Abstract
MÉTODO PARA USAR POTENCIA DE MICROONDAS CON OBJETO DE ACELERAR LA LIOFILIZACIÓN DE PRODUCTOS AGRÍCOLAS CON PIEL, QUE COMPRENDE: CONGELAR EL PRODUCTO; ROMPER LA PIEL DEL PRODUCTO; REDUCIR LA PRESIÓN AMBIENTAL ALREDEDOR DEL PRODUCTO ROTO Y CONGELADO HASTA ALCANZAR UN NIVEL QUE PERMITA LLEVAR A CABO EL PROCESO DE SUBLIMACIÓN; APLICAR UNA PRIMERA POTENCIA DE MICROONDAS AL PRODUCTO CON OBJETO DE ALCANZAR UNA DENSIDAD DE POTENCIA DE MICROONDAS INICIAL DE POR LO MENOS 30 W/KG; Y APLICAR UNA SEGUNDA POTENCIA DE MICROONDAS AL PRODUCTO CUANDO SU TEMPERATURA EXCEDA UN VALOR UMBRAL, DONDE LA SEGUNDA POTENCIA DE MICROONDAS ES MENOR QUE LA PRIMERA.
