Claims (6)
- 송전시설의 부식방지 및 전력손실을 방지하는 기능을 보유한 기능성도료 조성물로서,주요수지인 유성의 아크릭우레탄수지 수지 100중량부를 기준으로 수성의 실리케이트(silicate) 수지 10 내지 20중량부, 보조수지 10내지40중량부, 안료 100내지250중량부, 및 첨가제 1-2 중량부를 포함하며상기 첨가제는 수계수지인 실리케이트 수지를 주수지인 아크릭우레탄수지에 혼합시에 사용하는 분산제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 송전시설의 부식방지 및 전력손실을 방지하는 기능을 보유한 기능성도료 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리케이트수지는 고상과 액상으로 되어 있으며 이중 고상의 함량은 실리케이트 수지 전체 함량의 20내지55wt% 범위인것을 특징으로 하는, 송전시설의 부식방지 및 전력손실을 방지하는 기능을 보유한 기능성도료 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보조수지는 실리콘수지인 것을 특징으로 하는, 송전시설의 부식방지 및 전력손실을 방지하는 기능을 보유한 기능성도료 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안료는 TiO2 40 내지 50중량부, Al2O3 30 내지 50중량부, 흑연(graphite) 20 내지 80중량부, 가교형 폴리스틸렌 10 내지 30중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 송전시설의 부식방지 및 전력손실을 방지하는 기능을 보유한 기능성도료 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 안료를 수지에 분산하는데 필요한 분산제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 송전시설의 부식방지 및 전력손실을 방지하는 기능을 보유한 기능성도료 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리케이트수지는 SiO2 / K2O 의 몰비율이 4.0~6.0인경우 실리케이트 수지는 고상과 액상으로 되어 있는데 이중 고상의 함량은 실리케이트 수지 전체 함량의 20~35wt%인 제품을 사용하며, 몰비율이 4.0 미만인 경우에는 물에 가용성의 하이드로 실리카겔을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 송전시설의 부식방지 및 전력손실을 방지하는 기능을 보유한 기능성도료 조성물
