Vaporisateui-.
Vaporisateui-. The present invention relates to a vaporizer comprising a container intended to contain the liquid to to vaporize and an elastic bulb serving to 'to force this liquid out. of the container when squeezed between your fingers.
According to this invention, the wedge-shaped container carries a tapered neck, a delivery tube starting from the bottom of the container and extending into the neck to its orifice, and a side tube to which the bulb is attached to. remains, this neck, this tube and this tubing being joined to the body of the receptacle without any discontinuity, that is to say that they are made in one piece with this body or joined to the latter by autogenous welding so as not to present any joint.
In addition, the pear has only one orifice through which it communicates with the interior of the container. It is therefore not provided with an aircomine re-entry valve, the pears of conventional vaporizers.
Under these conditions the construction is very simple and the use of the vaporizer is made simple and safe in the sense that it does not involve any disassembly, o-removal of wear and risk of leaks; however, the container can easily be filled. by aspiration of the liquid to through the neck after prior crushing of the pear.
- The accompanying drawing represents, by by way of example, an embodiment of a pocket vaporizer according to this invention.
Fig. 1 is an elevation with partial section; Fig. 2 is a horizontal section along the line A-A of FIG. 1.
1 designates the body of the receptacle, of flattened shape, comprising to its part. upper a tapered neck 4 and laterally a tube 2 on which is threaded the neck of the pear 3.
A inside the body 1 is placed the delivery tube 5, whose upper part is tapered and suitably curved to fit to roughly along the edge of the neck 4, and the lower part of which is swelled and welded to the bottom of the container. Near the base of this tube, an orifice 9 is made in its wall for the passage of the liquid to to be sprayed.
To make an apparatus of this kind, it is possible to use, on the one hand, a body or receptacle of the desired shape having an opening in its bottom, and on the other hand, a tube previously tapered and provided with the orifice. lateral 9 - we introduce the tube into the container at through said opening and we weld the base of the first to the bottom of the second so to close at the same. time the tube. If the parts to are made of glass, this welding is carried out by heat fusion, if they are metallic, any suitable means of autogenous welding can be used.
As it has been said previously, the rie pear has no valve of air intake. It remains à remains on the tubing 2 and is used for filling.
To facilitate filling, use a rubber tube 10, drawn in dotted lines, if necessary, which is engaged on the neck 4. The free end of this tube is immersed in the liquid to < / B> transfer while holding the crushed perch, then it is allowed to re-inflate under the influence of its elasticity, so that the resulting depression in the container forces the liquid to to penetrate < B> to through the tube and the collar.
When using the device to vaporize the liquid it contains, to each time you crush the pear, the air it contains is quickly forced into the container and creates a momentary pressure therein which forces the liquid to rise through through the tube 5, passing through Porifice 9; on its exit from the tube 5, the liquid jet is sprayed by the air jet exiting through the neck 4.
When the pear is released again, its elasticity returns it to its initial shape and the outside air enters through the neck 4 into the container and into the pear until atmospheric pressure is reestablished there. which is practically instantaneous due to the sufficient clearance left between the tube 5 and the wall of the neck 4.
The collar 2 presents a bulgeQDt6 against which the neck of the pear abuts, which is tightened around this collar 2 by a ring 7.
It is pierced with a lateral opening 8 which is placed at the very entry of the neck 2 into the cavity of the pear. As a result, all the liquid that could get into the bulb cannot fail to fall through the opening 8 into the container 1 when the vaporizer is upright or when the pear is compressed.
