Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于可轴向移动定位的深度限制器的固定装置,该深度限制器用于手持工具机如冲击钻机。
背景技术
通常,成杆状构成的深度限制器在手持工具机的壳体的或可与其连接的附加手柄的轴线平行于工具轴线的杆导向装置中可轴向移动地引导并且可经由可手工操作的定位装置进行定位。
手持工具机的深度限制器按照DE 3126245经由一带有一翼形螺钉的卡爪、按照DE 2918586经由一偏心杆、按照DE 10006042经由一弹簧滑板分别形锁合和摩擦力锁合地固定于壳体凸缘的、按照DE3509199手柄凸缘的杆导向装置中。包括杆导向装置的径向壳体凸缘或手柄凸缘必定径向越过工具紧固装置向外凸出,深度限制器经过它轴线平行地延伸。如果没有使用深度限制器的必要性并将其从导向装置中除去,但这样的始终保留的径向壳体凸缘或手柄凸缘在狭窄的空间范围内使用时是有妨碍的。这对于保留的配置的定位装置更是如此。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于深度限制器的固定装置而没有有妨碍的始终保留的壳体凸缘或手柄凸缘。
该目的基本上通过以下的特征来达到。
按本发明的用于手持工具机的深度限制器的固定装置,包括一杆导向装置和一定位装置,其特征在于,设有至少一个壳体固定凸耳和至少一个相对于该壳体固定凸耳轴向错位的凸缘固定凸耳,用于形锁合嵌入手持工具机的各对应的凹槽中。
基本上,用于将深度限制器的在手持工具机的壳体或附加手柄上的固定装置具有一杆导向装置、一定位装置、至少一个壳体固定凸耳和至少一个轴向错位的凸缘固定凸耳,后者可分别形锁合嵌入手持工具机的各对应的凹槽中。
借助于壳体固定凸耳和凸缘固定凸耳可将深度限制器的固定装置可拆式安装在壳体与一安装凸缘之间,其中壳体固定凸耳形锁合匹配地嵌入一对应的壳体凹槽中和凸缘固定凸耳形锁合匹配地嵌入一对应的凸缘凹槽中。用于安装的凸缘扁形表面和凹槽允许在不使用深度限制器时将手持工具机用于狭窄的空间范围,因为没有保留的径向壳体凸缘要求附加的自由空间。
有利的是,固定装置具有一径向安装表面,借此它可通过面接触摩擦力锁合固定,特别是通过利用一凸缘夹紧箍径向夹紧。
有利的是,径向安装表面构成为内圆柱表面,借此它可与圆柱形安装凸缘的圆柱外表面部分面接触。

用于在手持工具机4的壳体3上的深度限制器2的固定装置1具有一杆导向装置5、一构成为翼形螺钉的定位装置6、一构成为内圆柱表面的径向安装表面7、两在机侧轴向凸出的壳体固定凸耳8a、8b和一在工具侧轴向错位的径向向内凸出的凸缘固定凸耳9,这些凸耳分别构成可形锁合适合地嵌入手持工具机4或圆柱形安装凸缘11的凹槽10和10a中。两壳体固定凸耳8a、8b以两个对应的螺钉头穿孔12a、12b的间距X构成,该螺钉头穿孔用于手持工具机4的圆柱形安装凸缘11在壳体内的固定用的深安装的各螺钉16。凸缘固定凸耳9嵌入安装凸缘11的凹槽10a中而使固定装置1轴向固定,并且具有一径向内凹13,它可由一附加手柄15的凸缘夹紧箍14背面嵌接以径向固定固定装置1。
Claims (8)
1.用于手持工具机(4)的深度限制器(2)的固定装置(1),包括一杆导向装置(5)和一定位装置(6),其特征在于,设有至少一个壳体固定凸耳(8a、8b)和至少一个相对于该壳体固定凸耳轴向错位的凸缘固定凸耳(9),用于形锁合嵌入手持工具机(4)的各对应的凹槽(10、10a)中。
2.按照权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定装置(1)具有一径向安装表面。
3.按照权利要求2所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述径向安装表面(7)构成为内圆柱表面。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一项所述的固定装置,其特征在于,壳体固定凸耳(8a、8b)在机侧是轴向凸出的。
5.按照权利要求4所述的固定装置,其特征在于,构成有两个壳体固定凸耳(8a、8b),这两个壳体固定凸耳以两个对应的螺钉头穿孔(12a、12b)的间距(X)间隔开,该螺钉头穿孔用于圆柱形安装凸缘(11)在壳体内的固定用的深安装的各个螺钉(16)。
6.按照权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述轴向错位的凸缘固定凸耳(9)在工具侧是径向向内凸出的。
7.按照权利要求1或6所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述凸缘固定凸耳(9)具有一径向内凹(13)。
8.按照权利要求1至3之一项所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述定位装置(6)构成为翼形螺钉。
