Description
Gas hose for valve fillers.
The invention relates to a gas hose with a rotating immobilizer for filling elements without a filling tube, on drawers or other similar machines, and it consists in that an immobilizing cone is mounted on the thread of fixation.
Gas pipes are known with smooth cut threads, without a rotating immobilizer.
They easily detach from the filler and then get lost. The thread diameter is small, so these pipes twist very easily when a poorly centered bottle hits them below.
In addition, gas pipes are known which have a cone as a member for immobilizing in rotation as a result of the thread. In these gas pipes, too, the diameter of the thread is reduced.
In the event of lateral stress by a bottle which breaks or is poorly centered, the thread is deformed. the cone rises from its seat. This pipe is also easily deformed or lost by loosening.
The gas pipe according to the invention has the advantage of great stability at the point subjected to the greatest stress. The pipe remains straight even under lateral pressure, so that the deflector is introduced axially into the orifice of the bottle. Turbulence is thus avoided and an even filling is obtained.
The invention is explained by the drawings.
Figure 1 shows an embodiment of a gas pipe with the cone below the thread; Figure 2 shows an embodiment of the gas pipe with the cone above the thread.
Filling elements without a filling tube are known on printers.
The filling element shows the lower part 1 with the liquid outlet 2 and the shutter 3. A close-meshed metal box 4 is mounted in the liquid outlet 2. The shutter 3 carries an internal member 5, the sealing of which with respect to the tubular element 6 serving for the arrival of gas. Is ensured by a washer 7, and which carries the sealing lip 8. In this internal member 5 is screwed on the gas pipe 9 which, during filling, enters the bottle 10 and is provided with a deflector 11, which separates the liquid from the gas pipe and directs it against the wall of the bottle 10.
The bottle 10 is sealed with respect to the liquid outlet 2 by means of a ring 12 mounted in the centering mouth 13.
In the known model according to FIG. 1, the gas pipe 9 becomes conical at the upper end and, through the cone 14, ends at the thread 15.
The figure shows a gas pipe 9, which has been deformed by a force exerted from the side, the outlet of the thread 15 having stretched.
The gas pipe tilted to one side is then struck again by the liquid which moves away from the wall of the bottle, flows along the pipe and causes turbulence during filling.
On the other hand, in the model according to FIG. 2, the thread 16 is placed on the larger diameter of the gas pipe 9 and the cone 17 is placed above the thread 16 as an immobilization member in rotation. The diameter of the outlet of the thread is also large enough to withstand pressure exerted on the gas pipe 9.
Thanks to the model of gas pipe according to the invention, as shown in FIG. 2, significant defects of the known models are eliminated.
