Gas and electricity stoves. There are already cooking facilities be known in which a gas burner and side by side on a frame or Traggastell. an electric heating plate are arranged.
In the new stove, a gas burner and an electric heating plate are built into each other so that each of these Koellvor- devices can be used individually and independently of one another. Better utilization of the heat emitted by the gas flame and the heating plate, and the possibility of making good use of the cheapest tariffs for both the gas and the StronLyerbraueli are the advantages of the new stove.
The attached drawing shows two exemplary embodiments of the new cooker.
Fig. 1 and 2 show the first embodiment example in vertical section and top view; FIGS. 3 and 4 show analogous representations of the second, exemplary embodiment. According to FIGS. 1 and 2, a designates the gal # Men on which the electric heating plate b is supported in a known manner.
The gas burner d, is seated in a central opening of the latter in such a way that the upper surface of the latter is lower than the upper surface of the heating plate, so that the former does not interfere with placing a cookware on the heating plate The gas burner d is fastened in a known manner by means of the screw e ain: frame a.
On frame a there is aueli the ring grate; articulated angrebraclit, which is used to hold the l #, 0 (, # h vessels when the gas burner is to be used. The grate f enables the flame emanating from the burner to cover the entire lower part in a known manner Can coat the bottom of the cooking vessel.
The heat mc radiated downwards by the flame is transferred to the electric hotplate; After the gas flame has been extinguished and the grate folded back, the same or another cooking vessel can be placed on the electric hotplate, and the heat stored in it can be usefully withdrawn.
With the described Koelier, the advantages offered by the tariffs for gas and electricity purchase in the various times of the day and year can be fully exploited.
For example, in places where at certain times of the day electric cooking is more expensive than cooking with gas, you can easily switch from the former to the latter operating mode and vice versa without a noticeable interruption in cooking. In analogy to the two cases, on the one hand the burner and the adjacent parts of the stove are already preheated by the heat radiation from the electrically heated heating plate and partly act as a heat store, on the other hand the ('xasflamm.e can heat the heating plate for electric cooking .
The heating plate b can also be put into operation when the gas burner is completely removed from the appliance; just as 1-, the gas burner can be used without disadvantage if the heating plate is removed. In the event of malfunctions in the electricity or gas supply or repairs to one or the other heating device, the housewife will be able to do the cooking in one way or another.
The types of heating plate, as well as those of the gas burner can be any; In both cases, designs can be used that allow the coeheat to be down graded.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, a cooker is shown in which the channels for the air supply to the large flame are arranged in the electric heating plate. the rest of the above can be taken from the figures without further ado.
7 t 'Instead of only one gas burner being arranged in the center of the heating plate, as in the examples shown, several of these could also be arranged distributed in the heating plate.
