[背景技术]
目前世界上特别是中国,水上码头、栈桥、浮台、渡桥,大都使用固定式,采用的原材料基本上都是钢筋水泥和钢铁。以上设计和原材料的缺陷是:无机动性或机动性差,成本高、外形不美观、寿命短、对停靠船、艇损伤大,污染环境。以钢铁为原材料的自重大、使用寿命更短。
