Abstract
La presente divulgación se relaciona con un elemento de vía de fluido para generar nanoburbujas, y un integrador de la vía de fluido y un generador de nanoburbujas que utilizan el mismo. El elemento de la vía de fluido se puede configurar de manera que la longitud del perímetro de una sección transversal de una vía de fluido sea mayor que el área de la sección transversal de la vía de fluido, de manera de maximizar un área de fricción por volumen de fluido. Además, el elemento de la vía de fluido se puede configurar de manera que se forme continuamente una única vía de fluido a lo largo de varias decenas de metros o más, sin una junta. Además, el elemento de la vía de fluido se puede configurar con una alta densidad. Por consiguiente, el elemento de la vía de fluido puede tener una capacidad mejorada para generar las nanoburbujas. Un elemento de la vía de fluido configurado para generar nanoburbujas de acuerdo con algunas modalidades de la presente divulgación, incluye un cuerpo formado como un solo tubo flexible, en el que el cuerpo está configurado de tal manera que una o más paredes divisorias dividen un espacio de vía de fluido dentro de una vía de fluido, de modo de expandir un área de superficie y un área de fricción de un fluido, que se forman continuamente de manera integral a lo largo de una dirección de flujo del fluido, en donde el cuerpo está formado de un material blando de cualquiera de silicona, caucho y material de resina blanda para ser doblado y enrollado libremente, y en donde el cuerpo se fabrica mediante moldeo por extrusión, de modo que una o más paredes divisorias se formen continuamente en una dirección longitudinal del cuerpo.
