Abstract
<p>La presente invención proporciona un método de conservar sustancialmente o preservar de otra forma la actividad biológica de un ARNbc, presente en un lisado celular, para silenciar de forma postranscripcional la expresión de un gen en un organismo diana, que comprende la etapa de añadir al lisado un compuesto que tiene la función de agente reticulante - proteico o de tipo amina -. La invención también comprende composiciones que comprenden el lisado que comprende ARNbc y agentes reticulantes proteicos, así como el uso de dichos agentes en el método.</p>
