Abstract
Aparato y método correspondiente utilizado, en el ámbito del análisis médico, para determinar la velocidad de sedimentación de los eritrocitos, así como otros parámetros conexos, que comprende dicho aparato: un miembro de muestreo (11) para tomar la muestra de sangre que se va a analizar dispuesto en tubos de ensayo (22); - un tubo (12) dentro del cual se puede introducir la muestra de sangre, transparente a las radiaciones electromagnéticas en un campo comprendido entre 100 y 2000 nm; - un circuito (13) que conecta dicho miembro de muestreo (11) a dicho tubo (12) y dentro del cual circula la muestra de sangre; - una bomba (14) asociada a dicho circuito (13) y que coopera con los medios para crear una burbuja de aire entre dos muestras de sangre sucesivas; - un tubo de descarga (15) para descargar la muestra de sangre después del análisis; - un instrumento de medición que comprende un dispositivo emisor de radiación (16) asociado a un dispositivo detector de apareamiento (17), definiendo juntos una zona de medición; - una unidad de control y procesamiento (20) capaz de gestionar el funcionamiento de dicho aparato, y - una unidad de interfaz (18) por medio de la cual dichos dispositivos (16 y 17) se conectan a dicha unidad de control y procesamiento (20), en la que dicha bomba (14), con cada ciclo de medición, está configurada para tomar una cantidad de sangre en un rango de 30 microlitros a 180 microlitros, y en la que dicho instrumento de medición está configurado para realizar la medición en una cantidad igual a aproximadamente 1 microlitro final de dicha cantidad de muestra inicial, el aparato que comprende también medios (23) para hacer girar o inclinar los tubos de ensayo (22) antes de la toma de muestras para realizar ciclos de mezcla programados de la sangre contenida en los tubos de ensayo (22), en los que dicho miembro de la toma de muestras comprende medios (11, 11 a) para tomar la muestra de sangre de los tubos de ensayo (22) orientados ambos con el tapón
