在其内部空腔中安装有由两个互补零件3和4组成的阀芯本体。在阀芯本体3-4内,有一个固定堵塞板5(在这种情况下与阀芯本体的零件4成为一体)、和一个与旋转件7成为一体的可动堵塞板6。旋转件7与控制杆8延伸成一体,控制杆8从阀芯本体3-4和给水设备的盖2突出,以接收一个借助于联接装置10连接到控制杆8上的手柄件(在这种情况下为杠杆9)。
另外,在这种情况下,控制杆8在内部包含一个柱塞11,柱塞11借助于一个螺纹部分12放置在可动堵塞板6中央排出通道前面的轴向可调节位置,以便调节能从设备排出的水的最大流量。
本发明的申请不涉及这种阀芯结构的多个零件及其操作,因此没有做详细描述。
由于类似给水设备的不同生产者可能要求使用操作杠杆9或其它的操作件,如同其中联接装置10的特性是不同的,阀芯3-12必须安装有不同的联接装置10,换句话说,安装有不同的控制杆8。这需要生产由控制杆8和内部旋转件7组成的不同形状的整体组合体,这又会花费如上所描述的大量设计和制造工作。
如图2中所示,根据本发明较佳的阀芯带有一个由两个互补零件3和4组成的本体,该本体内容置有一块固定堵塞板5和一块可动堵塞板6。后者与一个旋转件17成为一体。与现有技术的状态及图1所示的相反,这个旋转件17本身不设有控制杆,而是代之以一个联接装置16,联接装置16可包括一个凹下或棱形区域,或也可包括一个带有修改圆形截面的凸纹、凹部或镶边的区域,以便使它适于传递转动。这个联接装置可仅仅由旋转件17的结构构成,也可由一个作用于旋转件17的金属插入件构成。特别有利的是,金属插入件是在制造塑料材质的旋转件17中共同模制成形。
同样,控制杆18可与可动配件17分开制成,并且在阀芯装配期间能从内到外装入到可动配件17中,并且它带有内部联接装置16,用于接收一个操作件,内部联接装置16与由可动配件17和外部联接装置10特征化的那些部件互补。在图中,可动配件17和销18的联接件表示成联接在一起,因此他们不能相互区分,且标有相同的标号16。控制杆18的内部联接装置16也能由控制杆18构组,视情况而定,并且如果控制杆18本身不是金属,也可由一个金属插入件制成。
另外,控制杆18在其外表面带有一个适于接收一个弹性环15或一些其它适当固定件的环形座,这将轴向固定其相对于可动配件17的位置,同时在这两个零件之间旋转一致性由相互接合的联接装置16来保证。因此,一旦阀芯装配好,控制杆18就以与旋转件17整体制成的方式动作。但如能看到的那样,销18并且只有它能以不同的形状和尺寸使用,从而使外部联接装置10适于接收一个具有不同结构的相应操作件,同时带有联接装置16的旋转设备17成为能结构统一的阀芯部件之一。
在联接装置16本身构造成能够保证旋转件17和控制杆18之间轴向一致性的情况下,所述弹性环15可以没有。当构成联接装置16的金属插入件在旋转件17中共同模制成型时,这能以一种特别有效的方式实现。
根据图2,控制杆18内部包含一个柱塞11,柱塞11借助于一个螺纹部分12放置在可动堵塞板6中排水通道的前面的轴向可调节位置中,以便调节能从设备导出的最大流量值。这样,控制杆18也具有一个与传递运动不同的功能。因此,根据图2的阀芯实现与包括在根据图1的连续水龙头中的阀芯相同的功能。
限制能流出的水的最大量的功能不总是需要,因此,对于图2中所示类型的阀芯,根据图3和4可布置控制杆18′和18″,其结构除要满足外部联接装置10′和10″之外(如图3和4中所示),还有满足由操作件产生的各式各样的要求,即阀芯所要求的更简单及更经济的组成特点。
如我们能看到的那样,本发明的使用使得下述情形成为可能:在生产用于各类给水设备的阀芯的同时,实现比现有技术可能的统一更大的统一,由此,可降低生产成本;即使在控制杆具有特殊功能的情况下,也能保持这种统一。
必须理解,本发明不限于作为例子所描述和说明的实施方案。类似的修改没有超出在本领域技术人员达到的范围,例如,关于内部联接装置16和控制杆18的轴向固定的结构和构造,这可以借助于与弹性环15不同的装置得到,并且有可能由内部联接装置16本身保证;以及关于分配给控制杆的可能辅助功能。还必须理解的是,由旋转件17控制的阀芯的内部操作结构能具有与例子所示的种类不同的各种类型,与本发明应用的没有任何直接关系。
可对所描述和说明的主题进行这些和其它改进并可借助于技术等效物的进行代替,而不脱离本发明的范围和本专利的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于给水设备的阀芯,其用于接收一个旋转操作件,以促进尽可能多数量的构成阀芯的部件的结构统一,其中:
-阀芯的内部旋转件(17)本身没有控制杆;
-阀芯的控制杆(18)与内部旋转件(17)分开制成;
-阀芯的内部旋转件(17)具有联接装置(16);
-阀芯的控制杆(18)具有一个内部联接装置(16),该内部联接装置(16)与内部旋转件(17)所提供联接装置(16)互补,以及一个外部联接装置(10),该外部联接装置(10)用于满足为阀芯准备的操作件的需要;
-其中,该内部旋转件(17)所提供联接装置(16)和/或控制杆(18)所提供内部联接装置是由一金属插入件(16)构成;
-其特征在于,在控制杆内部(18),有一个借助于一个螺纹部分能放置在阀芯可动堵塞板的单一通道前面的可调节轴向位置中的柱塞(11),以调节能从设备导出的最大水流速值。
