Abstract
Método para aplicar un recubrimiento polimérico a un conductor aéreo, el método CARACTERIZADO porque comprende: rodear un conductor aéreo con una composición polimérica, en donde la composición polimérica es esencialmente libre de solvente; y enfriar Ia composición polimérica para formar una capa de recubrimiento polimérico que rodea al conductor aéreo; y en donde Ia capa de recubrimiento polimérico tiene un espesor de unos 10 micrones a unos 1.000 micrones y el conductor aéreo trabaja a una temperatura menor que Ia de un conductor aéreo desnudo cuando se lo prueba de acuerdo con ANSI C119.4; y en donde eI método es esencialmente continuo; y conductor aéreo recubierto.
