Es ist allgemein bekannt, daß in der Ankochphase eine verhältnismäßig hohe Leistung dem Gargut zugeführt werden muß. Weiterhin ist es bekannt, daß gerade während der Ankochphase die Wärmeübertragung bei einer elektrischen Kochstelle im Gegensatz zu einer mit Gas beheizten Kochstelle in starkem Maße von der Qualität des Gargefäßes abhängig ist. Darüber hinaus läßt sich eine mit Gas beheizte Kochstelle, im Gegensatz zu einer elektrischen Kochstelle, in der Fortkochphase, bei der dem Gargut nur noch kleinere Heizleistungen zugeführt werden müssen, nur äußerst.mangelhaft auf kleinere Leistungen einregeln. Aus der DE-A 21 27 104 ist nun eine Kochstelle der eingangs genannten Art bekännt, bei der der elektrisch beheizte Kochkörper aus einer ringförmigen Gußplatte besteht, durch deren Zentrum der Gabrenner während seiner Betriebsstellung herausragt. Um den richtigen Abstand des Gasbrenners zum Boden des Kochgefäßes zu erhalten, ist es hier erforderlich, der Kochstelle eine gitterartige Kochgefäß-Tragvorrichtung zuz.pordnen.Weiterhin ist es erforderlich, damit beim Benützen des elektrischen Kochkörpers das Kochgefäß mit diesem in guten Wärmekontakt kommen kann, den Gasbrenner in Höhenrichtung absenkbar zu haltern. Für diese Art Kochstelle ist der konstruktive Aufwand jedoch beträchtlich. Auch ist bei dieser bekannten kombinierten Kochstelle kein reibungsloser Übergang von Ankochen mit Gas auf Fortkochen mit Elektroenergie möglich, da hier während des Kochens mit Gas das Kochgefäß auf einer besonderen Kochgefäß-Tragvorrichtung abgestellt ist, die keinen Kontakt des Kochgefäß-Bodens mit dem elektrisch beheizten Kochkörper zuläßt.It is generally known that a relatively high output must be supplied to the food to be cooked in the parboiling phase. Da das Kochgefäß mit seinem Boden hier ständig in unmittelbaren Kontakt mit dem elektrischen Kochkörper gebracht ist, entfällt ein manuelles Umrüsten dieser Kochstelle nach Beendigung der Ankochphase mit Gas. Es kann hier somit ohne weiteres Zutun von Gas auf Elektroenergie umgeschaltet werden, ohne daß an der Kochstelle selbst Eingriffe bzw. Die einzelnen Schleifen 12,13 dieser Heizkörperteile, die sternförmig angeordnet sind, münden in einen Zentralverteiler 14, an dem sie feuchtigkeitsdicht befestigt und elektrisch in Reihe geschaltet sind. Die einzelnen Schleifen 12,13 sind dabei so ausgebildet, daß die obere Schleife 12, auf welcher das Kochgefäß 5 steht, eine elektrische Heizwendel 4' aufweist, während die untere Schleife 13 lediglich zur Rückführung 4" der elektrischen Heizwendel dient. Die schleifenförmigen Mantelrohrheizkörperteile 6,7,8,9 und 10 sind am Umkehrende 15 in Richtung zum Kochmuldenrand hin gebogen und finden in einer dort vorgesehenen umlaufenden Einprägung 16 eine Abstützung. Damit wird erreicht, daß der sternförmige elektrische Kochkörper 4 beim Betreiben der Kochstelle mit Gas gleichzeitig als Topfträger dienen kann. Das eine Mantelrohrheizkörperteil 11 ist durch die Muldenwandung 1" zur elektrischen Zuleitung geführt und ist dort mit einem schwenkbaren Dichtkörper 17 entsprechend abgedichtet. Zwecks Reinigung der Kochmulde 1 kann der elektrische Kochkörper 2 mittels des schwenkbaren Dichtkörpers 17 in bekannter Weise um ca. 90° hochgeklappt werden.With 1 is a so-called.
